The hottest of hot water in any hotel I experienced in Phuket (and anything above tepid is scarce in Phuket. Being a Westerner with a hairy body, water pressure or hot water are essential for getting soap removed, and Thailand hotels tend to lack both!)
An outstanding front of house and reception team, who go out of their way to ensure satisfaction, and are cheerful doing it. Well done team!
Convenient location to old town, Limelight and bus terminal.
The hotel is tired, but the team are working to do their best to improve what they have.

✅Has a balcony
✅ Is in the main tourist area of Phuket Old Town
✅ Has a wide frontage and ample parking space
✅The area is peaceful and 7-Eleven is just a 70 mtrs. walk
✅ Has 24x7 tea and coffee access.
❌ Has thin 4 inch walls throughout the property, the sound insulation goes for a toss.
❌ Breakfast area had flies and should have been more clean.
❌ The bathroom cries for renovation.
❌The pillows are too thick.

The bathroom was leaky and the view outside the balcony was bad. The bed also wasn't nice.
