We stayed for 2 weeks the end of September. MiCasa is well kept, stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. Very nice screened in porch and large deck. Garage that locks to store personal property. Close to Good Restaurants and and The Big Store. We stay there every year. Blanca our Rental Contact is the BEST! Thank you MiCasa owners for allowing us to enjoy your property.

We were very pleased with this rental close to the beach for a last minute trip. It was extremely clean and well equipped for all of our needs. Communication with Cobb Real estate was on point and would recommend them to others. We will definitely be revisiting Polivar Beach again!

There are DVDs to watch but we did not even have the time. The location is good, not congested
