Welcome to the A Loft at 108 N Main St in historic downtown Hendersonville. Built at the turn of the century by W J Davis, this 120 year old building offers you a comfortable space blending old world charm with modern amenities. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, full kitchen, dining and living room apartment provides all comforts while visiting our vibrant town. Our walk-able downtown features unique shopping, entertainment, a mixture of eating and drinking locations, all right out your front doorstep. The apartment has it's own parking spaces (2 vehicles in tandem). Within a short drive, there are several parks, hiking and other activities. Make this your vacation home while visiting our beautiful mountains. The A-Loft is the back unit of two condos in the building over downtown retail (Homestead Linens). Located in the heart of downtown Hendersonville across from the historic courthouse. Walk to everything downtown has to offer. Entire apartment and parking for 2 vehicles (in tandem behind apartment). Note: On second floor with no elevator: PLEASE be comfortable with STAIRS. (Historic building) Unique shops, restaurants, cafe's, bars, children's museum and aquarium, and all the other amenities of downtown are right at your front door. Please note that Downtown Hendersonville is active at night and Oklawaha brewery often has live music, mostly on weekends. The music is not generally heard in the bedrooms and ends at about 11:00. Easy drive to Flat Rock Playhouse & Carl Sandburg Historic site including trails and hiking. No vehicle needed for downtown area, but a car is suggested for all the amenities and sites in the mountains. Public transportation is minimal. Note: On second floor with no elevator: PLEASE BE COMFORTABLE WITH STAIRS. Common building hallway has cameras. There are NO cameras inside the loft.

My husband & I came across this gem of a place when we were looking for something a little different than our usual rentals & we truly could not have been more pleased with our stay. The owner was super speedy with communication & he was flexible and accommodating with special requests.To say this space was clean would be an understatement. I am a neat freak, so I really appreciated how well it was cleaned and taken care of.The space has ten of anything & everything you could possibly need, it’s decorated and furnished with an attention to detail that you don’t see very often in rentals. The bed was cozy, they had beverages stocked in the refrigerator & there was a sweet treat when we arrived. They have hundreds of books to choose from! We appreciated having a washer/dryer & they had the supplies for us to do laundry. It was just my husband & I staying here, so we used the extra room/office to keep our luggage & clothes in, worked perfectly. This is a loft style space so while it’s not a huge area, it was so well laid out that we never felt like we didn’t have enough room. We had some friends over for a few hours one evening & there were 6 of us with plenty of room to entertain in the living space & the half bathroom for them to use. Location- literally could not be more ideal. You’re on Main Street so you have walking distance access to the numerous restaurants & shopping. Stairs were no problem for us. Cost was more than fair. Couldn’t recommend higher!!

Loved our stay in Hendersonville and we were thrilled with the loft! So tastefully done with a so many details to provide comfort. The location was excellent-right in the heart of town, however quiet and private at the same time. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the brewery right out the back door, as well as easy access to Asheville and a multitude of state/national parks for hiking and beautiful views. Would highly recommend the loft and hope to stay again on future visits. Everything needed was provided, communication was excellent, a list of restaurants, local sites and brochures were on hand, and the loft was even decorated for Christmas!

We had a great stay right in the heart of downtown. This was probably our best rental experience. It’s a very quiet, spacious spot in the heart of Hendersonville. It’s just a short walk to all of the action.

This loft is charming and in the BEST location! Walk right out the door onto Main St.! The owners are very accessible and responsive, provided excellent instructions and information for all our needs, and equipped the loft with every imaginable amenity! We will definitely return!

We love staying in Hendersonville and especially on Main St being close to the shops and dining. We just needed a one BR so chose this loft. There is parking in the rear lot so that is a big bonus, especially since the city has now figured out how to bleed more income from visitors by charging for parking. The only downfall of the loft is it faces a brewery across the lot with live music most nights. It might be a bonus for you but it would have been nice knowing beforehand. Otherwise the loft is lovely.

The Loft is stunning. Casually elegant with every attention to detail and amenities that one could possibly think of. Right on Main Street, the heart of downtown. The shops, food and music were great. 25 minute drive to Dupont State Park. We look forward to our next stay at The 108 Loft. We had a great weekend. Thanks.

The loft, situated directly across the street from town hall in beautiful old town Hendersonville, is stunningly appointed and welcoming. The furniture is charming and comfortable, the decorations tasteful, the towels and linens of the highest quality, and the care taken to make it homey obvious. Perfectly located for great dining and entertainment, it’s a stunning vacation location.

As the title states, this was our second stay at the property.
We have visited many VRBO residences but this is the only one
we have returned too. It was exactly as it was the first time.

This loft is the perfect location to your downtown Hendersonville. The checkin and checkout process was super simple. The owners left very detailed instructions as far as how to access parking and entry to the loft. They were also kind enough to give a list of places we should visit. If I had to leave one critique…the bed sheets weren’t the most comfortable. A bit scratchy. But overall we loved our stay and the loft itself.

Easy access to everything downtown Hendersonville! Very comfortable and quiet bedroom and another bedroom/ office with smaller bed perfect for a single or kids. Kitchen has everything you need. Owner owner left us a cinnamon Babka that was out of this world! It was from a local bakery and we got another 4 loafs to take home before we left. Owner communicated well and fast. Overall a great place!

This gem is conveniently located on Main Street in Hendersonville. Walk to breakfast, coffee, lunch, dinner, shopping.
There is a second bedroom with a trundle bed, making it a great choice for a couple with 2 younger children.
Decorations are unique and intriguing with a definite Cuban vibe.

This was our first time staying in this loft, but it will not be our last. The furnishings are very comfortable. The loft had everything we needed to make wonderful home- cooked meals, but we didn't need to due to the walking distance to so many restaurants. The second bedroom is nicely set up to support remote working needs and there is plenty of space elsewhere that my spouse and I could each have a working spot.

My family of four: myself, wife and two teenage daughters were delighted with this downtown treasure. The pictures do not do it justice. Our four night stay was made perfect here. You literally just need clothes and nothing else. I can not say enough about how every convenience was there, from drinks in the fridge, Keurig and coffee supplies, a well stocked kitchen including spices and paper goods, toiletries, blankets and pillows galore. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was quality and top notch. The decor was very warm and homey. We loved everything about this place. And of course the location was perfect in walkable downtown Hendersonville. We stayed during Christmas and were welcomed with beautiful decorations, a Christmas tree, delicious bottle of apple cider and a gingerbread house making kit….So so nice! Thank you Gaston and Lisa for sharing your special place. What a gift!! The Lancets will definitely be back.

Celebrated our anniversary. The town of Hendersonville was very quaint, great restaurants and cute stores. The loft was very comfortable and had everything you might want or need. The loft was clean and hand sanitizer available.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The loft is so cute and had everything we needed for our stay. Gaston is easy to work with and quick to reply to messages. We would love to stay here again in the future! Also, the brewery behind the loft is pretty amazing if you enjoy a good beer.

The loft apartment was as advertised with many amenities including a Keurig coffee maker, and K-cups. Check-in was easy as the host used digits from my cell number for the keyless entry. Host messaged at 9:10 a.m. on day of check-in, and told us the loft was ready, and to check in anytime we wanted before the actual 3:00 p.m. check in. Host answered all questions immediately. There was free parking. The loft was on Main Street so we parked, and didn't move our car during our 2 day stay. We'll stay here again.

This loft has everything: comfort, style, and peace. You are steps from the heart of Hendersonville yet you wouldn’t know it from this quiet retreat. The owners have considered your every need and you’ll feel pampered. There was a minor maintenance issue and they responded immediately and repaired it without fuss. We’ll be back for more cozy stays in this stunning loft.

We loved this property! The beds were super comfortable. We loved the exposed brick walls. It is in a great location that is easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and breweries. The owners are very quick and responding to any questions you have. This was our first time to Hendersonville and we will definitely be back.

We very much enjoyed our weekend in this awesome downtown loft. The loft was very well appointed, with lovely furnishings, linens, the massage chair (oh, so nice,) so many books (!) and everything you could need for your visit. The kitchen was well stocked for our use and the owners left us a very nice bottle of French Lemonade, which was an especially nice touch. We packed lightly and thank goodness we did, the stairs to the loft are no joke and were an awesome workout, haha. The location could not have been better for visiting downtown, we could walk everywhere! Yes, the bar behind the loft can get quite noisy, but the noise is not noticable from the bedroom, so it wasn't a real issue for us. They also have a great staff and beer selection, so it was a fun diversion. We would definately stay here again. Gaston was a delight with whom to work, he allowed us to reschedule our visit when we were in the midst of the Covid pandemic. Everything about this property was top notch, from the owners, the location and the amenities. Amazing place.
