large comfortable room, wonderful terrace with ocean view. Peaceful, quiet and very comfortable. Comfortable beds and good soundproofing
There is mold in the shower.

It was well located and the facilities were to a decent standard. Only 15 minutes walk to the centre of Carvoeiro, 10 minutes the other way to Vale Ceneanes beach.
Overall the site is quite small so the facilities are a bit limited - small gym and spa, one medium sized pool and a tennis court.

ideal position for cliff top walks and Carvoeira
some of the fixtures and fittings seemed tired. lack of sound insulation especially from the noise of the aircon/heat unit which was mounted on the balcony.
maybe a notice similar to the water saving one suggesting that clients turn them off at night when sleeping.
