We had the most exceptional stay in Carvoeiro. The property is stunning, the rooms are well-stocked and comfortable, and Evelien is a warm and gracious host; she gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. We appreciated the beach umbrellas available for guest use, as well as the games and books. Breakfast was generous and beautifully presented. Because there are only a few rooms, we often found we had the pool area or the rooftop to ourselves, or maybe with one other couple around. The rooftop has the most incredible scenic view of the sunset-- definitely do not miss it! The property is the perfect distance from the town to be quiet and serene, but only a short walk away. This was the highlight of our Europe trip.

De houding van Evelien is echt op en top en maakt haar een fantasische host. Ze is meedenkend, lief, geinteresseerd en maakt je vakantie relaxter en iedere ochtend verschijnt er een divers ontbijt. De kamer is erg groot met een enorm ruim en fijn bed. Casa Carioca ligt net iets buiten het centrum waardoor je de rust ervaart, maar binnen enkele minuten in het stadje staat of op andere goede eetplekken. Er is ook meer dan genoeg ligplek bij het zwembad, wat ook groot is én warmer dan de zee, top dus. Wij raden dit verblijf aan iedereen aan om te genieten van Evelien haar hospitality en haar accommodatie!
