Located in Petoskey, this charming house for $243 per night is a great choice for your next break. Come stay in this comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. There are two units in this duplex, each with its own entrance with a shared deck in the back. There is a large back yard with lots of room to relax. This quaint old home has been fully remodeled and has a small view of the bay! Walk downtown for dinner or shopping. We are close to bike trails, beaches, golf and ski resorts and much more. It is situated in a quiet residential area. This unit accommodates 6 comfortably. We have windowl air conditioning units: one upstairs and one downstairs. We use old school window fans too!

We brought our family on our annual Petoskey vacation. We were very excited to be between Boyne Mountain and The Highlands, but also close to downtown Petoskey. The location did not disappoint! We walked to downtown and enjoyed all the amenities of the area. The house was charming and cozy. The kids loved having their own rooms, and my wife loved all the warm blankets and cozy furniture. We will absolutely stay here again!

The place was clean, very close to town, and a great place to stay. Will definitely book this place again. My family had a great time at the house. We had 2 cars, so we parked down the street which was no big deal. This place is a must to stay at if you are looking to be close to town.

This is a nice, well-equipped house just 2 blocks from downtown, so it's easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. It's clean and comfortable...a great place to relax after a day of skiing. We loved our stay here.

Beautiful home located a few blocks from downtown. The location was perfect, so close to everything and within walking distance. The house was super cute and fully stocked. The host was wonderful with quick communication. Planning on returning in the summer.

We love Petoskey & really wanted to stay close to town so we could enjoy walking to places. This duplex was great for all of us since we had different age’s. Super cute & clean place. Everyone loved it & where it was. We’ll definitely come back!

The location is really hard to beat. Right downtown but with no foot or car traffic on the street itself. The place is cozy and accommodates a large family very well. We loved staying there and hope to be back.

This house was wonderful! So close to downtown shopping and dining (easy walk-we went a few times in a single day) and plenty of space to hang out and relax! Completely stocked with games for a fun game night in! Communication with property owner was fantastic and the instructional guide to the house provided great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try. Loved waking up in the morning and seeing the Bay from the kitchen window! Would absolutely stay here again, we were able to explore Petosky and have some great family memories!

Comfy place, ideally located in Petoskey. Downtown and the waterfront are a short walk, as is the Bear River trail. Easy ride to the Little Traverse Wheelway--a lovely bike trail to Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. We stayed here for two weeks and this was an excellent place for us. Colleen is very helpful, even bringing over a poison ivy treatment for a rash that popped up. We walked, biked, kayaked the Bear and Boyne Rivers, shopped, went to art galleries, and saw hot air balloons go up. We would return to this place again.
