Building was built in the 1930s Belmont Heights,Great neighborhood, 3 blocks from Beach, Walking Distance to great food and shopping. 10 min from Queen Mary, Downtown Long Beach, Pine Ave, The Pike, 25 min from Knotts Berry Farm, Soak City, Disneyland, California Adventure, The Cottage is very charming, Very Beachy,Clean has everything you need for a great trip, murphy bed is full size,very comfortable, coach makes into a full size bed, with storage and has extra bedding pillow etc, it has it's own little patio with lights table, chairs and Barb-q, TV, Cable, Wi-fi, Pets are welcome.Kitchen has all the amenities, like being at home. Great neighborhood parking is not a problem. Laundry room on site. Long Beach has alot to see and do. I want my guest to have a memoriable experience, I am flexiable and willing to work with most special requests. Upon arrival my guest are welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine and a personalized treat as a Thank You for staying at my bungulow.

This cozy unit in a well-maintained older building exceeded expectations. Both the bed and couch were comfortable for sleeping and there was a very ample supply of extra towels and bedding. Except for the mysterious absence of teaspoons, the kitchen was the best equipped of any I’ve encountered. The neighborhood is quiet and parking was always easy. While restaurants, coffee spots, pubs and, of course, the beach are all within walking distance the local ambience is residential. We especially enjoyed the original built-in cabinets and fixtures of this 1920-30s apartment. The host has clearly put thoughtful effort into making it welcoming for visitors.

Tracey's bungalow was perfect for my 2 week stay in Long Beach. The location is great, with a quick, easy walk to the beach. The bungalow was super clean and well stocked, and Tracey is a gracious host. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! Well, I loved it. I love old buildings. My husband prefers newer buildings, but he managed to enjoy himself none the less. The studio is full of old-school charm. It's beautifully and tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. We did struggle a bit with the double bed - not what we are used to - but we both slept well. I would definitely stay here again if traveling alone, but the small bed unfortunately takes it out of contention for another couple's retreat. Definitely 5 stars all the way!

We absolutely loved the neighborhood and being able to walk to the beach! Took lots of walks while we were there, close to local coffee/tea shops and breakfast and shopping. The condo is definitely older (husband looked it up and it was built 100 years ago!), but if you are okay with older/smaller spaces, it's a good place to stay for a weekend. Be careful, though, the hot water in the shower is unpredictable and does burn skin in an instant!

Such a lovely little place! Built in 1923 (according to Zillow) it was charming and had so much character! Great neighborhood close to the beach. We are already talking about going back next year.

I needed a property that accepted pets while my condo was being termite treated. This is a small "beachy" themed bungalow that met our needs. The owner was responsive when the wifi and TV weren't working and came over to solve the issue. It's a nice area and a short walk to the beach and several restaurants.

The bungalow is super cute, close to the beach, great neighbors, and lots of friendly dogs. The TV only allows streaming, and the Wifi is only 2G, which makes streaming a challenge. Certain apps will constantly buffer or stop completely. Even with that, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Great tidy space with everything you'd need for a stay, perfect location just a short walk from the beach and little outdoor sitting area for those warm days.
Coin operated laundry on site was useful and grocery store nearby as well as some great restaurants.

This is a studio duplex in a small, old cottages in a fairly good neighborhood. We were greeted by the resident cockroach when we opened the kitchen cabinet. Very small kitchen so cooking is pretty much limited. Murphy bed was okay but the old claw foot tub was wrapped in tile so it is very hard getting in and out of the tub to take a shower. We couldn't get the tv to work so called the 5 phone numbers listed and all calls went to voice mails. Only one person returned the call but he was in Mexico so... we ended up replacing the batteries in the remote and it worked no thanks to the management. I think this was a "fail"......

Wonderful location for our visit with our daughter who lives locally. Short walk to many local establishments and the beach front. Perfect getaway for two. Tracey is a most accommodating host and attentive to all our requests.

The apartment is compact, but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Safe neighborhood, dog friendly, and easy to navigate going place to place. Laundry room on site, but if you’re in a hurry there are laundromats nearby. Grocery stores nearby and a short drive to access the 405 and 605 freeways.
It was great thank be able to cook our own meals and it was well stocked with items necessary to do this. Loved the beach themed decorations and the place is only 3 blocks from the beach. We had my daughters dog over and I felt comfortable walking with her at night in the neighborhood.
Highly recommend this location for all the above.

This was a small VRBO in a comfortable neighborhood. It had several apartments attached to it, but that didn’t matter because it was very easy to enter. Close to beach.

Perfect location for a homebase. Traci was incredibly flexible with changes in our schedule and we so appreciated it.

We took a quick trip to Long Beach and stayed in this cute little apartment. It was a clean and quiet place to relax in-between our adventures. The window air conditioning was awesome and kept the place cool with the warm days of Southern California in mid August. I loved this place and plan on being back again.

We enjoyed the property and all we needed was available. We had some problems with housefly's getting into the home somehow. I left a message on VRBO regarding the housefly's for the property manager. We were constantly having to use the fly swatters in the home which was a little annoying, but overall the stay was great.

This place was perfect for three of us. Only a few blocks from the beach and the neighborhood was beautiful. We were able to take our dogs which was a life saver. I definitely recommend staying here

My daughter and I, plus our dog, had a great time at this VRBO. It was clean, well stocked with all items one might need, and super close to the beach. It was also a really safe feeling neighborhood. We will be back for sure!

Tracey was a fantastic host and answered any questions I had. Our flight got in earlier than check in but she allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could go explore without hauling it around. We were very appreciative of that. The home is older so it does have a bit of a musty smell to it but it was clean and decorated wonderfully. It’s in a great location and made walking to everything super easy. The back door needs to be fixed but that didn’t affect our stay. Thank you, Tracey!

My friend and I had a little staycation in Long Beach. This place was so so cute and cozy. The couch was comfortable and so was the bed. And the neighbors were great, friendly. Def a great stay for you and your partner or a small group of friends
