Our family loved this condo, the location was one of the primary reasons we chose it. We wanted to see the water and also be able to walk right out to it. The condo was lovely, it had everything we needed including kitchen necessities, towels, a high chair for our baby, and even some beach chairs. We are looking forward to our next vacation here!

This is the third year we have stayed in a White Sands Townhome. This unit was our least favorite. The location is amazing - beach access is unbelievable. While it is possible to sleep 17, at least 5 are on twin beds, three on top bunks and two others which are on the floor in a very oddly shaped "bunk room." For our family of mostly adults, this created some issues. Other townhomes have had rooms with two queen beds and sofabeds that were more appropriate for full-grown adults. We also had a recurring problem with the upstairs door to the deck getting stuck. We could not easily eat on the outside deck because it required us to go downstairs, through the garage, and up the stairs to get there. After the first call to the property manager, someone showed up (unannounced) to fix it within 12 hours of the problem. It reoccurred the following day and they never came back to fix it. So it was stuck for most of 4 of the 7 days we were there. Also, the cabinet where the trash cans are stored does not stay closed (a major problem with small children) and the dials on the stovetop are very loose (making it hard to know if it is off or on except by waiting and watching to see if it is hot or starting to cool. Finally, the wifi simply stopped working on the 5th day. Not a major issue, just annoying that it prevented some of the family games we were playing in the evening.
I would definitely rent a White Sands unit again - just not this one.

We loved this townhouse. Our stay was a month long. It was so hard to leave. I would definitely stay here again.

Best view. Loved the recliner. We all fought over it. Clean. The kitchen has everything plus a good outside grill.
TV had gremlins in the living area. It would just shut off. We had to reboot the router, then everything would be ok for a while.

We had a group of 12 teachers visiting the area for a conference. The condo was perfect for our group. Beautiful views and the deck was perfect to relax on after a long work day!! Thank you!

Beautiful Beach Front Property
My family and I had the most amazing stay at this location. Large garage including a extra fridge, beach toys, chairs, and more. We couldn’t have been ANY closer to the beautiful very clean white sand beach. The kitchen was large and included all utensils and amenities needed for our stay. The bar in the living room area was perfect for mixing a cocktail including a ice machine on the bottom. All the rooms have their own bathrooms and a beach view. Communication with the property manager was fantastic and as smooth as could be. They helped answer all our questions and made our stay even more enjoyable than it already was. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to as well.

Very simple check-in experience. House is lovely and location can't be beat. Only issue was residual dog hair from the last guest. Sat on the blue couch and was covered in white hairs. Even with that we would come back again, no real complaints.

Beautiful View, very nice accommodation
Very nicely decorated. Perfect for beach lovers. Only downside was cable tv/ WiFi was not working when we checked in. It continued to work off and on during the entire stay. Management company was very helpful but could not get a visit from cable company approved.

The house had everything we needed and having access to Walmart plus delivery (my personal account) just made the trip wonderful. Even though being pet friendly there was no evidence of prior pet stays at the home. Can’t say enough about the home or the area. Was a great Easter week for family.
