Large 2 story townhome (with bedrooms and bathrooms) on the second floor. Clean and impeccable styling. Peaceful and quiet property. Access to a pool and towels. Ample parking in the gated property. About 1 mile away from town. Near 3 supermarkets. Walking distance to 2 recommended restaurants (but we drove into town for dinner). Great restaurants in town (Jota Lita, Tapas da Vila, Monte do Mar). Recommendation to make reservations for all of these places if you want to eat dinner between 6:30-9. Washer and dryer with a few laundry pods provided. Nice patio with a table and chairs. Friendly reception staff that is available until 6pm every day.
Not an issue for us but you do need a car to stay at this property. Not walking distance to town. Shampoo and soap not provided. Cooking oil and salt/pepper not provided. Only the 3-4 coffee pods given on the first day are provided (even if you request more). If you need a quick coffee, then go to the reception office and ask for it to e made there. TV says that it has 120 channels provided but that is not the case. Very few channels are available. Not a streaming TV.

Apartments were perfect, everywhere was spotlessly clean and the location was great for our young family
Nothing, although I think cleaning was a bit late on a couple of occasions (mid afternoon) and a vending machine may be a good idea as there is no shop within easy walking distance

Lovely, well-equipped and spacious townhouses. Modern and new and furnished to a high standard. Cleaning every 2 days. Some detergent and dishwasher tablets provided (although could have been more). Nice swimming pool - about 15m - never busy when we were around. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout. Easy parking - one space in the driveway outside each townhouse. Peaceful area although glad we had cars to get around.
Minor - but should provide shampoo/shower gel at this level. Also didn't find hair dryers in the villas. Small check-in window (3 - 5:45pm).

Everything was wonderful. The staff extremally friendly and helpful. The flat very comfortable with a lot of space and great garden. Fantastic swimming pool which made our kids really happy. Fully recomnmended
