Loved the location. As central as anyone can be in Venice. The views of The Bridge of Sighs were amazing, as were the views of passing gondolas and crowds of tourists on the Ponte Canonica from the living room windows.
The apartment was clean. We liked the well modernised bathrooms and the spacious living room.. could have done with an extra sofa. The kitchen is compact and works fine for reheating food and preparing snacks, but in a restaurant filled area, no problems. For those who need to know, there are 23 steps from the street door to the apartment.
There is only one bedside table and lamp for six bedsides in an apartment marketed as luxury’. The washing machine came with no how to use instructions, and the buttons and dials made little sense to us. Guests are also required to experience the Venetian waste disposal and recycling system on their final day by taking those materials to a waste and recycling boat a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Not welcome when you have early departure arrangements and certainly not in keeping with a luxury” listing.

Good size apartment and great location
Issue with the Aircon in the living area in the high summer temps. It could not cope. Made our stay uncomfortable. Owner brought in a portable Aircon unit which was kind of her. It that did not make it better unfortunately.
