About this house rental
Located in Allegheny River, this attractive house for $225 per night is a great choice for your next break. JUST ANOTHER DAY IN PARADISE Offers a 10 adults + inquire for details, Family friendly Lake house with a million dollar sunset. Make use of the front deck with beautiful lake views with gas grill and seating for 6 off the spacious front deck , or sit at the large dock with a sandy swimming area or enjoy the outdoor patio with brick fire pit. Fishing is great year round. The master bedroom offers a king bed and guest bedroom has a queen bed, both beds are very comfortable and new. Downstairs we offer a second full bath an three more bedrooms with 2 brand new queen beds .if your hungry our well equipped kitchen with a garland 6 burner stove double oven includes all the comforts of home, including a large refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Seating for 6 at the out door front porch and seating for 6 at the indoor kitchen bar also. Only 5 minutes from Peek 'n Peak (Ski, Spa, Golf, Swim, Dine, zip lines , segway tours, putt putt golf and adventure coarse ) 20 minutes from Erie, PA or Jamestown, NY and Chautauqua Institute. We are also located directly on Chautauqua Snowmobile trails maps are available. There are many wineries also located within 10 miles in northeast pa and westfield ny. We also have LOCAL TV, WIFI, NETFLIX HULU, and a library full of dvds to choose from . The next door findley lake camp ground has 15 miles of hiking right out the back door. We also have RV and tent space for additional family to enjoy. For snowmobilers the snowmobile trail connects directly to a private trail to the house. Cross-country skiers have 15 miles of trails to cross country right out the back door. You can cross country ski or snowmobile directly to Pine Junction.. STRICT PET FEE: WE CHARGE 100.00 REFUNDED DEPOSIT ( THIS COVERS ANY DAMAGE THAT YOUR PET MAY CAUSE) WE ALLOW 2 PETS AT 25.00 A DAY . IF MORE THEN 2 ITS 25.00 PER DAY FOR EXTRAS. THIS COVERS CLEANING . PLEASE ASK QUESTION IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. We do own the property next door and we often stay there in the summer months .

This property is full of lake character and is amazing for a family weekend at FLNY! The host is attentive, and the property is spacious and comfortable. This is highly recommended for a FLNY visit! We will want to enjoy the hosts home and hospitality again!

The house is charming. Spacious dining areas inside and out. Gorgeous kitchen with the fanciest stove I have ever used. There were a variety of food supplies in the cupboards, nice if you forgot something. The upstairs living room was a nice place to relax together. We had a group of 8 adults and 2 kids (3 and 1 year old) and they had plenty of room to play and have fun. 5 bedrooms were great, allowing people to have their own space. The yard is big, lots of room to run around with the kids. We enjoyed the large fire pit at night, having s’mores, pizza pies and a lot of laughs. Findley Lake is across the street, with a nice dock area and easy access to the water with built in stairs. The water is shallow at shore so our 3yr old nephew could stand and collect seaweed. There is a floating mat which we didn’t use too much (the geese land there overnight and create a mess). Steve and Julie were so helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We had a few adventures (power outage and washing machine issues) but Steve was quick to help out. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property.

The name of the place couldn't have been more accurate: Just Another Day In Paradise. We spent a very nice week together as a family, ages ranging from 3 months to 50. A lot of time was spent outdoors fishing from the dock (recommend worms), sitting by a bon fire (Steve built a very nice first night welcome fire), or taking in the view of the lake from the front porch. We swam a little bit, but the weather was a little too chilly at the end of August to do so every day. Had we been able to make it earlier in the summer, we definitely would have swam more. The house had all the amenities you should need for a week away--we loved the commercial stove and oven! The little town is quaint and cute and has some really unique stores. The only thing we found to be the biggest downfall for our family specifically was the road. The road is very busy and right out front. There are tractor trailers and dump trucks that speed on that road constantly, making it very nerve-wracking with little kids and dogs. Steve said this is something the town board is trying to solve, fingers crossed!

Everything was wonderful. Julie was very communicative. Even after they advised their grill caught fire the day before our trip but went out and immediately purchased a new one so that we would have it for our weekend was impressive. We enjoyed the fire pit, deck and dock to fish off of. As well as the fully stocked kitchen. This house made my husband’s birthday celebration spectacular!

Very fun property in a great location. Beautiful view across the lake. Close to some shopping which we did. Nice eating accommodations. Very eclectic decor. Wish it had been a little warmer and a little sunnier so we could have enjoyed the firepit and the dock area.

We had an out of town family wedding close to Christmas so we had Christmas brunch the morning before the wedding. The living room was a perfect set up for everyone to see the grandparents open their gifts. The stay was comfortable and we would definitely recommend this site to others.

This house was perfect for our needs. Extremely clean and the whole house was decorated so nicely and inviting. The location was good We stayed 5 nights which was absolutely perfect. There is a nice size fire pit with plenty of seating capacity. The owner was friendly and helpful

Our family needed a quiet place with a beautiful view that took pets. We got it at this beautiful location. The little town of Mina is a well kept secret. The shops are quaint and the local ice cream shop a delight. Our cabin was spacious and comfortable. The owners Steve and Julie were very accessible via email and they were helpful. Thank you.

Great lake house
Can't beat the outside areas. The front deck, the fire pit patio and the dock all with lake views. The house has plenty of room in the livingroom for rainy days where you still have Lake views from the front windows. We enjoyed the kayaks, the paddle boat and lily pad that was available. Definitely a little piece of paradise. ❤ Owners was Great host.

Wonderful house with all the amenities
This place had everything we needed and so much more. The yard space was wonderful for the kids and the dogs to play. The large dining table on the front deck meant sunset dinners and morning coffee with great views. The fire pit also has amazing views of the water. We come to see and be near the lake, this place delivers.

Amazing place to stay!
Great place right on the water with plenty of bedrooms for everyone! We went in the winter to go skiing at peak and peak and it was less than 10 minutes away which was great! The property manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with! Very homey and they made sure to provide a pamphlet with everything from checking in/out to restaurant recommendations. Would stay with them again!
