Nestled in Atlantic Beach, this lovely condo for $117 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Unit 115, Bogue Shores - Newly renovated (March 2023) kitchen, floor and paint. Ground floor efficiency unit facing the large pool. The ocean is across the street...a 2 minute walk and we have our own flashing pedestrian light crosswalk for direct ocean access. We also own the unit next door...just steps away! This unit, VRBO #427563, is also ground floor-pool facing . We're located at Bogue Shores Condominiums which is well known for its family friendly atmosphere and close to everything! The unit is small and most comfortable for 2 adults; however it is possible to sleep four (4) by using the sleeper sofa if you have 2 small children. We cannot accept rentals for 4 adults. No exceptions. - Boats are not permitted to be brought by renters. - Linens and Towels and basic supply of paper towels (1) and toilet paper (1) are provided for renters. - Fully stocked kitchenette. - Full bathroom (tub and shower) but it is small. - Large adult pool and separate fenced in kiddie pool. - Sound side pier on property. - Renters must be 25 years of age (except dependent children) - We charge a cleaning fee but renters must clean, dry and put away all dirty dishes and take the trash out. - Smoking is at designated areas only on the property- not near unit Please feel free to give us a call anytime or click "contact owner" button to ask any questions by e-mail. I have stayed at alot of places at the beach but this one filled the bill to a tee. The room was exactly the right size for my husband and myself. Loved everything about it, bed was comfy, plenty of storage for our clothes, lots of kitchen items to make a meal and sit down to eat. Wish we could of stayed longer than a week. Loved location, grounds are well kept, canal with dock and fish cleaning station was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Cindy for answering my questions before time for me to start my vacation. This was an anniversay trip for us (49 years).

The property was accessible and had a nice kitchenette. The outside pool area was excellent. The cleanliness was a disgrace for the money paid to clean the property we would expect not to find hairclips and food waste in the table drop down leaves. The bathroom sink and bath whilst adequate and accessible with good water supply were appalling - to call the property recently renovated is laughable. The toilet was new as I think the floor covering was but it is a pity that no one had bothered to group/seal any edges - my wife refused t go anywhere near the bathroom sink and did her teeth etc in the stainless kitchen bowl. You really must visit a few of your "recently renovated " properties to assess what this means in English! The bed was comfortable and bedding supplied was adequate. The AC worked OK. It took us two days to figure out the television controls and it's a shame the Wi-Fi SSD was mis quoted by VRBO. We will not be staying here again.

Absolutely loved this property location in the property! Just as listed… very comfortable for its size and well appointed. Convenient to parking area and the pool and entire complex! The grounds of the complex are so well maintained, the pool was super clean and maintained daily. Sound view was exceptional! Access to ocean across at light directly in front of complex was perfect! Thanks to owners Cindy and John for immediate response to any questions and the directions and bring it list!! Our stay was just perfect couple getaway!

We love Bogue shore suites!! We have been coming here since I was little and now our kids are enjoying it aswell. Its the perfect location, everything is at your finger tips, pool right outside, pier right out back aswell as cook out areas, sitting areas, beautiful views, ocean right across the street, and shops right down the road! Its the perfect get away! We love this particular room, and now it has upgrades! We will definitely continue to stay here!

Place was clean and the remodel was very nice. Bed was comfy, everything was as described. We didn’t cook but looked to be well stocked. Had coffee out on glider every morning. Lots of updates to Bogue Shores all over. Have been coming here for years and always happy with it. Had to call Cindy for a silly err of my own and she answered immediately. Will be back. ⭐️

This is a really nice property. It’s an old motel turned into condos. This one is very nicely done. Comfy bed and clean. The back yard area is on the sound with comfy glider chairs. The ocean beach is easy to get to and just across the street. The sound side has boat slips. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at Bogue Shores several times. We very much enjoyed this room as it had a king size bed. Perfect for my husband and myself with pull out sofa for small child. We like first floor and the pool is the nicest one around.

The check-in instructions were very clear and helpful. Also, we received a call promptly after we submitted a notice to the property owner that the TV was not working for us. Thought the price was a bit high considering the limited space of the rental. However, very happy with our stay.

Pretty comfortable. The mattress needs updated 😴. Overall everything was clean and very convenient. Everything is really close pool beaches food..Cindy is always there to help you out if you need something. Great people and Great place.

Very small, but exactly what is needed for a small weekend stay. Other than the trash not taken out from last visitor, everything was exactly as listed on website. Short walk to beach and huge pool area. Sound side is beautiful area too. Would stay again.

This condo is in a great location, right on the sound and just across the street from Atlantic Beach. Even though the unit is very small, especially the bathroom, and needs some updating, it has a king bed and just about everything you need..

It was a great location with great water access and a nice pool. There was only one roll of toilet paper and there was a roach in the bathroom, and we couldn’t lower the temp in the room below 70 degrees. Check in and check out was easy and everyone was very friendly.

For the purpose of our weekend, the described room was accurate and worked well. We don't hang around the room much because we like to get out. We lucked out with a very nice April weather weekend. I got in a nice run on the bike path that runs a long way in Atlantic Beach and we rode our road bikes the length of the island and back. We got a nice walk on the beach which is easily accessible across the main road. We would consider this property again!
