Excellent location, very central and convenient for exploring the area. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and very easy to communicate with.
The unit was very comfortable and well appointed, with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable, including coffee, juice, biscuits and water. Everything we needed was there, and we felt very much at home.

Applause to Jannie, Luca and Alessandra for their great efficiency and everything. The apartment is a classic beauty with scenic view. The location is very good as it’s close to many nice restaurants and Piazza San Marco. Will recommend to people who want to go to Venice.
Air-conditioning system is a bit weak during summer days but still manageable.

Great location. Handy to vaporetto, key sites, great restaurants. Lovely space and very comfortable. Having a separate living/dining was great. Great comms from Luca including meeting us off our water taxi

The apartment itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and finished to a very high standard. It really felt like a special place to stay, and the hosts were fantastic throughout—friendly, helpful, and very responsive, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the experience was significantly impacted by the noise at night. There is a bar next door, and although there isn’t loud music, there are large groups of people outside talking and shouting loudly until nearly 2am every evening. The noise carries directly into the apartment and makes it extremely difficult to sleep. After a few nights, this became very draining and affected our overall trip, as we weren’t able to properly rest or fully enjoy our time in Venice.
It’s a real shame because the apartment itself and the hosts are excellent, but due to the consistent late-night noise, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
