Situated in Pensacola Beach, this lovely house for $750 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This is true beachfront property at White Sands on Pensacola Beach. This luxury beachfront 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhouse sleeps up to 14, and is equipped with amenities to make for a comfortable vacation. Equipped with a private elevator, to lift you from the large garage to two floors of living space, this lovely rental property has 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. The master bedroom features a master bathroom, balcony overlooking the Gulf, and a game loft with Tiki Bar. You will enjoy an enchanting view of the white sands of the Gulf coast. Here you have a private garage on the first floor, plus 2 floors of living space above. On the second floor of three, you have a kitchen outfitted with granite counter-tops, a living area w/access to your own deck overlooking the sugar white sand beaches, dining area, full bathroom, and bedroom 1 of 4 with access to a private balcony. On the top floor which is the third floor, you have the master bedroom with a loft featuring a Foosball table, with access to the master bedroom private balcony plus adjoining master bathroom, as well as bedrooms 2 and 3 with access to a shared balcony, and the 3rd full bathroom. Amenities galore include: free WIFI, washer/dryer, granite kitchen countertops, blender, foosball table, private elevator, bar w/ice maker, Tiki bar, wet bar, wine cooler, private garage for 2 cars, one reserved parking spot outside, charcoal grill, nearby beach walkover, and game loft over the master bedroom. Just a few steps down from the deck to the world's whitest sand beaches. A few more steps over the dunes and you are dipping your toes into the Gulf of Mexico. Sip coffee watching dolphins in the morning, run and play in the surf and sand, relax with a beverage at the water's edge, or grill while watching the sunset. Notice the picture of a page within Garden & Gun (April - May) which captures White Sands Townhomes with a yellow arrow pointed at 479 Fort Pickens Rd in particular! We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from June 1, 2024, until August 10, 2024, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Rents monthly to month (28 nights or more) between January and March 1. Pet (dog) friendly with a $150 per dog fee. The home is fully loaded, and very comfortable. We had a few appliance issues, but it all worked out. We loved that our dog could join us! I am not a fan of plastic, so we bought wine glasses at family dollar.

It is so hard to get your family together after your children are grown and have their own lives. It worked out for us this year and i wanted the perfect beach rental and this was it!! This rental is so beautiful! The location was pertect! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the beach for those of us who wanted to be on the beach abd perfect view from the deck for my husband who physically couldn't make it to the beach.

We had a wonderful time. No complaints. The master bedroom had a little bit of a tough time cooling down, but other than that, it was wonderful. We would certainly stay there again.

This was a very relaxing trip, as my father just received a terminal cancer diagnosis and we wanted to take a final family beach trip. The townhome fit our extended family comfortably and the beach access was comfortable for him and the kids. Lots of memories were made! Thank you!

My family from adults to littles loved this townhouse and the area. The beach was clean and not crowded. We could walk to a lot of restaurants at night if we chose. The townhouse itself was very spacious and just as presented.

Very nice property. Just as depicted! Step up a notch in regard to cleaning, especially dishes/utensils coming from the dishwasher, and dust under beds. Beds were clean/comfy, but on the high side to easily get into. Step stool would help. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella would be nice amenities. Overall, exactly as expected and a wonderful stay had by all for our family reunion.

This is not our first stay at this unit. The customer service is outstanding. The pictures are accurate and the beds are comfortable. The place is clean, on the beach and a great location. We like this so well we invite friends and family to join us when we stay. We highly recommend a visit to the area. There are many restaurants on the beach with tasty food. Our favorite place is Peg Leg Pete's.
