Situated in Goodyear, this lovely house for $130 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, is located in the highly acclaimed, master planned community of Estrella Mountain Ranch. It is beautifully decorated and equipped for your comfort. This is your home- away- from -home. A place you'll want to come back to. Located toward the end of a quiet and safe cul-de-sac street with a neighborhood park , one door down. Very little through traffic. Beautiful mountain & desert views can be enjoyed from the backyard. And with no neighbors behind you and high fences around the property, it is very private and secure. The backyard is designed for entertaining and includes a gas barbeque, fire pit with bench seating, dining set plus ample additional lawn chairs and 2 ceiling fans. Open design living room, kitchen & dining area . The split floorplan provides privacy for the master bedroom and secondary bedrooms...great for two couples traveling together. Master bedroom has its own T.V, ensuite bath with two sinks, soaker tub, separate shower, private water closet and large walk-in closet The second bath is shared with the two guest rooms and includes a tub/shower combo.The media center in the great room has a 42' high definition TV with cable , Blu Ray DVD for maximum enjoyment. Air conditioned throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms. Plantation shutters in all 'non view' rooms, custom draperies in living and dining rooms, and sunscreens to cut the heat. Renters have full access to the garage, for parking , storing golf clubs and such. Located just 5 minutes from P.I.R. (NASCAR) and Goodyear ballparks . All major league teams play within a short drive. 3 golf courses nearby.Glendale stadium and entertainment area are 15 minutes away. There are 2 bicycles for you to enjoy the wonderful AZ weather. Also provided are a twin size roll-away bed and 2 blow up air mattresses with bedding, also a Pak 'N Play (portable crib) with linens . This home is not a good choice for small children. My husband and I wanted to stay in the Estrella Mountain Community because we have considered moving to the area. The location of the home was perfect. Quiet and enjoyable backyard with no neighbors behind the house. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the doves and quails. We even got out most mornings to play pickleball. Geri was quick to respond to any questions that came up. I appreciate being able to check in earlier when we arrived since we came in the day of the concert we were going to. I would definitely consider staying here in the future!

Beautiful property with magnificent view from patio. Listening to the birds in the morning was awesome. Quail seen every day. Lots of great trails to hike in the area! Averaged 4 miles a day. Geri the host was quick with responses and information. Close to our son in Buckeye. Highly recommend.

Loved the view into the backyard! Mountains and desert as far as the eye can see. Enjoyed the fireplace and complete kitchen! House had master suite on one side and the other bedrooms on the other side. Perfect for having a little space for people to spread out. The owner was very kind, helpful and quick to respond! This was amazing location and great price! This was my family’s and I’s first time experiencing the championship race weekend! This house was a great layout and beautiful backyard! We had an amazing stay! Unfortunately we did have some issues, we weren’t able to use the microwave because of electrical issues with it popping the circuit breaker for it and the stove any time we attempted to use it and the toilet in the master bathroom was running all the time with a squeaky fill valve making it hard to sleep at night. Lastly the house wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. Some of the cupboards need a good deep cleaning.
But even with those issues, we still had an amazing time while we were there and would definitely stay again! The hostess was great at communicating and answering last minute questions. Thank you for allowing us you use your beautiful home!

We needed a nice place to stay near a home we were purchasing in the same neighborhood. We needed flexibility as we were not sure when we would get our keys. Geri was very flexible and understanding with us not being sure of our departure and letting us stay until we could get to the new place.

Beautiful property.
This was such a beautifully decorated home with a great view. The beds are very comfortable too. There is currently no guest access to the pool or gym due to covid. We still loved our stay and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great start to retirement
We rented Geri's home for 3 months, Jan 1st to the end of March. What a gem. As soon as we opened the front door, we felt like we were home. There was absolutely nothing we needed, that wasn't provided. My girlfriend, who knows her way around a kitchen, had everything available to prepare any kind of meal. The back patio was our favorite part of the property. We both came to warm weather to enjoy the outdoors. The natural gas grill and fire pit were used almost daily. Plenty of seating for when we had guests and the view, was outstanding. The neighborhood was very nice, with a hidden fairway, just beyond a patch of desert, directly behind the house. We highly recommend this property, it's all and all, a very good value. Close enough to everything, and far enough to be in a very quiet neighborhood. Given the opportunity, we would love to rent again. I will give it 5 stars, you can't go wrong with the property or homeowner. Fred H.

Escape the Minnesota Snow on Estrella Mountain
My husband and I spent 3 months in Goodyear up on Estrella Mountain. Everything was wonderful. The house is very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you could ask for. Even the guest bedrooms were beautifully furnished.
The kitchen was equipped with everything and more that I could have wanted.
The view of Estrella mountain out the patio doors was delightful. We are really going to miss looking at that view!
Geri, the owner of the house, was more than helpful. Anytime we called, she responded immediately and answered our questions.
It did take us a little while to adjust to being a ways from restaurants and shopping but we did adjust. We decided that the beauty of the mountains and the quietness of the neighborhood was worth it.
We would love to spend another winter in this house, should the opportunity present itself.

Very nice area!
This house was perfect for our 4 day vacation. Close to NASCAR track and Gila Arena for hockey. House is well cared for and very clean. Everything worked and well supplied especially kitchen. Comfortable beds and we liked the way all light switches were marked with decals to let u know what they do. Nice touch! Very easy to deal with Geri the owner and would definitely rent again!

We had a very enjoyable stay with NO surprises. All essentials were provided and everything was well organized. We felt like we were staying in our own home and would highly recommend a stay here. We will stay here again should our plans require a stay in Estrella.

What a gorgeous home! We were in Arizona visiting my sister and the house was a 10 minute walk from their home. Perfect!
It was immaculate! All the necessities right at your finger tips. Plenty of room. The patio view was breathtaking.
We had an issue with the smoke alarm and called Geri. She was so kind and helped us with the issue even though it was late at night.
If you are looking for a great place to stay in AZ, this is the place for you! We will definitely stay here again.

Love this place!
We've stayed here twice now, and it's like a home away from home, except that it's much cleaner than our real home! :). Seriously, this place is always welcoming, in perfect condition, and as close to spotless as anyone can humanly get. The owner has provided guides to using everything and stocked the place full of all the tools you could need. Can't wait to return to this quiet oasis in the desert.

This home was lovely and just as pictured. It was perfect for our family. I cannot think of one thing that could have made our stay any better. Everything we needed and more was provided. The location was beautiful and easy to get to. The host was very gracious. I hope we can go back again some day.

It's Like a Private Bed and Breakfast
We stayed in this lovely home over Christmas while visiting family in Goodyear. Wow -- what a find. Not only is the home immaculate, the owner has gone seriously above and beyond by providing sundries, guides to using all of the appliances, delivery menus, and much more. Even all of the switches are labeled! This may seem like a small thing, but when you're only staying for a few days, every touch that makes a place feel more like home is a blessing!
As mentioned, the home is spotless (bathrooms and kitchen are straight out of a model home), the bedrooms are comfortable, and the living area is roomy and inviting. You couldn't ask for anything more. And, if you have kids, there's a playground just down the street.
The neighborhood is newer and very quiet with Starbucks, a pharmacy, grocery and an awesome bagel shop only minutes away. Given how close the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians spring training camps are, we'll definitely be back for desert league baseball season.

Just like home, only warmer!
We spent the winter in Geri's house, and had a wonderful, comfortable time. Everything people say about it is true. The neighbourhood is changing, with new construction close by, but the beautiful mountain view, the wildlife, the sunrises and sunsets will all be unaffected by new neighbours. We took advantage of golf, spring training and NASCAR, and took in some of the local festivals. It is amazing what one can do for free near Estrella. The addition of Walgreens to the "Safeway Shopping Centre" was appreciated. Although you have to drive to most things, everything is no more than 20 minutes away! And Estrella IS beautiful.
Geri's house is well equipped and comfortable. Using her extra cot we were able to accommodate 7 people easily for a baseball weekend, including a family dinner around the dining table and a barbecue in the beautiful back yard.
I can't finish this review without commenting on Geri's hospitality. She was always a supportive email away whenever we had a question. We were so appreciative of her help as we made ourselves at home in her lovely home, as she encouraged us to. Thanks, Geri. Hopefully, we'll be back!
