Situated in West Beach, this charming condo for $314 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Well Maintained 3 Bedroom 2 Bath non-smoking townhouse unit with loft. Located beachside with great ocean views from all bedrooms and balcony. Unit is on top two floors, so no loud neighbors above you. Unit has two car covered parking spaces. Also no long elevator lines at this complex only steps to the beach. Complex has recently been renovated with new roof, paint and siding. Bright and airy beach tone colors that blend with the serene surroundings. Min rental age is 25. First floor features master bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with queen bed, bath, kitchen, dining area and den. There is a sofa in the den. Upstairs bedroom/loft has two queen beds, bathroom and a stacked washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Bring the whole family will sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Complex has a beautiful remodeled pool area with a tropical theme. Bar-B-Q area is located next to pool. Conveniently located in Central Gulf Shores 1/2 mile west of 59/182 intersection. Property was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for our whole group. Property owner was very quick to message back and was extremely nice and accommodating. He definitely went above and beyond what was required! Property is right over the pool with parking right under the unit. The beach is just a short walk across the parking lot that puts you directly on the beach. Quiet complex with families. We enjoyed our stay so much. We will definitely book again!

Great little condo, communication with owner is fantastic.
Worth mentioning, Lots of steps for children and older adults. wish they at least had a dumb waiter style elevator at least for luggage. Parking pass of $30 seems a bit much especially requiring one for every car there. Pool should have better posted times, and on sight security 24 hours.
Those are not any issues in conyrol of owner. Condo was great!

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we absolutely love it. Plenty of room for the whole family and great location! Clean condo and very easy check in and access. We hope to stay here again in the future!

I have no words he made our girls trip great!! With a early check in and a late check out! Just to top it off!! Location to the beach was excellent!!! Rooms and beds was also great! If we ever decide to come to Alabama again we would definitely stay again!!! And would recommend your condo

Super happy with everything! The condo was clean and easy communication with the manager. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, the beds were comfy. I did lose one star on the location portion of the review because it says beachfront but there is another row of condos between this listing and the beach, but not enough of a big deal to dampen our stay. My only suggestions would be some other places weve stayed has had a "beach closet" with sand toys, cooler bags, etc for those of us traveling light. Overall, a great stay! Would recommend to anyone!

We wanted something that would give us all room to just be and that is what we got. No crossing a road to get to the beach, it was at our back door. Very clean and had room for all our groceries, lol! Pool located right outside the front door. Couldn't ask for better accommodations.

We have stayed at Ocean Reef before and loved it. The grounds are kept very tidy. The pool is awesome and is loved by the teens and the adults.
This particular unit was perfect for my family. Only steps from the beach, great views, comfortable beds and everything inside unit that we needed. The refrigerator is a bit dated but it kept our food cold, the ice maker kept up with us AND we loved that it had filtered water!!
Check in was really simple and unit was even ready early for us. Check out/clean up was super simple as well. Basically we just had to clean up our personal trash and that was it!
We would definitely stay in this unit again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

There were six adults and two kids that stayed here and it was just the right amount of room! And the best part, you're only STEPS from the beach!! It was a great place to stay and would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank you for having us!!

Condo needs work. Bathroom on first level needs major work! Walk-in tub would be nice. Higher toilet and vanity is needed big time. Furniture in living room very very very uncomfortable at least the beds were comfortable.
