Located in Dewey Beach, this charming house for $570 per night is a great choice for your next break. BEACH BLOCK! 3rd from the beach with OCEAN VIEWS . BRAND NEW EVERYTHING!! Totally gutted and remodeled Winter 2017. Maintained meticulously. . If you like upscale living; Rent this townhouse 1 week or more during summer season. 3 day rentals available in the off-season. 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a sliding door to a brand new deck with ocean views from 2nd & 3rd floors. All the amenities of home plus the sound of the ocean to fall asleep. Includes ( 2) designated off street parking spaces and we also provide (2) permits for street parking. Additional parking on street is available with your purchase of a daily or weekly permit. Fully equipped kitchen with double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop and oven, breakfast bar and additional coffee/ beverage center complete with beverage/wine refrigerator and Keurig. We provide Keurig coffee pods & a variety of tea. Washer, Dryer, Outdoor shower with hot & cold water & a light for night use (we provide Tide pods for laundry). Private, secluded and gated outdoor entertainment space perfect for summer evening BBQ's on the NEW Webber grill. 1st floor is location of Laundry, full bathroom with shower, Bedroom 1 with (2) twin beds, Bedroom 2 has (2) bunk beds with full bed on bottom and twin on top (175 lb max). The 2nd floor is large open concept living space with Kitchen, Beverage Center, Dining Room, Living Room with electric Fireplace, Flat screen Smart TV, Cable, Secure password protected WIFI, Powder Room and 2 glass sliders leading to spacious deck with ocean views. The 2nd floor deck has a circular staircase which leads to the gated and private backyard play area/BBQ with grill, picnic table & chairs/gardens & enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water as well as a light. The 3rd Floor has a Full hall bathroom with bathtub and shower, Bedroom 3 with (2) double beds and a deck with ocean views . Bedrooms 4 has a California King bed, Fireplace, sitting area, TV, a large master bathroom with double sink vanity, separate shower and a deck with ocean views. Central AC, WIFI. Front door uses a keyless entry code so you have no hassle or worries with keys. Located in the heart of Dewey Beach with Active nightlife, fine dining, Grottos pizza & burgers and ice cream within a block . Perfect location for families with kids; only steps to the beach and 2 blocks to FREE night time beach movies and beach bonfires twice a week throughout the summer season and sponsored by the town. Jump on the Jolly Trolley at the end of your block to take a ride into Rehoboth and visit the boardwalk, beaches, ice cream and more fine dining. Weekly rentals only mid June through August with check-in and check out on Saturdays. Partial week or weekend rentals thereafter in the off season. Call or email with any questions . Please note this is a NO SMOKING house. We do not rent to High School or College Students. During your stay we provide you with beach chairs and umbrellas. We also provide paper products such as paper towel, toilet paper, tissues, napkins. We supply kitchen dish soap, detergent pods for the dishwasher, bathroom hand soap and tide pods for the laundry. We will provide you with an ample supply of Keurig coffee pods and a variety of tea. You must bring your own bed sheets, bath towels and beach towels. Dewey Beach is a way of life 🦀

Bluff House was just what we were looking for : a clean roomy house right by the ocean; The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were big and comfortable and we were just steps from a big beautiful beach. Dewey Beach and nearby Rehoboth provided a variety of pubs and restaurants There's plenty do do even in the "off" season. We had a great time

The unit is fantastic with modern conveniences, great bedrooms, and an excellent location. We were within a 30 second walk to a great beach that is also dog friendly. All the appliances are new, and each bedroom is tastefully decorated and spacious. It is really a very comfortable place to stay and central to exploring both Dewey and Rehoboth Beach. We could walk to several restaurants, including Woody’s, for some of the best crab cakes anywhere. Rehoboth Beach is a 5-minute drive where we did some shopping and features several great places to dine. The unit is on three floors and will accommodate a big family or an intimate group; it has a nice porch on every floor, and we really enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating outside in delightful weather. You cannot go wrong staying here and the host is the most helpful, recommending several of the restaurants we visited. When we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

The fence is secure, and the guests with dogs stayed on the first floor so they could let the dogs out from their bedrooms. BTW, you would never know dogs have stayed there. The place is very clean and odor-free.
I forgot some things in the dryer, and Maureen kindly offered to mail them to me. Communication with her was great, and we'd definitely stay at this comfy condo again.

This was our 2nd stay at Maureen's Dewey Townhouse, and everything was wonderful! The house is spacious, was very clean, and had many "extra" amenities like toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. The location to the beach is excellent! Just a quick 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. We also love that this townhouse is pet friendly! Our pup loves romping on the beach and the outdoor shower was great to wash the sand off her paws! The many decks are great to hang out and chat or to wind down in the evening. The area is very quiet and there is plently of parking. We look foward to staying at this amazing townhouse with our family and pup again in the future!!!

My family and I had a great time during our long weekend at this beachblock townhouse! Easy check in and check out. Maureen was very responsive and quick to answer questions! The location to the beach is awesome! We literally walked out the door and was on the beach in less than 2 minutes. We appreciated the ample supply of Keurig cups and paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues. The decks and patio were wonderful to sit, chat, and relax on all together. And we loved that we could have our pup with us too!!! We are so looking forward to our next stay in September in Maureen's townhouse!!

This is our second time staying in this beautiful house. The location is perfect and just steps from the beach. The house is clean, well kept, and nicely renovated. There is plenty of room for our group 4 adults and 4 children and our two dogs. Maureen is also always available and easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

My girlfriends and I come to Dewey every year during the off season for a girls weekend. This was our first time renting Maureen’s home and it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and Maureen graciously supplied basic products like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish and hand soaps when other rentals in the area do not. We looooved our stay at The Bluff House and hope to return again next year!

The Bluff House is a large and very, very clean unit. We had more than enough room for our family of 6, baby grandson and our little Maltipoo. The beds were all so comfortable as well! Awesome kitchen with very large refrigerator and everything you need for cooking for family. Beautifully decorated and all new. Being steps to the beach was perfect! The family nightlife on the beach was so much fun. Bonfires, kites, wiffle ball, dogs, ect...... We never moved our car with everything within walking distance. The little store at the end of the street was so convenient for any little things we needed throughout the week. Owner Maureen was very friendly and responsive.
