About this condo rental
Nestled in East Nashville, this charming condo for $283 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We have 18 Downtown Nashville lofts that we own and manage. Of our 18 properties, our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are in the same building and our 3 bedroom lofts are in their own building about 2 blocks away. For more options on your lodging, CLICK ON THE HOST TAB to see a full list of our properties listed on VRBO/Expedia. We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property. Standard check in time is 3 pm CST and check out is before 10 am CST. We offer an early check in of 1 pm CST and a late check out of 12 pm CST for a $75 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Luggage Drop to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Our direct contact information for luggage storage is provided to all booked guests. PARKING: We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. OUR LOCATION IS SO GOOD YOU WON'T NEED A CAR! Hourly and nightly parking is available near the loft starting around $6/hour and $26 daily rate (midnight to midnight), subject to higher rates for Special Events. There is a PARKING GARAGE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED next door to our building. One Nashville Place is the name of the garage if you wish to reach out to them directly for rates or more information. LINENS & SUCH The property includes a full kitchen, linens and towels, free WIFI and TV for streaming your favorite TV shows and movies. Conveniently located around the corner from Walgreens, Metropolitan Wines and Savi Urban Market to pick up any items you might need during your stay. PLUS walking distance to plenty of great restaurants. PAYMENTS: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We do not take deposits. Loft was as described, GREAT! Host was great...excellent communication. my wife and I are in our late sixties and this was our first visit to Nashville and i'm sure it won't be our last. Because of it's location this loft is more suitable for a younger crowd. The music from Lower Broadway, Printers Alley and the traffic on 4th Street makes for an almost impossible good nights sleep (ear plugs are provided but really don't help) plus if you have inconsiderate neighbors above you...well you get the picture. Our next visit will be across the river in a neighborhood more suitable for us. If you like to party to the wee hours of the morning you'll love this place.

The place was exactly as it was presented. It was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect. We could walk wherever we wanted to go. The parking lot next door was very convenient. We enjoyed the chili burrito downstairs..never heard of them before. We would definitely stay here again, as well as pass along this information to friends. We sloa enjoyed the people watching from the window...haha..

1st trip to Nashville did not disappoint. Loft pics and description 100% accurate. Location was perfect. The only downside is you can hear everything going on above you. But it wasn’t bothersome enough to not come back. Will def be planning a return trip!!

The lighting in the kitchen is horrible. I'm not sure this property had been seen by the owners in some time.
Toilet only flushed randomly, we had a pan of water to manually flush.
TV was missing in the bedroom, cable and wires there...
Furniture is old and not comfortable.
Property has no insulation between floors so you hear everything that is going on upstairs.
When you go on vacation you look for a level of comfort, we did not achieve that on this vacation

Our overall experience was great. Booking and communication with owner was good. Property was very nice in the perfect location. Parking was easier than expected. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe supplying kitchen with more silverware, pots and pans for guests who plan to eat in more. Not a big deal though.

We loved the property! The loft is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and was very clean. The communication from the property manager prior to the trip, during the trip and before check out was great. Everything we needed was a quick walk away... And just a few blocks from the fun at Broadway. The loft was equipped with everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We're already planning our next trip!

Check into main entrance at 3 with the code was fine. Elevator is disgusting. The entrance into the building is dirty as well. The carpet outside the loft was smelly and gross. The loft itself is very nice and has very nice furniture and the bed is exceptional. The linens were probably clean but were yellowish and brown. The cleaners hadn’t looked behind the bed in a while bc there was all kinds of dirt, dust, and stuff back there. Taking the trash wasn’t a problem at all but I will not return bc of the pure filth and smell. There is no way I could have stayed there knowing that was down there. I know taking the trash helps your cleaners but walking through all of that filth to get to the trash room and then getting to the trash room and seeing it, smelling it, and having to walk through that just ruined whatever type of experience we had while staying there. Sorry but it’s true. If my farmer husband who deals with cattle and cow poop everyday almost vomited then it’s beyond gross. The location was excellent. It’s very noisy inside and they leave ear plugs by the kitchen sink.I would say replace the bathroom rugs bc they are dirty and worn and get new linens and towels to create a more luxurious experience that would be expected. Pay the cleaners $20 extra to take the trash so your renters aren’t tramatized.
