The hotel is a great choice, especially for travellers arriving by car. The free underground parking is a huge advantage — the parking spaces are spacious and secure, which made us feel much more comfortable leaving our car there. The building itself is older and could benefit from some renovation, but everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Despite the age of the property, we never once felt uncomfortable or that anything was neglected. The bed linen, towels and overall cleanliness of the apartment were all excellent. On the other hand, the size of the apartment was a wonderful surprise. While many newer hotels seem to focus on making rooms smaller and smaller, here you get a genuinely spacious apartment at a very reasonable price. Four people can stay comfortably without feeling cramped. We also really appreciated having the bathroom and toilet separated, which makes getting ready in the morning much easier. Although we stayed only for a short time and didn’t need to use the kitchen, it was great to see that the apartment was fully equipped with everything guests might need. Having a full kitchen in a budget-friendly accommodation is definitely a big plus. The size of the property was also surprising. From the outside and inside, it almost feels like you’re staying in part of a private apartment building, yet it is actually a large multi-storey hotel. It gives the place a unique and homely character. The location is also quite convenient. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance — around 45 minutes — and we found the neighbourhood pleasant and comfortable to walk through. Overall, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place with plenty of space, especially when travelling with a family or a group of friends, this is a very good option. It may not be the newest or most modern property, but it offers cleanliness, comfort, space and excellent parking — all at a very reasonable price.

A small downside is the lack of air conditioning, especially during warmer days.

Good staff, good location. Beds are confortable, and there is everything you need in.

Best apartment on our Europe trip. More than we expected for family stay. Kitchen with all accessories, bed and overall space was excellent. Plenty of parking, however if you have low ground clearance vehicle with luggage in the boot, be careful on slope one floor down the parking..

Only advantage from me was that my whole family could stay in one apartment. It was not value for money for me.

1) Cleanliness was poor 2) Dishwasher didn’t clean the utensils 3) After changing the room, ceramic stove was taking too long to heat up 4) TV was working with very few channels after changing the room.
