We so enjoyed our VRBO rental condo for our family vacation! North Myrtle Beach has become our favorite spot to spend our vacation! Everyone we encountered was so accommodating, from our condo owner to the wait staff at all the local restaurants, everyone made our stay very pleasant! Thank you all for our home away for a week!

Our stay was Wonderful. The condo was Clean, Comfortable, Roomy, Well Maintained and right on the Beach. Perfect !! So many restaurants, shows and activities close by. A must stay. Will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit for a week with our family, including 3 young kids. It's on the first floor - one floor up from ground level - and just off the elevator. Conveniently located to get on the beach quickly for a sunrise stroll, a jump in the pool or ocean, or a drive a short distance to Barefoot Landing (a favorite). One elevator so we found ourselves taking the stairwell often as a preference/convenience.
The unit was clean, and we very much appreciated the extra touches like dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and sample-sized toiletries. That's the general theme...thoughtful, unexpected touches that made it feel as if you were staying at a love one's home. Kids appreciated the waffle maker. I appreciated the crockpot for easy, make at home dinners, while enjoying a full day on the beach.
The beds comfortable. No issue with hot water availability for showers, which can be issues with some other condo units. Had to park in the overfilled parking lot across the street one night but otherwise no issue with parking spots. The pool was rarely crowded. A good mix of ages, and friendly guest interactions. Our highlight was the beach access and the views from the unit. I swear we ate most meals outside on the balcony.
Finally, I'd be remiss if i didn’t mention the effortless of the rental and interactions with the property management. Detailed info before trip, during trip, and upon check out. 5*****! Well, done!

We stayed in this Ocean Front 3 Bedroom Condo with our two granddaughters (ages 5 & 8) and our adult daughter. It was perfect for us. It’s close to shopping and restaurants but best of all was being directly on the beach. We could spend time playing in the sand and the ocean and then go in for some down time. We loved it here.

The condo was very clean and as a family of 5 it was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. The location is right across from Barefoot Landing and the crowd level at the beach in front of the condo was way less than other parts of the beach. We all really enjoyed our stay.

This has been our favorite place to stay in North Myrtle Beach. The Condo is right on the water and close to tons of restaurants and shopping locations. There's even a great pet boarding facility right up the street.
The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook.
The property manager was responsive and very helpful. I can't wait to visit this home again!

My sisters and cousin had a girls long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, generous towel supply and well stocked kitchen. Location is very convenient to Barefoot landing, oceanfront property… I would stay again!

We had a great stay! We love the building and the neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. Kitchen has most everything you’ll need. Roomy bedrooms, too. The ocean view is amazing. Scott is a responsive host for any problem.

We had a fantastic New Years in North Myrtle. Our show was at the House of Blues and this was the perfect location for everything we had planned. House was well accommodated and perfect for our group. Would definitely book again.

I can't say enough about how great my wife and my vacation was. Condo F1 at Crescent Sands is the best condo we have stayed in at myrtle beach. Very clean and comfortable. The views of the ocean from both balconies was amazing. The owner Scott Bittner was very helpful, even recommended some favorite restaurants. I will definitely stay there again. I don't have anything bad to say about the condo or Scott. Once me and wife make plans for our trip to myrtle beach next Sept/Oct. we hope that this condo is still available, if not , one of the other condos he has at Crescent Sands. Thanks again Scott.

Awesome location for North Myrtle Beach. Close location to Barefoot Landing, Aligator Adbenture, Alabama Theater, Food Lion, and more. We brought our 1 year old and almost 3 year old. It was so helpful to be right on the beach and have the pool for playing as well. Also, was nice to have the ocean view on the porch since they have early bedtimes. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans etc to be able to make meals at the condo. All in all, a great vacation in a great location.

We had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed staying at this condo. I would certainly book here again! The ocean view was a delight. The condo was welcoming, very clean, and comfortably cold during the extremely hot days. We enjoyed having a bathroom in each bedroom and liked that the balcony had two sections for seating. The beach area in front of the condo was never too crowded. The pool area was neat and clean and had plenty of lounge chairs.

We loved this place!
Came for a week with our children and two other family members. The view was great, pool was very clean and the grounds were well kept and beautiful! We really enjoyed our time here. We loved the fact they made the beds for us, had our must haves on arrival (TP, paper towels, etc) we had plenty of towels, and the room was clean and spacious enough for all of us! Thanks again we will visit again for sure.

Stunning View
This place is right in the middle of everything we needed! Great places to eat and shop! I don’t like heights so this place was perfect, not high and still a great view. The layout of the condo is great! The master is away from the other two bedrooms so you get some privacy. Absolutely no issues, would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo, beautiful views!
This was our first time coming to myrtle beach from PA and we were not disappointed! The condo was beautiful, clean, well kept. We had plenty of space to stretch out. Beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. We can’t find one single complaint. In fact, this may be our new yearly spot!

The location of this condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed the quiet, while still having access to shopping, restaurants and fun activities. The condo itself was clean, peaceful, and nicely furnished.
We spent every morning waking up to the ocean view and watching the sunrise from the deck. We definitely will be returning.
