Nestled in Okaloosa Island, this lovely condo for $223 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Island Sands Unit 106. Located directly on the beach, ground floor unit with the beach right outside of your sliding glass doors. Enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your private patio and the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green water. Please see pictures and labels for more detail on view. The unit has a completely stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The living room and bedroom have a television. Living room has a Smart TV and the bedroom a flat scree with DVD. Free WIFI is also available. The bedroom has a queen bed with a 1/2 bath.The living room has 2 queen sofa sleeper sofas. A full bath is located in the hall. There is a pool with lounge chairs and tables. BBQ and picnic areas are located near the pool. A private BBQ pit is also provided on our patio. Chair and Umbrella beach service is included March - October. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, night life, water parks close by. Fishing is available by boat charter, fishing pier (only two miles away) and on the beach. The outlet mall in Destin is just a short drive away. You can enjoy lots of activities or just relax on the beautiful beaches. 3 day minimum, Prime summer by the week only. A week is from Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rentals November-February. Very comfortable. I slept very well and we enjoyed a quiet, relaxed stay at this cozy retreat. Very well stocked for basic preparation of meals if needed. Beachfront; literally steps from the beautiful pristine beach and sea.

Location was nice. Beach access was awesome. The gentleman that set up the beach chairs every morning was very helpful and friendly. Tenants in units above and to the side left trash in front of the back door of the unit we stayed in and made no effort to clean it up. Not a good look but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, none the less. Would stay here again.

Great location! Loved the ease of just walking out the sliding door and over the boardwalk to the beach! Enjoyed my morning coffee sitting on the beach everyday of our stay. Perfect weather , great food, and all the amenities needed for a perfect beach bumming getaway!

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of four. My favorite thing was how close it is to the beach. The boardwalk is literally steps from the back door. The chair and umbrella set-up was so convenient and the beach was never overly crowded like at most of the bigger condominium complexes. Stephanie was an awesome host. She answered all of our questions very promptly. We had a great stay and hope to come back soon.

Great lower level with a back door that steps right out to the beach steps. Even though the beach steps are directly across it was still very quiet. Would stay again. The only downside was the queen mattress. It sagged in the middle when 2 people was in it.

Property was great. Clean and nicely decorated. Great location and beach chairs/umbrella included. Work was being done on patios/balconies during our stay so we could not use the patio. Was okay as we spend all of our time on the beach!! Enjoyed it very much!!

Island sands property was under construction which condo owner informed us. She did give a $200.00 refund. We could not get into condo, wrong door code given. All of the beach side doors were covered in plywood. Emergency fire egress was impossible if needed. This is clearly a fire hazard and property should be shut down until all construction is completed.

Older property that feels very homey. You can definitely tell this belongs to a family. There was even a plastic step stool for the kids to use in the bathroom. It had everything we needed and it’s on the first floor.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. If you want to sit on the patio with a view of the water you're out of luck, but you can't get any closer to the beach. Just walk out the door and across the boardwalk and you are there. For 2 older adults, it's just what we needed! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home away from home!

First off, great communication from the owner start to finish. We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The pictures don't really show just how close you are to the boardwalk to the beach. It is literally about 4 steps out the sliding glass door to the boardwalk. The place was clean and the perfect size for my wife and I. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The property was just as advertised and was right on the beach! The location was amazing as it was far enough away from downtown to be a quiet area but also close enough for a quick drive if we wanted to do any of the activities…definitely recommend walking the pier! The beach was not crowded at all, everyone we met was very friendly, and the beach attendant was helpful and courteous. We rented a kayak and loved it! The condo was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and also had several beach/water toys available for us to use. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Best decision for a family vacation!

We have children ranging in age from 13 to 1. When the listing say steps from the ocean, it means literlally steps from the ocean. The condo has EVERYTHING that you need! There was even a little step stool in one of the bathrooms, which was great for my littles to be able to wash their hands on their own. Pull out sofas and the bed were very comfortable. Chair service by the beach is phenomenal. The location is perfect. Even though it was spring break it is not overcrowded. The assigned parking is a plus, right out the front door. We met so many friendly neighbors. Our family would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for letting us rent your beach home!!! So many great memories were made there this past week!

We loved the location! The ground floor gave us easy access to going in and out to the beach...morning coffee on the beach everyday watching the sunrise was amazing. The condo was exactly as listed. Very neat and clean. We really appreciated the free beach service with chairs and umbrella everyday. Close to the airport, grocery, shopping and great restaurants. Owner was very quick to respond when I had questions.

The stay was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Having the pool access was a plus as I didn’t remember reading that was available. The pull out beds were comfy!! Next time would love to have a google cast for the tv’s so we could watch Netflix. Already checking availability for our next trip.
