About this condo rental
Located in Sanibel Island, this attractive condo for $355 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This beautifully remodeled direct gulf front condo includes a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, computer desk and plenty of storage. Features include, crown moldings, window treatments, ceiling fans, new full size washer and dryer, three flat screen TVs and a stereo. Hotel quality high speed internet recently installed. In the master ensuite there is a tray ceiling with reading lights above the king bed. You have direct views to the gulf and access to the lanai from the master suite. The master bath has two sinks with granite countertops and travertine tile throughout. There is a separate bathroom area with a long stand up shower that includes a stationary rainhead and a shower wand and a in-shower full width bench seat. The guest bedroom includes a queen and twin size bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom includes a cabinet with a granite countertop and a marble bathtub/shower. Our fully furnished vacation beach condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) and sleeps 4 with a king bed in the master suite, a queen and a twin in the guest suite. Cable flat screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Lanai/balcony includes a table and four (4) chairs and a lounge chair and footstool. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, coffee grinder, Keurig, juicer and various utensils and gadgets that you will need to prepare your favorite beverages, snacks, or even a complete Holiday meal! The condo includes two (2) hair dryers, linens, bath towels and also beach towels. The Pointe Santo clubhouse next to the pool has a computer to print boarding passes, a children's club and bathrooms. The E36 condo has a designated offstreet parking space located close to the E buildings walkway, stair and elevator. Beautifully landscaped with tall palm trees and a fresh water lake, Pointe Santo de Sanibel is Sanibel’s finest resort located directly on the Gulf of Mexico at the southernmost tip of the island. The resort includes gas barbecue grills, a heated pool with lounge chairs, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts with complimentary rackets available at the office (Mon-Fri), shuffleboard and a clubhouse with an extensive and supervised children’s program. Nothing but good things about our stay at this Sanibel condo. The only thing you need to bring are your belongings and groceries. Honestly! Kitchen is fully stocked. There are even coolers, beach chairs, umbrella. Shovel for umbrella too, boogie boards, beach towels. Thanks for everything Al.

Property was lovely and the owner was very accommodating. The only negative was the sand fleas. We got eaten alive. If we had just been advised ahead of time, so we could have been prepared, the trip would have been more enjoyable.

We just concluded our week in this gorgeous condo and could not have asked for a better experience. The condo itself is beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and has everything you could possibly need (and then some) for a perfect beach vacation-towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers...we wanted for nothing. Everything about this place screams relaxation, from the comfy bed, to the fabulous view and proximity to the beach. It is literally a stone's throw from the condo itself. The real star is the screened porch, which invites post-beach naps and stargazing. We absolutely loved that you can hear the waves from the porch and the bedroom, even with the sliding doors closed. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus. Finally, we can't say enough good things about the owner, who was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. We never had to contact the property manager because everything was perfect, but we met him on our way out and it provided great peace of mind to know that he was nearby if we had any problems. We look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Overall just a really wonderful trip with my family—would LOVE to come back soon!

Slice of heaven.
Everything was absolutely the way I would have my own beach condo set up. From the amazing sheets & towels to the Tommy Bahama beach chairs & umbrella and fast Keurig coffee maker. Access to the beach was perfect for my elderly father. I really can’t say enough about how much my family enjoyed our time here. Already looking at booking for next year.

Sanibel is a magical place, and the condo was beautiful. This was the most well-stocked condo in which we've ever stayed. Not only was the kitchen amazing, but there were plenty of beach items as well. Communication with Al was easy.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean. The view from the lanai was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools we could possibly need. I cannot say enough great things about this condo. The fabulous view from our 3rd story balcony of E36 was no exaggeration at all! We were here from Jan 1-Jan 8th, 2022. All of the grounds are well manicured, beautiful and just restful. The whole condo was very well equipped from a kitchen that lacked nothing, to all the beach 'stuff' at our disposal. We had plenty of chairs we could have taken to the beach (I think there were at least 6), plenty of beach towels, beach umbrella, buckets and nets, etc. Seriously--we wanted for nothing! These are indeed older units as you can tell from the small in size elevators and a feel of the main level outdoor area that leads to the walkway, but that's where it ends. It has been very nicely updated, very clean and just a fabulous place! The owner, Al, who does not live on site, could not have been more hands on and helpful with phone calls, texting, etc. We definantly give this place and the owner 5 stars without any hesitation....AT ALL. Hope to go back next yeaer!

My husband, 2 daughters (20,17) and i had a wonderful stay! It was our 1st, but certainly not our last time in sanibel! We can’t say enough about how amazing E36 was!! They thought of everything! The view was spectacular! The condo, perfect! Flying in, we were worried about what we would have to go out and get. Turns out, nothing! Well, food and drinks- that’s about it!! Anything you could think of for the beach- they had!!! Chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, boogie boards, buckets, shovels, frisbee & more! Literally everything! The condo was immaculate! So spacious! Tastefully decorated! Location-perfect! Steps from the beach! Pool & hot tub were a perfect break from the sand! Property owner, Al, was so easy to work with! There was new roofing being put on a few of other condos, Al had warned us before signing. I honestly didn’t hear!
The only thing any of us had bad to say about the entire stay- the no-see-ums!! The bugs! They come out at night & you literally don’t see them! ;) We brought spray- after a facebook group warned us! It wasn’t bad until end of stay- it’s not just this condo (outside only) it’s the entire island! Lol so really no complaints!! We will be back!!!! And we will stay at E36 again!
