Good room , good location, helpful staff
One big problem. The Booking .com website said there was parking, and this was a main reason why I chose this appart-hotel.
But when we got there, we were told there was no room in their parking and that you have to contact them separately and directly to book parking with them before you arrive. This is absolutely not mentioned on the website.
So I had to park in a car park not far away, but expensive. This was a big let down.
The website must be changed to make it clear that parking is not available via the booking.com website, but must be negotiated directly with the hotel.

Comfy bed, great air conditioning. Lots of amenities. The room was a little dated, but it didn't effect the comfort. We appreciated the ample counter space too!
The shower floor mat was a little icky

Staff at the hotel were wonderful. Really friendly and helpful. I asked to change rooms after the first night because the heating/air conditioning was very noisy and couldn't be turned off. I was given a different room where the heating was a lot quieter and I was able to sleep properly.
The water in the shower wasn't really warm. The first two days it was at best lukewarm. Then on the third morning there was only cold water coming out of the taps but of course I still had to shower and wash my hair somehow. Which would be ok when I'm staying at a campsite in the middle of summer. But when I've got to get ready for work on a cold November morning and I'm paying over 100 EUR/night, I really want warm water for my shower.
