Located in Oceanside, this lovely house for $828 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The Sands Villa is a beauty oceanfront vacation property located right on the Pacific Ocean. This three bathroom oceanfront property can accommodate most any group with a King bed and sleeper sofa in the master and 2 queen beds each in of the other bedrooms. It is a beautiful beachfront property including 3 luxury bathrooms, and beautiful ocean view kitchen. It is perfect for a romantic trip for two and just as ideal for a large family vacation. You will enjoy endless ocean views from this magnificent waterfront property. To assure safety and privacy we have contactless check-in Decorated and furnished in beautiful coastal decor, the villa is just stunning. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with professional grade appliances and granite countertops. The travertine and limestone flooring is perfect for a beach house. The three spacious bedrooms feature two Cal King beds and 2 queen beds. There are also two queen sleeper sofas. Your beachfront patio is equipped with a Fire Pit and lounge furniture. The location is the perfect spot to enjoy evenings with family and friends while enjoying magnificent sunset. During the day, this patio is a great location for watching the whales, dolphins and waves right before your eyes. View miles and miles of California coastline as you sit back and relax in the sun and enjoy all the beach activity in front of you. -On the Strand, Oceanfront/Beachfront Location -Three spacious bedrooms -3 luxury Bathrooms, - Ocean Front patios with fire pit and lounge furniture, -Private BBQ -Two Indoor Parking Spaces, -Flat screen TV’s and DVD’s in living rooms & all bedrooms, Free WIFI The ocean villa is also very well located and is an easy walk to local restaurants, ice cream shops and coffee houses. Some of the favorites are 'Hello Betty's, Flying Pig , 333, Bagbys, Masters and Bessies. We have two different farmers markets each week you can walk to. Water sports and fishing are from your backyard with boating arranged at the nearby Harbor. For kids, we are about a 10 minute drive to Legoland amusement park, a water park and an aquarium! Location is everything in a vacation rental and you will just love the location of this home. The appearance and level of sand on the beach changes daily, we can not be responsible for mother nature, nor can we control the sun....but we will try. :) This oceanfront building is comprised of 8 pristine condos ideally located along the pristine coastline of San Diego North County. Surf, swim, and walk or jog on the beach. Walk to the longest wooden pier on the west coast for dinner or fishing, and then stroll into the village area of Oceanside to visit its many restaurants and lovely shops. Hop on the Coaster train or Amtrak and you are off to San Clemente or San Diego destinations, each just 30 minutes away. If you are a super athlete, Oceanside is the home to the Ironman. Don’t forget to walk by the home where TOP GUN was filmed. The Mission of San Louis Rey, Oceanside Harbor, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Legoland, Del Mar Race Track, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and much more are within easy striking distance from our villa Oceanside offers an inexpensive and fun electric shuttle for all of our guests! Just download their” Ride Circuit” app and select Oceanside and you will be picked up at your rental and taken to any beach , restaurant or shop in our coastal zone. It makes all the beaches easy to get to without any cars or parking!! When you are ready to return, they can pick you up! $ 6 per carload City of Oceanside Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy STR Guest Responsibilities The City of Oceanside REQUIRES all guests to agree to follow these rules. 1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. No vehicles over 7 feet high are allowed. 2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two humans per bedroom plus two additional humans per unit (including children). A two bedroom home is allowed 6 humans A three bedroom home is allowed 8 humans A four bedroom home is allowed 10 humans A five bedroom home is allowed 12 humans A six bedroom home is allowed 14 humans 3. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises shall be prohibited between the hours of 9 pm and 10am. No music or voices should be heard by neighbors off property at any time. No parties or events are allowed. This is for vacations only.

The property was everything that was promised - with fantastic views of the ocean and the people watching was delightful.The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfectly appointed ...lots of towels, full size shampoo, cream rinse, shower gel and soap and hair dryers too! Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The kitchen was a chefs delight and we used the gas grille too. I have never seen so many dishes and glasses in a rental property!
We had a problem with large sliding doors in the living room and a wonderful repair technician was there within the hour and later in the week we needed some assistance with the outside firepit and they returned promptly and handled that.
It was a joy to sit on our large balcony and experience the southern California beach scene.

We need to bring to your attention that the sliding door panel (2nd on left ) needs to be fixed. At times we could not unlock it to get to the patio. We had to use the front door or the door from the bedroom.
The hot water takes a long time to reach the showers.
Otherwise we were quite happy with the property.

The views are amazing and the location couldn't be better. There were a few things that could have been better: one of the bedroom doors didn't close properly ane we had to contact the property manager when the bbq didn't work. However they replaced the bbq a couple of days later, so we were able to use it.

This house was absolutely perfect location, with the water 20 yards in front of us, and less than a half a mile from restaurants and shopping. The inside of this house was modern. Very nice. Everything worked well. Parking was easy. We did have a problem with the code and the owner answered within a minute, and had it straightened out. We will be back. Well worth the money.

We were able to enjoy the ocean with a short walk to the sandy part of the beach, pier, and restaurants. The high tide at night makes the road almost impassable. I would suggest getting back before high tide or planning only places to walk to. There are places to park on the block behind the condominium. We found that out the hard way the first night.

Very nice apartment by the ocean, separated by a street. The street is a busy street. One-way for cars... every-way for bikers, joggers, pet walkers, skateboarder etc.
The apartment is very large und nicely decorated. Some of the furniture look "lived in", the seat cushions for the patio looked dirty. We had an issue with the TVs and asked for assistance, which arrived within the hour. Good service.
However, the apartment was clean and we all felt comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and coffeemakers etc., everything one needs.

Just to let the gate garage should have a better sign about how the gate car to make it clear to people, and experienced ourselves a near collision. The current wording is very confusing. We were given to addresses to check in and was very confused about which was the actual address of our property. Times and check out time should be extended when paying that much money.

This is our third year staying at this property but the first time staying in this particular unit. Everything about this property is great. We are a bunch of women who stay for a few days and we feel completely comfortable and safe. We love being right on the beach and the location is awesome. We walk everywhere. The beds are comfortable the kitchen is fun to cook in, the fireplace inside and outside is the perfect touch. We hope to make our stay a tradition every year. We've looked elsewhere but always end up here. Absolutely love it. Thank you for making our stay great.

The location and views were as pictured, but the furnishings are old and worn. Cooking utensils need to be replaced. The oven door fell apart when we attempted to open it. The unit has a tankless water heater that intermittently ran ice cold. The carpets are old and dirty.

We loved this place. It was more spacious than we anticipated. Lack of hot water for the showers caused a bit of consternation but we adjusted. If there is a "trick or secret" we would love to be made aware of it... smile. Thank you for sharing your place with us. It felt like "home." We will definitely rent this again.

Unit is beautiful and very large for just 3 bedrooms. Lots of linens and thoughtful amenities. Next time I stay in this area I will look to see if this home is available before looking elsewhere. That being said….
The lock on the Gate to beach not working, one of the chairs in LR the arms are not bolted on. Someone blinged up the back door in the main bedroom with sparkly hearts and sequins, small fixes that may not have been reported previously.

This property is in a great location! It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the beach is amazing! The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, along with the layout is perfect for families, couples or a girls weekend. The patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the people walking by and the beautiful ocean!
There were a few fixes that should have been repaired prior to our arrival. Only one of the sliding doors was operable and that was a disappointment to not be able to have them both open to enjoy the outdoors. The screen on the screen door was damaged and torn and the firepit on the patio was inoperable. The umbrellas on the patio were not secured and one actually fell over and the other broke during minimal shore breezes. Most disturbing of all was the missing smoke detector in the master bedroom.
Otherwise, our girls weekend was a success and we all had a wonderful time! We would stay here again with the fixes above being completed.

Other than the one large ocean-facing window, there are very few windows, so it’s dark. Beds are comfortable but for the cost there’s nothing luxurious about it. It doesn’t feel like the big, beachy house you’d expect for what they charge. Also, The trade off for being oceanfront is there is no privacy. There is a constant stream of people walking in front of the house looking at you on the deck. All that activity right in front of you might appeal to some renters.

Overall, it was excellent. Lovely place. Our only complaint was that the firepit didn't have any gas, and we could not find the welcome book.

Family reunion for 8 family members, from 19 to 94. Very easy for the 94 year old to get around and enjoy the beach from the patio. Very hard to do business because the wi-fi was spotty. Moved around the house but it only allowed on for short times. Great location and roomy. But everythting I printed out6 said 5 bedrooms.
