Located in Kiawah Island, this charming villa for $289 per night is a great option for your next break. Our villa is located on the second (top) floor of the quiet, secluded Seascape Villas. Perfectly situated in Kiawah's West Beach Village, you'll be only minutes from the Kiawah entrance gate, with convenient access to the West Beach Convention Center, Cougar Point Golf Course, Freshfields Village shopping and dining, and Night Heron Park. Our unit is located less than 100 yards from Kiawah's wide beautiful beach, which can be reached by a paved, shaded path. Out on the villa's screened in porch you'll be greeted with a serene view of wooded forest where you can enjoy watching Kiawah's abundant wildlife. Kiawah is one of the top ten beaches in the US. It is known for its beautiful natural environment. Our villa was completely refurbished in 2018 with stylish tile and plank floors, beautifully tiled shower, granite counter tops and new high-end furnishings. Sleeping accommodations include a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, wireless high speed internet, a full stock of kitchen pans, cooking utensils, and dinnerware, and available beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy at the beach. Traveled to Kiawah for race weekend. Place was clean, tidy, and all appliances worked well. We even got to sit on the screen porch for a bit on Saturday. Beach is literally a 2 minute walk on quiet path / boardwalk. It was quiet and we very much enjoyed our stay. Only complaint, and this is strictly personal preference, was pillows provided were a bit thick for my liking. Again, personal preference, but just FYI. Would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Place was very clean and check in was very easy. Very close to beach, a two-minute walk. Love how quite the beach was, very secluded. Was nice to have the washer and dryer to use and also the beach chairs. Would definitely come back again.

Very quiet location, convenient to the beach, bike trails, Freshfields. There were bike racks right next to the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owners responded immediately to questions. Definitely would return.

Your property was everything we asked for. Clean, quiet, peaceful. We had never been to Kiawah Island before, and we definitely want to come back. The touches you added to your property were very tasteful and well-thought out. The short walk to the beach was a real blessing. We had never been to a beach that was so calm, soothing, and tranquil. Susette and I absolutely loved everything about our stay!

Very nice, comfortable bed, great communication with owner through VRBO and even personal call when had question. Proximity to beach short walk, even had lightweight chairs and great umbrella to take to beach. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay for our anniversary! Mark was very quick to respond to a question we had. He also made sure that a broken hair dryer was replaced before we even got there (previous renter had told him it was broken) and although we didn’t need the hair dryer, his prompt attention to this speaks well of how the property is taken care of!

We were looking for a relaxing get away for a few days either on the beach or close by the beach. This place had everything we were looking for, the screen in porch overlooking the forest was perfect for relaxing and watching the squirrels play in the trees and the deer roaming around. The beach was a 2 minute walk away and not crowded at all.

My husband and I stayed here for our 2nd anniversary. This house was equipped with everything we needed! It was super clean and easy to access. The beach is super close as well. Overall this was a great experience in the house!

It's hard to imagine a more beautiful place to go for a vacation. The condo was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the huge bed was very comfortable, and the shower is awesome. A short walk to the beach, very convenient to Freshfield where you can find anything you may need or want, and Bohicket marina. I highly recommend this place!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Villa. It was just a couple minutes to the beach, clean, well-stocked and nicely decorated and maintained. We really appreciated that there were beach chairs and a vacuum cleaner on premises. The Stacy's were very responsive when we had a question and we would definitely stay here again!

Communication with Mark was great. The villa is beautifully furnished. Looks like an interior decorator updated this place. Very nice “beach” theme. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes and silverware. Pots and pans were clean and looked new. There was even a French press in one of the cabinets (if you like to use one). Location is not oceanfront but a very short walk on a boardwalk to the beach. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus. We stayed here for a month and used it often. Cleaning supplies were provided and we used those many times during our month at this villa. Vacuum cleaner worked well. The bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay while on Kiawah Island. We are looking forward to returning in 2024. Thank you to the Stacy’s for renting to us.

My husband and I enjoyed 5 nights overs Thanksgiving here. This unit was everything we expected and more. Everything was clean and well cared for. The kitchen was well stocked. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable. I'm already ready to get back home to my bed, but this one was perfect with lots of pillows. We were anticipating a rainy weekend but instead the weather was wonderful. We biked a lot, walked the beach to find the dolphins where the Kiawah River joins the ocean, sit on the beach, relaxed on the wonderful rocking chairs on the screened porch and took a day trip to Charleston to eat at our favorite restaurant, S.N.O.B I highly recommend this villa. Thanks to the Stacy's for a wonderful, fun and relaxing weekend.

The apartment was really nicely Decorated and felt like a home , the bed is so comphy and huge so we had loads of space . Shower is also very spacious. There was washing powder and everything you need available . We loved this apartment and would highly recommend

This is a great villa. Everything inside was nice and exactly as advertised. Communication was easy - all questions quickly answered before I booked and plenty of info with all the details provided after I booked. PERFECT location! Less than 5 min walk to the beach - no crossing parking lots or roads... just hop on the boardwalk. Great villa! We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay so much that we booked next year’s vacation on our way out. The Stacey’s are thoughtful and responsive hosts - quick with responses and very kind. Their condo is next to the path to beach access 7. The beach was literally 250 steps away (and I’m a shorty!) The condo is supplied with everything for an easy stay - a generous starter supply of just about anything one needs, a comfortable bed and sitting areas, a soft throw for hanging on the couch, and best of all, an overhead fan and rocking chairs on the enclosed balcony. In fact we started most mornings with coffeee on the balcony. So relaxing. I could go on with more details, but you get the picture :-). Thanks to the Stacey’s for a great stay.
