Super zentrale Lage, ein perfekter Ausblick. Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum.
Alles gut und perfekt. Man sollte nur im Vorfeld wissen, dass die Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk liegt und es keinen Aufzug gibt. Für uns war es kein Problem 😊.

Super schöne Unterkunft! Alles ist wie auf den Bildern, die Betten und die Kissen sind sehr bequem! Alles war sauber und die Lage ist auch super! Die Dachterrasse ist ein absoluter Traum!
Leider sind die Fenster nicht so gut gedämmt, daher hört man ab 6 Uhr die Kirchenglocke stündlich

The apartment was conveniently located, nicely furnished, comfortable and spacious, (but there were only two of us rather than the four we had booked for, which made a difference obviously). Nice roof terrace, but (see below).
Access is via a fairly scruffy staircase (no lift) with 65 steps. Definitely not suitable for elderly or unfit guests and difficult with heavy suitcases. The second bedroom is on an upper floor via a spiral staircase and has limited headroom. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom, but the second bathroom is on the main floor, so anyone in the second bedroom needing the bathroom in the night has to negotiate a slightly ‘hazardous’ staircase experience. A few repairs needed in the apartment. No glass drinking tumblers. Water pressure low in kitchen. Insufficient loo rolls provided. The roof terrace was lovely, but access (spiral staircase then two more sets of stairs) was not easy for two elderly guests! One last thing - if you have suitcases get off the Vap. at San Marco, not Rialto (as we were advised) if you want to stay on the level.
