About this house rental

Nestled in Stone Harbor, this lovely house for $1,214 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Thank you for viewing our home. Most of our guests have returned for several years, including one family over 30 years! We have one of the largest pools and spas in Stone Harbor and are only about 100 yards to the beautiful beach. 6 Passenger Golf Cart included Thank you to all our returning and new guests. Our home is on 110th street. The in-ground pool and spa are AWESOME. A vacation paradise. Our 5 bedroom, 4 bath house is only a short walk to the beautiful beach. For those times before or after the beach, we have one of the largest pools in Stone Harbor that also has a swim-up bar. The pool ranges in depth from 1 foot to 4.5 feet. It is perfect for parents with young children. There are plenty of pool toys. The second story large deck and the pool area contain more than ample chairs and chaises. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are included. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. We provide a huge supply of kitchen utensils, dinnerware and barware. We also provide 10 beach tags and 12 beach chairs. Expert changeover cleaning included. Keywords: A vacation paradise located in the desirable southern end on 110th street. Upside-down home, sleeps 14, air conditioned, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, beach views, oversized child friendly,pool, off street parking for 7 cars, changeover cleaning,successfully rented for over 25 years.

The house is prefect for multiple families. The pool and hot tub put this property over the top. Great spot in town away from the shopping area but not to far.

We loved the house, the pool and the location! So close to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants. The owners are wonderful! We'd definitely refer the house to anyone looking for a wonderful beach get away!

The house was exactly what we were hoping for when a group of us randomly decided to rent a house for a week at the shore. The owners (Howard and Jane) were so great; quick to respond to questions and there to meet us to give us the lay of the house and town when we arrived. The house had everything we could want; close to the beach, good size bedrooms, large tables for group dinners both inside and out on the deck, an open kitchen/family room and the pool and spa! Sitting in the pool or spa for hours and having a great laugh became a daily ritual for our crew. We walked into town several nights (roughly a 15 minute walk) for dinner, drinks, ice cream, etc. We hope to be back. Thank you Howard and Jane!
