Amazing location in central Venice! Primary two bedrooms were very nice, living room spacious and comfortable and kitchen well appointed! We enjoyed our three nights!
I do not recommend this place for groups that actually need all three rooms unless you will always be together every minute. Staff was not very responsive—sometimes several days to no response via booking.com, and we were given two other WhatsApp numbers for coordination and check in- you must video call on arrival to get directions to the key. Not sure why they wouldn’t just provide instructions. There’s only 1 remote for all 4 AC units, so it’s hard to set the settings without changing another one. You cannot change the setting in the night without going to find the one remote. We were only provided one key for the whole apartment. The keys are padlocked together with the key for the power. When you leave it will shut off power, ac, laundry.. my parents wanted to go to bed early and we wanted to walk around or go enjoy the square but this was completely impossible. In order to have lights and power my parents needed the key and then because there’s no working buzzer they would have to stay dressed and ready to receive a phone call from us to come down and open the door . I asked all three contacts about this to find another set of keys or a solution to unhook the power key and was ignored. We indicated-we needed all three bedrooms for two seniors and one couple but they made up a single cot in the upstairs bedroom under low rafters- not possible for my 75 year old parents so we had to move the single sheets to the actual bed. Only 4 hangers per room and they are not suitable for dresses or straps. Some clothing storage and better hangers would be recommended.

Son emplacement et la grandeur de l’appartement.
Très difficile à trouver. L’adresse indiquée est sur la rue San Marco mais en réalité c’est sur Specchieri. Aucune instruction avant d’arriver pour prendre possession des clés. Nous avons du attendre dans la rue environ 35 minutes avant que qqun vienne nous rencontrer.
La climatisation n’est pas optimum dans la chambre à l’étage.

El estado general del apartamento estaba muy bien, la ubicación ideal porque tenía todo muy cerca, la decoración del lugar es agradable. El acceso por ascensor era cómodo. El funcionamiento de las intalaciones en general.
Siendo un departamento para hasta 9 huéspedes y siendo un grupo de 7 en particular me parece muy malo que solo nos dieran un juego de llaves y se negaron a darnos otro cuando les consultamos. Quita totalmente la autonomía. También hubo dificultades en la comunicación con el host. primero para entrar que terminé llamando a un número de línea en Italia cuando me pidieron que llame por Whatsapp y no atendieron. Lo mismo para el checkout, que hice una consulta y me terminaron respondiendo cuando ya no estaba en la ciudad, tuve que volver a llamar para obtener las indicaciones.

Ubicación céntrica y perfecta, a escasos metros de la plaza de San Marco.
El apartamento está recién reformado, es amplio y confortable,. Además tiene ascensor, es un tercer piso.
Personal atento. Hay pocas reseñas por tratarse de un apartamento nuevo, pero es 100% real y fiable, lo recomiendo en especial si vas con familia o grupo de amigos.
