No frills but huge suites (great for a family of 5) right off of St. Marks Square. Amazing value and space. Could have better blankets and bedding.

The staff were more than helpful and very friendly! Breakfast was great and the accommodations was a full apartment would be great for a longer stay.

This place was a great find! It is literally steps away from St. Marco Square and yet so calm and quiet once you are inside. You forget that Venice is swarming with loud trourists. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, and the staff was so helpful.
The only downside is that the daily cleaning service is not offered for the apartment suites. We had to figure out our own trash disposal and replacement of supplies. Other than that, it was an excellent experience that made our visit restful.
