Serenity By the Sea is a tranquil North Tybee home, perfect for families or a romantic weekend getaway. This newly built home offers 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and a beautiful screened-in porch, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. This is a charming, pet-friendly home with a pool, sure to bring you a sense of calm during your Tybee vacation. Located on the desirable yet quiet North end of the Island, this newer home offers a professionally decorated beach-chic style custom home, complete with a fully stocked Gourmet Kitchen with solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for entertaining guests. The main level has an open concept living/dining/kitchen combination that opens directly onto a furnished screened porch with seating for 8, including an outdoor dining table that seats 4. The cozy living area includes a large tv, and a sleeper sofa, for a flex bedding option. The main level bedrooms include a guest room with a Queen bed and TV and a second guest room with twin bunk beds. The full bath on this level also houses a full-size washer and dryer. The second floor is comprised of the supremely romantic main bedroom suite featuring a beautiful wrought iron king bed with premium mattress and luxurious bedding, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV/DVD, and an attached bathroom with double sinks and a separate shower. The guest bedroom on the second floor has 2 full-size (double) beds and TV. The 'Crow's Nest' bonus loft room with TV, games, and seating is accessed by a unique 'Ship's Ladder' staircase. On the ground level of the house is an enclosed area consisting of a great private patio area complete with an in-ground pool, a fire pit, an outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water as well as a ping-pong table and cornhole boards. There is also a second refrigerator and a food prep area - perfect for entertaining after a lazy day at the beach! The pool features optional heat in cooler months. Guests will love the cute touches and decor all around this home. Your furry family will also love the fully fenced doggie run where Fido or Fifi can enjoy some off-leash privacy - complete with a waste receptacle and disposable bags. There is a gas grill on the upstairs porch. This home is Pet-friendly. Parking is available under the home to park 2 small vehicles, with additional off-street parking for 3. Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional fee (Not available in January and February). The house was beautiful and the location was perfect! We enjoyed being able to walk to the shore - and to Tybean coffee shop. The screened porch was our favorite place for meals. :) The pool was a great place to relax. This was our family’s annual beach trip - thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! The location was great and made for a nice, quiet stay. The beach is very close, but more of a lake feel. The Atlantic beach isn’t very far to drive to and had great waves for the kids to play. The house had plenty of room and had a beachy-vibe. We spent majority of our time in the pool and screened in porch. The pool is small, but great for a dip after the beach!

The property was in a great location. Our family gathered here to celebrate Christmas. The property was overall in a very good location and perfect for what we needed. We had a few hiccups that were pretty quickly addressed by the management team. The dishwasher was broken and could not be fixed during the stay so that was a bummer. We were provided paper goods to tide us over. Then a pipe burst one morning due to the cold. While it was inconvenient to move in the middle of our Christmas festivities, they worked with us to accommodate in a very nice house down the street. Overall good experience.

We enjoyed our stay! The dishwasher was broken but otherwise everything was in working order and clean. The pool is small but was perfect for our young kids. Easy walk to the beach. We’d love to come back!

The house was nice but we rented it for the pool which did not work and was nasty.The maintenance company came to fix the pool right as we were checking out. Saw a fire pit I thought maybe we could use that and sit out by the pool but it didn’t work either. Then we thought maybe we would watch the World Series but That didn’t work out either.

The reason we rented this particular house was because of the pool. We arrived to a pool that looked like brown sludge. Called Tybee vacation rentals and they sent a co-worker out to see what the issue was. He was rude and made excuses. Had to call the manager the second day. Needless to say, the pool was never fixed. The house was okay. An underwhelming stay. Will never rent from this group again.

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home. We were a very close walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool and enclosed area under the house. We really enjoy the quiet north side of Tybee. The only negative is the house is very close to Highway 80 and Byers is also a very busy street. We will be back.

Access to North Beach awesome! Pool was cared for and access to shops on Hwy 80 was so convenient! We were very comfortable with kitchen, grill and even the commercial waffle maker in this home with the Covid guidelines!

Our first trip to Tybee and it didn’t disappoint! House was great for our group of 6, the screened in porch was our hangout for morning coffee and evening dinners. Great entertainment space with ping pong, corn hole and a small pool to cool off. Short distance to a very quiet beach with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Beds were comfortable, good open floor plan of kitchen/living room and plenty of kitchen items

We really love the house and private pool! Comfy furniture in the living room and porch and very comfy beds. Only advice we have is to bring your bug spray because the no-see-ums are vicious and can get through the screens!

We so enjoyed our stay in Tybee! Rental was just as advertised and check in was a breeze. We were just a short walk to the beach, where we saw dolphins playing and ships sailing upriver. We rented a golf cart and tooled around the island. Lighthouse Beach was just a short ride away. Pool was small, but we were happy to have one. Overall, was a great vacation!

Um. This is a MUST stay. I needed a quiet place for me and my pups for a few nights. As I hopped out of the car, I was thrilled to find that the owners have built a fenced-in dog park / yard area under-house parking area -adjacent to the pool! While the furry ones safely chilled out, I was able to decompress and swim in the uber-private under house deck + pool area. I could have camped out! The well-appointed kitchen allowed me to cook all of my meals w/ ease. A private screened wraparound patio allowed for fresh salty air all day. My only regret is renting this alone, I would for sure secure this gem for a girls’ beach trip + bring the kiddos and pals.

Beautiful, very homey and comfortable home-away-from-home! Loved the screened-in porch for morning coffee and Bible reading and for evening games. Short walk to the beach and so many dolphins!😊 Lots of room for our group of 7. Would definitely stay here again!
