Without a doubt this newly remodeled, beautifully decorated condo is the perfect getaway spot for your family! THE SPACE: Don't think about what you need because this spacious (1100 sq. ft.) condo has it all! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped including a Keurig, regular coffee pot, microwave, toaster and blender. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating, queen size sofa sleeper, large flat screen smart TV, and a desk w/chair. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv, with a spacious dressing area and bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat screen TV and a full bathroom. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony. Relax and enjoy your meals outside on the patio. We provide a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and free WIFI for your convenience. You will also enjoy the keyless entry system---no need to keep track of keys! THE PROPERTY: Phoenix VIII offers a family friendly experience. Amenities include free wireless internet and cable TV. Our large outdoor pool has a waterfall with lounge chairs and umbrellas. For safety, there is a fenced in kiddie pool area with a gazebo. You have access to the barbeque grills, half-court basketball, pickle ball court with nets and lighted tennis courts. Indoors there is a separate heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, sauna and restrooms accessible from the pool area. Enjoy direct access to our beautiful white sand beach! To keep sandy toes clean, there is an outdoor shower area on the boardwalk. An ice machine is provided in the lobby along with vending machines for drinks and snacks. At a charge, an electric vehicle (EV) 40-amp dual-head fast charger is available located near the guest parking. Security cameras are active around the property and in the elevators. We have the same amenities as the larger complexes but with our low density building you have room to spread out and enjoy yourself! THE AREA: Soft, white sand beaches and spectacular sunsets await you. Wake up to gorgeous views and plan your day. Explore the jetties at Perdido Pass, relax on the beach or lounge by the pool. Wind down your evening watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico then take advantage of the many local restaurants for dinner. If you want to venture out, enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores or San Roc Cay across the street. You are only a short distance from The Wharf where you will find wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC Classic Wharf 15 movie theater. Get your thrill on with the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. *You must be 25 to rent this unit. *Proof of age is required. *Non-smoking unit. *No pets allowed. *Required parking fee per vehicle - $55 (includes tax), max two vehicles. Note: A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are provided. Bring extra if staying longer than a couple days. *A condo complex is under construction next door and there could be noise during the day. Property was nice. The computers to get the parking pass kept crashing. The lady at the desk was nice. She said she was the only one that ever worked phoenix 8 everyone else worked in 7. It took 30 minutes for the people in front of me to get 3 parking passes.They were replacing the sliding doors on the condo in 7 across from us. They put up Styrofoam sheeting to stop for the night. One piece of foam blew off on to the patio trying to blow off on to the people in the pool from the 14th floor. I called 7 to tell them they ignored me. Please just fix the parking pass situation it is very fishy when you get there and you need 57 dollars in cash to park.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The whole condo has been renovated and looks like something on HGTV/ Pinterest. We had no issues during our stay so we did not have to reach out to Stephanie but she made sure to let us know she was glad to help if we had any questions. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beautifully updated with modern touches! The only negative was that the gym and access to pickleball equipment was only available while there was a front desk attendant (9-5). Everything else was perfect! We would definitely rent again.

We loved this condo! It's exactly as appointed and is decorated so beautifully. The view of the Gulf is so relaxing and we loved the proximity to the beach and to shopping and restaurants without it being in all of the stop-and-go traffic on Perdido Beach Blvd. We definitely plan to stay here again!

We rented the condo for a week and enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Stephanie was fantastic to work with and very responsive. She even left the outdoor closet unlocked that had extra chairs and boogie boards that could be used. We will definitely book through Stephanie again in the future.

Our stay at Phoenix VIII in #1403 was awesome. The room was nice and clean with lots of space. It had a great view of the Gulf and beach. It was convenient to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a place that sleeps up to 6 comfortably. You couple double up in the two needs in the extra bedroom.

Property was just as described. Manager was great to work with and extremely responsive. Condo was close to everything and the beach right at your doorstep was awesome. Ike’s is right there too for chair and umbrella rentals. Propery was a bit dated and could use a refesh, but overall I would highly recommend.
