I loved staying in this unit. We have stayed in different ones over the years. As our family grew we went to bigger. I was so glad one opened up for a four bedroom. It was clean and well equipped. The only drawback was a restroom for the guest on the top floor. Either go thru someones bedroom in the middle of the night or go downstairs to the half bath. We will be booking again in the future!!

This has to be the perfect house! There was enough room for all of us and the kids had so much fun at the pool on red flag days. The road is not crazy with traffic and we were able to finally enjoy each other as a family. Literally right on the beach this house couldnt have been better. Now the weather thats a different story, but we always felt safe. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your home. Cant wait to go back!!

We had a great time at Pensacola Beach. The Portside Villa #18 was better than expected. The living room and kitchen areas felt bigger than what was pictured. We had ample space for our 6 adults and 6 young children. We were easily able to park 3 SUVs in the garage/space around the unit. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all utensils/appliances we needed. The garage had SO MANY beach toys that the kids loved. The location was very close to the beach however it is worth noting that there were no ramps, only stair access to the beach. The water was so clear that we saw all sorts of marine life, especially at the pier. Our only complaint was that on the day before we checked out, we came back from the beach to find people not in our party on the balconies. They were painting the trim on the house. When I informed the Paradise Beach Homes staff upon checkout that we were disappointed to not have been notified ahead of time, the employee stated nonchalantly that they probably didn’t know themselves. This was a very disappointing way to end our trip and left a tarnished impression of the property management company.

The property was even better than described! Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking- even a crock pot. Great location near many restaurants. Beautiful beach was not at all crowded. Would love to come back and stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very nice on the inside and well maintained. Being so close to the beach was nice and having the option of the swimming pool was great for the grandkids when they wanted to swim and snorkel. I wish they would have had recycling bins as we had to throw many bottles and cardboard in the trash. Another nice addition would be black out curtains so the 6 am sun wouldn't be so blinding on the days we wanted to sleep in. Overall though we were very pleased with our experience.

Only one suggestion for an even better experience ...a heated pool. The pool water was too cool for swimming, even for us Wisconsinites! (We were vacationing in mid-March)

We had a great time in this rental. Great location and just a short walk to the Gulf and our favorite restaurant Peg Leg Petes. We experienced a couple of issues. The outdoor decks and seating was what drew us to this unit. Problem is that the Roof Sweats and drips on the decking from dusk until dawn and made it difficult to use for evening and early mornings. Lighting on back decks did not work and the table top Fire Pit for a little ambiance did not function either.:-( Needless to say we were not able to enjoy those aspects of the unit that we were looking forward to. Wifi not so good/Internet is SLOW. 2 Bedrooms have tiny TV's. Time too upsize those. They are not that expensive. Outside of that, the interior was nice and well furnished with all your needs. We would stay here again if some of the issues were addressed.

My family and I stayed at Portside Villas #18 after days without power in New Orleans following Hurricane Ida. The condo was wonderful, spacious, well appointed with beautiful views of the gulf. My 3 grandchildren, ages 4, 3 and 16 months had the time of their lives and I had so much fun playing with them on the beach and in the pool. We all deduced this condo was ,by far, the best one we have ever rented and we plan on asking for it every summer. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a great place to make beach memories!

Well stocked and well kept house. Cool A/C, great views, and comfortable living. The garage and outside areas were very nice. The house comes stocked for beach access too with a number of beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Only suggestion for kitchen would be a pizza cutter and pizza pans for frozen pizzas.

Nice bonus was garage with floats, beach chairs, towels, etc. Place was very clean and served our purpose well. Community pool was nice to have but was not heated. A couple minor things that could be better. The couch in the living room was creaky and uncomfortable when sitting on it, probably needs to get replaced. There was some dishwashing soap, but no bars of handsoap in any bathroom. We had to buy these at the store. I would have enjoyed sleeping with the sliding doors or windows open, but there were not any screens to keep bugs out. Minor issues overall. Would definitely rent this place again.

It is obvious the owners of this property enjoy coming and staying. They are kind enough to rent it out for others to enjoy. It is the most well-equipped rental home we have ever stayed in. The owners equip it like it is their own home. The access to the beach is 30 steps to the walk over.
One of the best amenities is a new addition of a covered deck with built-in seating on the ground level. It has an outdoor shower with hot water and is ideal for showering the kiddos.
I have stayed in fancier places, but none as comfortable and as thoughtful.
