The view from the unit was wonderful. The service of the local rep was tremendous…though, he shouldn’t have had to work so hard! However, there were so many unacceptable items…broken blinds, tables, not clean kitchen, uncomfortable couch (worn out), doors that didn’t close/latch, air in bathroom pipes which caused low water pressure…I would never recommend this unit to anyone!

We've been staying at the location for several years. This year was disappointing. While we like the location, the building is in need of repair. The unit furniture was damaged and we found dead gnats and ants.

We stayed here as a family of 6. The room was nice and clean. Great location.
I appreciated the large amount of towels, and well equipped kitchen. The grill on the patio was fantastic. On the negative side, it was extremely difficult to check in, and I had to wander around to find a phone number so I could call while waiting with all our luggage in the 100 degree heat to get a code that worked for the garage and room as we were given codes that didn’t work. I had to ask another guest who was also confused how to even enter the building. You must exit the building to get to the pool, so be prepared with the door codes to get back in! The Murphy bed was perfect for us, but had some significant damage from previous guests, and there wasn’t enough bedding. There were more than enough pillows, which was great, but only one thin stained coverlet and 2 sets of sheets available for the Murphy bed. Also, the door to the patio doesn’t latch correctly, and I had to call for assistance closing it. I would suggest adding another blanket for the Murphy bed, and far better instructions on arrival. Overall a good stay though!

I enjoy the stay really clean nice.. I can say I had a lovely view to the water in the back. Only thing there were no sheets for the outlet bed.. and when we got there our code didn't work to the door to get in, but it was a quick fix just called a 1-800 number and the lady had to reset it twice which only took about 5 minutes other than that I have no other complaints..

Had a wonderful stay! Only issue we had was the back door lock wouldn’t latch and kept opening. Also the gas fireplace wouldn’t turn on. Other than that the place was great! We left early yesterday to beat the weather getting back. Will definitely be back again!

The place itself met our needs and would have been great except it felt/looked dirty.
1. We walked in and immediately noticed a strong odor that was there the entire stay. We weren't sure if it was in the vents, pipes, garbage disposal. We tried to look into each, but not able to see very far down.
2. There were very noticeable fingerprints on the cupboards and mirrors and drink rings left on the tables- it looked like not even the common areas were wiped down.
3. the "welcome binder" and "house rules" table tent were stained and sticky.
4. Under the bed and couches looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a long time.
5. The living room tv would kick us out of shows multiple time- it would try and connect to other condos.
6. The sheets left for the Murphy bed were too small so we couldn't properly make the bed. There was also hair on the sheets that did not belong to anyone in the family.
I emailed the local contact for Vacasa on our first morning and a week later still have not received an acknowledgement.
There were a few other issues, but these were the main ones. For such an emphasis on COVID cleaning we were VERY disappointed.

Nice Place
Nice condo in a fantastic location near the Lakeside park with beach access within walking distance. This unit is laid out well. The WiFi was unreliable though, made using the smart TV a chore. Other than that, the place was great.

This was simply a lovely condo overlooking the lake. All the amenities we could need and then some. It was fresh and clean and very well maintained.

The view was amazing to wake up to every morning. My friend liked TVs in all the rooms to what soccer. The location was also great. We will rent here again!!!

Nice Stay
Advice for customers: The condo was mostly clean except the rooms needed more dusting, especially on the floors. The front bathroom shower drain was plugged and there were several inches of water before the shower was over. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. Bring your own coffee filters and salt and pepper shakers. The beach area is public and it was very crowded but clean.
Advice for owners: Get rid of all the fake plants. They were outdated and dirty. Get rid of all the pillows on the couches. They were dirty and not very appealing, especially the black harry pillow. It gave us the creeps.
Overall it was a good stay and we would try the Chelan Resort Suites again.

gorgeous lake view
We came here again this year and we loved it! We enjoyed the views on the lake from the 3rd floor, they are really beautiful. The park with playground and the decent beach is across the building, so no driving and extra time and effort spent on this. It's just easy to walk out and have fun with kids there. Kids loved the TV in their room, and I was happy to find all the needed utensils in the kitchen to prepare the meal. I love to have a washer and dryer in the suite (with young 3 boys this is a must), and there was enough detergent for us to use, so I didn't need to carry from home, or buy it quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we'd like to come again next year.

Long weekend getaway.
Location was great for our 3 night stay. Our son ran the Chelan Man triathlon race and it was the perfect location. Just walk out the door to the park where the race starts. We had plenty of room, very clean.

Great stay at this condo.
Three friends had our annual girl's weekend here, loved the location, space, kitchen, everything was great except that we had to leave! But the Murphy bed is not operable so used an air mattress, so that was the only slight disappointment. Would love to stay here again, definitely.

Vácasa Lodging
We(5adults) spent 10days in Seattle in 3 different airbnb type of lodging. We found this to be our least favorite one. The location is great if you like to spend some quiet time with your love one, the water from the lake is beautiful and clean, but if you want some fun and excitement you will need to drive an hour to Leavenworth because most everything nearby close around 9pm. The condo is clean but not everything in working condition, the hairdryer, some of the lighting are not working. Both of the beds neeed to be replace. No condiments to make our waking up in the morning feel like home. We have enough côffee for 2 cups the 1st morning, no cream or sugar. ( did housekeeping literally clean and trash everything). No staff available for checking in. It is a little annoying trying to figure out the process after a long drive. Next time we would either stay at the place next door (they were very helpful in directing us when we show up at their front desk), or stay in Leavenworth where all the excitement are.
