About this house rental
Nestled in Stone Harbor, this lovely house for $1,050 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This extremely, rare beachfront rental at 5 94th Street with a pool! Located in desirable Stone Harbor and boasts unobstructed 180 degree ocean views while still being within walking distance to town. No detail was overlooked during the design process of this home which has incorporated ocean views on all levels culminating in the third floor rooftop deck. Just a seashell-throw to the famous 7 mile island white sandy beaches on 94th street this 5 bedroom/ 4.5 bath retreat is peacefully nestled in the dunes and perfectly combines beachfront living and convenience to restaurants, shopping, bay sports & activities, basketball & tennis courts, local theater and so much more. Entering through the ground floor you notice an open foyer with custom stone, tile and an accent wall. Beyond the foyer toward the beach we have a large family room with slider doors opening to a fenced in private blue stone patio and pool overlooking the dunes. Amongst the private spaces on the first floor are 4 bedrooms 1 king (overlooking the dunes), 2 queens ( one with an private bath) and kids room with 3 bunks and 3 full baths, A convenient laundry room with private exterior door that also doubles as a mud-room. As you traverse the arched stairway up toward the main public spaces of the 2nd floor you are immediately met with glimpses of deep blue Atlantic Ocean hues. Here you have unfettered views of the beautiful and popular beaches of Stone Harbor. Tall vaulted ceilings in the living room lead to the 3rd story balcony and rooftop deck. On the 2nd floor toward the west is a large master suite with master bath, walk-in shower. Large fiberglass deck make for an ocean oasis that serve as a perfect place to entertain guests, grill, check the surf or enjoy unlimited saturated East Coast sunrises. The pool is approximately 8' x 14' and is open from approx. mid May to the end of September. The house has parking for 4 to 5 cars depending on their size. Linens are provided for all 7 day rentals and can be added for shorter stays for an additional $250.00. The house is dog friendly but there is an additional cost of $500.00 per pet with a maximum of 2 dogs and we do not allow cats.

We regularly travel as a family during Christmas and find a place with great views and local walking access to shops and services. Sometimes it’s hard to find a house that has enough bedrooms and allows pets to accommodate our group. We also like to cook a lot and need a substantial kitchen. This vacation included me and my wife, 22 and 18yo kids, my 77yo in laws, and dogs. Besides being an attractively decorated house, Nick and Heathers house was that sweet spot of views, access, and functional space.
Nick was very responsive to any questions we had. Check in and parking were easy. The vacation was very memorable.
We would definitely recommend to others and go back any time of year.

Our family had a wonderful stay over the week of Thanksgiving. The location both being oceanfront and walkable to the main Stone Harbor shops was unbeatable. Nick was also a very responsive host via text throughout our stay. Hoping to repeat our stay at the house again next year

The house was amazing! The views of the ocean from several different vantage points in the house made for some awesome pictures on the morning of the wedding. We were extremely lucky to have an absolutely beautiful day in November, which made for some spectacular shots! The house was exactly what we needed for the bridal party to gather for the wedding festivities. Tons of room and everything that we needed at our disposal made for a really nice stay for everyone. Heather and Nick were great hosts and did everything possible to make sure our stay was memorable!

The location of this property couldn't be better: on the beach with a pool, three (short) blocks from restaurants, shops, etc. Remarkably private considering the house is next to the public beach. More importantly, the house is super comfortable--the decks catch the breeze (two decks and a patio), three baths on the ground level, two on the upper and the furniture is extremely nice for a beach house. Great house, great vacation!

The property is beautiful and has all the creature comforts one could ask for. Proximity to the beach, spectacular views from the decks and a luxurious pool make it the perfect getaway. The owner is very conscientious about the amenities needed to make you feel right at home, including staples to let you settle in without having to run to a store. We really loved our stay!

Our family booked this house to celebrate a birthday and spend time together on the shore. It can be a challenge to find a space for families with kids of varying ages, but this house really fit the bill with all of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and hangout spaces! It was absolutely perfect, from the heated pool, to the location right off the beach, and all of the amenities in the house like bikes/beach supplies & a well stocked kitchen. Hosts were very responsive whenever our group had questions. Would gladly stay here again! Thanks so much!

Our overall stay was nothing short of perfect! We rented this house for my family to stay because my sister was getting married in Stone Harbor at the Reeds. The location was absolutely perfect and close to everything, and being beach front was amazing with spectacular views. The house itself was beautiful and had more than enough room for the whole family and significant others to stay. The outdoor space was amazing! We had a wonderful time staying at the house, the hosts thought of every little detail. We enjoyed the bikes to ride around town and the pool was a huge hit! Every one raved about how much we loved the house. The hosts were on top of everything and communication was quick and easy, Nick responded throughout the stay quickly and provided any information I needed. Even after the stay he is still quick to respond. I have nothing but great things to say about our long weekend here along with the hosts

I can not say enough good things about this magnificent home. The pictures show how beautiful it is, but it is even more beautiful in person. The home was spacious, clean, and had every amenity needed. My daughter was getting married at a nearby facility, and we needed a beautiful home to get ready in for the event. Her 3 bridesmaids stayed with us the night before the wedding and we spent the wedding day getting ready at the home. Nick and Heather were very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. I would recommend this home to anyone that wanted to enjoy a fabulous stay at 5 Star beachfront property.

The house is built for everyone sharing with meals in the kitchen and on the deck grilling. The sunsets set the kitchen aglow!
There are bikes and a heated pool and you are minutes away from a beach scroll or walk into town to enjoy shopping and restaurants.
We did not want the week to end. Nick and Heather are always responsive to emails to answer any questions I had before we arrived. Once there, Nick checked in and quickly addressed a minor cleaning issue we noticed. I want to highlight that Nick was quick to respond to my emails regarding a missing external drive from one of my family. He also kindly sent back shoes and a dog bowl that we left behind. I’d call that great customer service!
I would highly recommend this home for a memorable beach holiday.

30th Anniversary
Wonderful home for a family gathering in Stone Harbor. On the beach, near 96th shopping, restaurants, ice cream and farmers market. Great table for the entire family and kitchen counter seating overlooking the beach. Gas grill on deck with table, with ample seating to enjoy the view. Lookout deck on roof. Bar fridge and setup in back corner of living room overlooking the beach. Great master bath.

A great week was had by all!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. The location is perfect, the hosts are very helpful and quick to answer any questions, the design of the home was perfect for our larger family (we had 13 family members staying there of all different ages ). I really appreciated being able to bring our dog, who LOVED the beach time for dogs every night from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The hosts are very thoughtful and provided a lot of nice little extras in the house. Beautiful home!

Bad Experience, Owner Lied
Watch out for this property and its owner. Showed up to hazardous hole, orange fencing, and major construction on property, right outside bedroom window. Owner never disclosed the ongoing construction. When confronted, owner said he didn’t think he needed to tell us and no work would be done—then construction workers showed up at property for hours. Property also dirty, full of dog hair, and crawling with ants. Owner said he then fired the last cleaners. Asked for partial refund, and owner said no.

Perfect house and location
We loved our stay! Our family was looking to disconnect and recharge during spring break and the house was the perfect getaway. The deck had plenty of seating to take in beautiful views of the ocean (plus happy hours!) and we couldn’t ask for a better location. We were within walking distance of restaurants, shops and a doggie ice cream parlor! The house was spacious and clean. Will definitely be back!

What a beautiful home! We went for the weekend with family to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Perfect spot for reunion with lots of space to spread out, gorgeous view, huge table that fit all 12 of us, walking distance to neat little town, and right on the beach! Has upstairs living room as well as a first floor family room which was great for our teens to watch movies while we gathered upstairs. Also a cool little third floor overlook space to sneak away to for some privacy and best views in the house. We had an amazing weekend.
