The Endless Summer Villa is perfect for a crowd—whether you're part of a multigenerational family reunion or a pack of surfers on a getaway (it's just 45 minutes from downtown San Diego to our front door, and to one of the best surf breaks around). The villa gives you the space to sprawl out, plus all the toys you need to enjoy the Baja coast, which stretches endlessly in front of our home. Kayaks, surfboards, body boards, stand-up paddle boards (SUPs) — all yours for the trip —are housed in the 3 car garage. The town of Rosarito is 10 minutes away and there's a grocery store and restaurant just across the street. Or, wander only as far as the complex's pool, where a local sells fresh fish and ceviche every Saturday. The complex also offers tacos, burritos and drinks in the summer. What else makes the Endless Summer Villa special? First, our family of seven—including five kids—uses this home as our own vacation spot, so we're always checking in to update the decor and make sure everything is in good order. We love this place, and have been coming to Rosarito since we were kids ourselves. The secure complex that houses the villa, called Las Gaviotas, is safe, friendly, and knockout gorgeous, and includes the pool, a hot tub, a tennis court and more. Endless Summer Villa itself has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, and each bedroom offers its own perks to ease any room-envy among your group. Unavoidably, the master is pretty special—with its own fireplace, ocean views, and an en suite bathroom—so you may have to flip a coin for that one. But the rest of the rooms feature elements like vibrant colors, fun local-themed artwork, televisions in every room, and high-end furniture, including indestructible wrought iron bedframes from Wesley Allen. Bright salmon-colored and turquoise Mexican tile work in the bathrooms means there's not a drab room in the house. The living spaces all have views of the Pacific and the lofty palm trees that line the coast. The kitchen, living room, and dining room flow into one another to create one big space for your group to fill with its noise, love, laughter and food. Speaking of food—the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd have at home and presents the cook with sweeping views of the ocean. Every day, you're likely to spot dolphins gliding by out in the ocean, and you may even spot a humpback or grey whale making its way along the coast. When dinner's ready to be served, there's a big dining table for ten indoors, or, take it outside to the ten-seat umbrella-shaded patio with restaurant-level ambiance—we're confident in saying this space offers one of the best views in Las Gaviotas, featuring a blanket of azure water and a scattering of tall palm trees. Rosarito Beach abounds with Spanish architecture and a coastline comprised of natural cliffs that jut over tide pools teeming with marine life. You can spend all of your time on the beach or in the waves, or take a 45-minute drive to the Guadalupe Valley wine country, which is exploding in popularly thanks to its five-star restaurants helmed by French chefs and tasting vineyards that provide 95 percent of Mexico's wines. My wife had some trepidation driving some through TJ but afterwards said she felt completely safe the entire time we were down there.

Mark was as helpful as I could imagine a host being, and the house was spacious, comfortable, and accommodating! The neighborhood/house has a ton of amenities and is as comfortable as can be. Inside voices after 10pm.

Great stay!!
Mark was a really great host, we had awesome waves and wonderful weather. The house is perfect for a big group. The only complaint from our side is that the neighbors weren’t the friendliest. Other than that things couldn’t have been better.

Amazing Large Family Trip
With a large family of 10, we often have to be split or are unable to bring our entire family on vacation. Endless Summer Villa was the perfect house and location for us to enjoy some special family time. The house is a short walk to the beach and pool, but even the walk was enjoyable! The rooms were comfortable (we had more than enough room), the table was large, the patio was perfect, and the water toys were great. We would highly recommend you staying here and will be back ourselves--all they way from Colorado!

This was one of our favorite stays in Las Gaviotas! Mark is very wonderful as far as making sure you and your guests are fully set up and all having a great getaway! Not only did Mark go above and beyond with the house itself, (one of the largest I've seen in Gavi) but he also made sure we hit all the best places to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner - some of these places are somewhat of "locals" spots, that you may have never been to previously on trips down, but are definitely going to knock you off your feet! Overall 10/10 and will 100% be staying with Mark and one of their properties in Las Gaviotas again soon :)

Amazing Stay at the Endless Summer Villa
The Endless Summer Villa is amazing. The house has everything you need and offers incredible ocean views from the deck and second story. The owner, Mark, went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. He has first-hand experience in the area and gave excellent advice regarding the house, local restaurants and catering services, beaches, and surf. I really appreciated his effort to ensure my entire group had a wonderful time in Las Gaviotas. If you are looking for a safe, easy, and relaxing destination for your family or group of friends to hang out on the beach, drink a margarita, and catch a couple waves, look no further than the Endless Summer Villa.

Beautiful Home In A Beautiful Place
This property has it all. It's spacious, extremely clean, mwell kept, has a great location within the community, and the sight you see out the front windows every morning is pure magic.
The homeowners are also very friendly, accommodating, and communicative, which I personally find to be equally important in the rental experience.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Quick Furniture Shopping Trip
We enjoyed the house. It was clean & comfortable. The view was terrific. The water was hot, had an issue with a previous rental. The house behind the header of master had a loud party that went well past 0200 so it was hard to sleep. The following night security shut them down around midnight so that was nice. Beautiful house. Loved the furniture & decor. TV did not appear to have cable so might suggest own DVD player or a good book. Kitchen was well stocked. We highly recommend house, especially for a large family.

Amazing Accommodations and Great Times
Staying at Endless Summer Villa was an absolute treat! House accommodations were perfect with amazing views all day long. The hosts also gave perfect recommendations, including an amazing caterer who made some of the best fish tacos I've ever had. Walking distance to our own private surf spot. I will definitely be back! Thank you for memories that I'll never forget!

Absolute Paradise!
The property is in a beautiful and safe location, well kept and clean, with responsive hosts, and VERY comfortable for our group of 9. I am grateful they had availability the weekend I was looking to come visit from Los Angeles. We made great use of the water toys during our stay- a whole garage full of surf boards, paddle boards and kayaks! Plus, we took advantage of the local area with recommendations from Mark on local wineries, restaurants, etc. Truly the perfect place for a getaway. We all left feeling very refreshed and look forward to visiting more often!

Tranquility of Endless Summer
This home was relaxing, spacious, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the ocean view while sitting on the deck, hearing the waves crash. Mark, the owner, gave us a plethora of information before arrival (crossing the border, what to bring, etc.) and answered multiple texts so we felt at home right away.

Great Stay!!
The Endless Summer Villa is a great place to stay in Gaviotas. We go down often to surf and it is definitely one of our favorite houses. Great location, beds are comfortable and house is spotless. The owner Mark is great to work with and we felt right at home. Can't recommend it enough!!

Great stay over Thanksgiving
We needed a 4-5 bedroom house and this fit the bill! Great location in the community and overall kept up inside, The layout is a little funny with 2 bedrooms and a bath being down stairs with no way to get upstairs from inside. We made it work but it wouldn’t be good if you were traveling with more children than adults. Minor issues like downstairs shower not working and kitchen cabinets pretty rickety. We loved the huge dining table and outdoor patio. Great views from inside the home!

My Favorite Get Away!
Have been here several times and every time I come I promised myself to come back more often. If you want a quiet getaway in Mexico this is the place. One of the most safe and secure complexes you'll ever find and it's impeccably maintained by the homeowners association. The home is roomy and comfortable and has everything you need . Just bring YOU, you'll be really glad you did!

South of the Border, down Gaviotas Way
Had a great long weekend at the Endless Summer Villa! Had been to Baja Norte a few times, but first time to Gaviotas and it was just super! Gaviotas itself felt very safe, great vibes everywhere, good surf, beautiful beaches, views, etc. The Endless Summer Villa suited us well - enjoyed the large great room upstairs, and the good sized patio that has great views out to the ocean, sunset, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all good sized, and comfortable. The kitchen is large, and well appointed. Some of the kitchen drawers were a bit "rickety" and could use some TLC, but on balance, the kitchen and dining area is great, spacious. We were five buddies on a long surf and hangout weekend, and the Villa and the Gaviotas community itself was everything we needed and more! Already looking forward to a return trip!

Great vacation in May 2019
This is the second time we've stayed at the Endless Summer house and hopefully it won't be out last. We finished a five day trip with 4 adults and 5 kids and we all had a blast. The house worked perfect for us as we balanced time at the beach and enjoying the house and patio area. The house was as advertised with a Mexican feel with some modern updates. We felt very safe in the gated community and had everything we needed at the house or nearby. Thanks!

Amazing Place at an Amazing Location
Hosted a bachelor party at the Endless Summer house. The house was super clean and easily slept all 9 of us. Beach access is a short walk away as well as a local brewery (Sergio and Alejandra were excellent bartenders!).
Book this spot if you need a quick vacation just past the California border!

Great rental house with incredible views from the 2nd story patio!
This was my 2nd stay at the Endless Summer Villa and I absolutely loved it - again. Clean and spacious, with a large windows looking out over the las gaviotas community onto the pacific ocean. Mark is very easy to communicate with and had no problems checking in or out. The bedrooms are all a good size and the large living room was great for a group of our size. I would stay here again in a heart beat... hopefully sooner rather than later!!

Relaxing weekend away in paradise
We booked this trip for family and friends to celebrate my husbands birthday (8 adults and a 1yr old). Everything was exactly as described and the views were phenomenal. We actually saw a whale one morning and dolphins the next right from the balcony! The pool, jacuzzi, beach and surfing were all within a very short walk and we were able to use Mark and Antoinette's boards from their garage for those of us that don't surf. Mark and Antoinette were very accommodating and quick to respond to questions (less than 30min in most cases). We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Mark and Antoinette!

Beautiful, dreamy sunsets this week!
The Endless Summer Villa is just what the doc ordered! The place is very charming and the views from the kitchen and grand room are stunning. I loved lounging along the window bench and just taking in the sights and warming in the sun! We enjoyed two incredible nights barbecuing on the deck and watching the incredible sunsets this week!!! The grounds at Las Gaviotas are well maintained as well and the place really feels like you are in Old Mexico. Just stunning! It truly is amazing that we are only 40 minutes from the US/ Mex border. And, not to mention it was in the low 70’s while the rest of the US was in sub-freezing temps. Gotta love SoCal and Northern Baja!! I’ll be back sooner than later

Great authentic Mexico house walking distance from private beach
My family and I just finished a week long stay at the endless summer house. We had 4 adults and 4 toddlers and had plenty of space. There were great gathering spaces, but also great separation spaces for sleep and privacy. The house had a wonderful authentic Mexico style, which we loved because it gave us a break from Orange County and let us feel more part of the culture we were staying in. The community felt very safe, which was important to my friends and family. We ventured out a few times and had some local food, which was also amazing. The house had everything we needed and more. We'll definitely be coming back!

Great experience
Rented two properties at Las Gaviotas. This one was by far the better experience of the two rentals. Owner was helpful and quick to respond. Villa is beautiful with great views and is tastefully decorated. Reservation was a snap and my very reasonable $200 deposit was refunded promptly (two weeks later and not a dime of the $500 deposit from the other property). Rent this spot with no worries and enjoy.
