We had a great time, Beautiful pools, Short walk distance to the beach from condo close to restaurants and Walmart and loved the hangout food and bar at the pool with the waterfall. We had a wonderful time on our vacation

The condo location is wonderful! The view from the balcony was great. The condo itself is very outdated and not very well maintained. There is no weather stripping around the entry door and the threshold cover to enter the condo is not attached. You can feel hot air blowing in and it whistles if windy outside. The bathtub is huge but has black all around the caulking. Was it mold? I don't believe so, but it looks horrible and the grout should be replaced. On the balcony "ceiling" there was something black that looked like it was sprayed on(also resembles mold) and the seal around the patio door was also black. Again, I am not sure if it was mold, but it should be taken care of. The furniture is functional, that is all I can say. The drop down light over the dining area is very low. I am 5'2" and it was at my eyes. It is off center so you will walk into it if not careful. The rug in the living room is filthy. The corners are flipped up. You will trip-we moved a chair over it so we would not. The dishwasher worked, but pulls and is off kilter so you have to push it sideways to close. I know this sounds horrible and it was not nice but it really needs taken care of. We had a nice week but I would not stay at this particular condo again.

It was beautiful and the place was so nice! There were a couple of furniture pieces that were damaged and I was worried we wouldn't get the deposit back because of that. Overall I did enjoy the stay from the pool to the beachfront and pineapple willy within walking distance. Thank you for everything!

Great view. Couch needs to be cleaned or replaced. No condiments at all in the kitchen. Not even salt and pepper? Most condos have something. We would stay here again in the fall. Too crowded in the middle of summer.

Nice ocean view from 12th floor. Gated parking with guard at the shack during all hours. Walmart Around the corner. Close to many good restaurants. The bedroom furniture was nice with updated comforter. Kitchen table had been upgraded and was nice. Large balcony with sliding doors in living room and the bedroom. Pull-out couch bed. Only disappointing part, was the shower needed and the 2 shower curtains had mold spots. Which. I'm sure will be fixed soon(?). Great Location.

The condo was clean, balcony big and gorgeous sunsets! Mattress & appliances good. BUT, flooring was cracked, worn-out and needs replaced. Living room furniture dirty & worn out. All furniture needs replaced. We will not rent this property again.

This condo is perfectly located. Walmart grocery store and a few restaurants that are all walking distance. Beautiful beach and the most beautiful sunsets. We also saw daulphins from the balcony. We always wanted to vist the Panhandle and we were not disappointed. The condo is perfect for a small family. Kitchen is well stocked. The only thing missing was a spatula, we picked one up. New pans also need to be purchased. We had a few cool mornings, but that's to be expected at this time of the year.

We loved the size of the unit. The only issue we had was with the bed. The mattress was spongy and my husband did not sleep well. We added a foam topper but it didn’t help. Other than that we enjoyed our time.

Probably won’t stay again. Very outdated property and small. We had problems to where our front door wouldn’t shut and I never could get ahold of maintenance. Coffee maker didn’t work so I had to walk to get coffee every morning. Balcony doors are very squeaky when opening. Dishwasher worked terribly. All the eyes on the stove are lifted up and won’t stay down. The oven doesn’t cook well at all. Bed was very old and wobbly and hit the mirrors constantly. Wrong size sheets for the pull out bed. The staff at the hangout was very rude and hateful. The dryer in the unit doesn’t work well and gets lint all over everything, even though it was cleaned out.
Good size tub and balcony. Great views. Walking distance to pineapple willys which was nice. Never a wait for the elevator-super nice compared to others. Security was very friendly

We had a great stay at this condo in Long Beach resort short walk down the beach to pineapple willies. The pools were great other than doing maintenance a couple days we were there. That was of no fault tho. Overall it was a wonderful stay the Condo was beautiful.
