About this house rental
This is true beachfront property at White Sands Townhouses on Pensacola Beach. This luxury end unit features windows along the east wall and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located on desirable Fort Pickens Road, this townhouse is equipped with amenities designed for a comfortable vacation, including a smart TV in every bedroom. The private elevator provides access to all 3 floors from the ground-level private deep garage to both floors of living space directly above totaling approximately 2,300 living square feet. The kitchen has double ovens, perfect for preparing meals for large families. The master bedroom features a large over head fan and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. As of Feb. 2026, the master bathroom has new twin vanities, and a quartz shower with glass door.
Just steps from the deck full of high quality Polywood furniture, you’ll reach the world-famous white sand beaches. Play cornhole or volleyball right outside the deck door, or enjoy an assortment of provided beach toys, floats, beach chairs, beach balls, and umbrellas. Inside, you’ll find a selection of games and puzzles. Sip morning coffee while watching dolphins, play in the surf, relax at the water’s edge, or grill while watching the sunset.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from June 5th, 2027 through August 14, 2027, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.
Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.
Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.
Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Definitely an awesome place for the entire family! We all had places to sleep and the beach amenities are all there! Beds were all comfortable and the beach is steps away! Very easy process.

Noel was unprofessional and lacking help when I called. Also no instructions were left to know where to put keys at office after hours (we left on a Sunday). The property was wonderful, though!!!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

White sands is a great location. The unit itself needs some TLC. Very dirty on arrival. Cleaning crew came and cleaned cabinet fronts that were very dirty. Unit needs some attention and touching up. Office staff was very quick to resolve other minor issues.
