About this cottage rental
Touchstone's Cottage lies on a 1-acre tropical and expansive property adjacent to the world-famous Pink Sand Beach. TS's Cottage is east of Romora Bay Marina, tucked in just behind the dune and about 100 steps from the beach. You can hear the ocean from the front patio. Incredible upgrades were recently completed at TS's Cottage, such as expanding and resurfacing the front patio with coral stone tiles, creating designated golf cart parking and a landing, an outdoor shower, and a hand-made native Bahamian stone outdoor grilling area, plus more. As for the interiors, the kitchen has been renovated with a large hardwood island with an under-mount basin sink, creating adequate space perfect for family and friend gatherings and meals, a new fridge and a new electric range have also been installed. The living room has new furniture and furnishings, and both bedrooms and bathrooms have been renovated from top to bottom with fresh paint and furnishings. TS's Cottage shares the lush and vast property with the much-admired Touchstone's House (VRBO listing 948739) - the homes are far enough away for total privacy to rent separately yet close enough together to rent as a duo, perfect for large families or groups of friends. Children and baby supplies can be rented through the housekeeper, please inquire. Daily housekeeping is included. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. Thank you, Karina! The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, clean and so cute! We loved every minute. The housekeeper and gardener were so great to have during our week there. And such a great location -- steps to the beach and a quick cart ride into town and anyplace else! We could not have asked for more. We had a wonderful week and wlll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Touchstone Cottage. It was the perfect spot for our family of three and felt comfortable, easy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.The house has great privacy and a beautiful yard where we spent a lot of time hanging out together. Inside, the kitchen and living room were warm and inviting and very well stocked, which made it easy to cook meals and relax in the evenings after long beach days. Everything felt thoughtfully set up and just right. The beds were very comfortable, and both we and our child slept great the entire stay.Karina and David are wonderful hosts: friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. You can tell they really want their guests to have a great experience.We’ve been coming to Harbour Island every year and this is the first house we’ve stayed in where everything felt perfect, especially given how close it is to the beach (you can hear the waves from the outdoor shower). We’re already looking forward to coming back and staying at Touchstone Cottage again. Highly recommend!

Touchstone Cottage was the perfect place for our family to spend Thanksgiving! The cottage had everything we needed and was just steps from the beach. The owner, Karina, was extremely responsive to texts/questions; and the housekeepers were able to fulfill all requests - from stocking the refrigerator prior to arrival to securing a golf cart for the week. It was the perfect vacation for us and we are planning to rebook for next year!
