Relish private time with your family and friends, and enjoy the tranquil environment of a self-contained home with a private, quiet beach steps from the backdoor. We have eight bedrooms with ocean views, 7 baths, two kitchens- three refrigerators, two ovens, four fireplaces, great dining room with fireplace, wifi, flat screen, warmth, privacy, on two private acres. Local rentals for Kayaking, paddle boarding, & wind surfing. swimming in warm water-18 hole golf course at the beginning of driveway. Sports court- 180 acres of wildlife sanctuary-on two private acres. The home is nestled in a very private area of Little Harbor, however, just a few miles from everything one needs. It is like what the Cape is all about, tranquil, beautiful, fun, incredible sunsets and NO TRAFFIC. Cape Cod Hidden Gem - cozy home and perfect for winter and summer vacations. We are kid friendly and have frisbee, corn toss, wiffle ball, beach chairs, umbrella stroller, clock/radio, high chair and audio baby monitor. MORE ABOUT OUR HOME The home is nestled next to 150 acres of wildlife sanctuary and has beautifully landscaped grounds. At the foot of the driveway is an 18 hole golf course and a sports court for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes and badminton. Some of the best windsurfing in the world is outside your front deck. Perfect also for kayaking, paddle -boarding, or just swimming in the warm waters. Clamming & fishing are also favorites right outside your deck. Adirondack chairs are positioned around the grounds and on the beach for your comfort. The home has over 200' of private beach and the water is both safe and warm. Even during the winter months, there have been many times that all of us have been enjoying the sun on the oceanside deck. You can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the Cape without ever leaving the property! There are two fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, breakfast nook, industrial size prep table, three refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and two ovens in total. The home offers an 80 foot outdoor deck overlooking the ocean to enjoy all of the incredible views and sunrises and sunsets. Full size formal dinning room for sit down meals and holiday events. 2 full size enclosed porches with full ocean views. All rooms downstairs and bedrooms upstairs face the ocean for a wonderful view and sea breeze. To experience the house is to experience the most fabulous, serene vacation on the entire Cape. Baseball enthusiasts can take in Wareham Gatemen games of the Cape Cod League during the summer, seeing young talent as they progress to the major leagues. Last but not least, for history buffs, the famous whaling city of New Bedford and Plimouth historical sites are each approximately twenty minutes away. How wonderful for families to celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas or any other holiday.

The property is gorgeous— right on the water. For the amount this property charges, we were underwhelmed. There is plenty of space for a large group; however, the house is very rustic. The air-condition unit can’t support the huge house. The bathrooms are very old and need updating. One of the fridges had a handle duck taped. The tile in our bathroom was falling apart. There are lots of utensils and pots , but it’s a bit of a scavenger hunt to find what you need. There are 7.5 bathrooms, but only one was en-suite. The bathrooms are very very dated. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay due to the location. Also, you need to provide your own kayaks. There are some kids floaters that are provided. We also avoided one of the couches because anyone who sat on that couch was bitten by bugs.

We rented out this gorgeous home for a week, for my wedding celebrations, and we hosted the dinner rehearsal here the night before.
Communication with the host was always so fast and easy, making the whole process seamless.
We had such an amazing time here with my friends and family, relaxing and taking in the views (and HOLY WOW, the amazing sunset every night!!!!). Plenty of bedrooms for all of us to comfortably sleep in each night, and two entire kitchens!
What a wonderful place to stay and would love to come back here for our wedding anniversary in the future.

This gorgeous home on the waterfront provided an incredible experience for our daughter’s wedding. It was immediate family only and the home allowed us to cozy up while sharing her incredible day. It’s a dream location for an extended family vacation. It’s before the bridge so you avoid the crossing hassle on a Saturday. The check in is absolutely effortless. Lara is responsive immediately to any problems and just really nice to rent from. The property is Private with a huge yard and water front. The bay is great for kids, stays warm and is shallow for a long ways. House is huge so everyone has a place to be together or alone. Both kitchens are very nice. Just know the house is old so some of the doors and windows are quirky and the bathrooms tend to show their age a bit. If not for this minor thing I would give it all 5 stars

Absolutely beautiful location! Perfect place to enjoy the beach and the Cape Cod area in every way. The house was perfect with number of bedrooms needed and bathrooms to accommodate our family. The prep kitchen was perfect for preparing meals away from the constant flow of people in the large kitchen. Loved the little coffee bar area. The large living room and deck areas were perfect for all to gather with room for all to relax. Loved the "Gatsby beach-house" feeling of the estate. All bedrooms faced the ocean so all enjoyed the ocean breeze and sound of waves each night. Met all our expectations and new wonderful memories were made here.

Overall my family had a good time and enjoyed the house and vacation.

Perfect Summer Getaway
My extended family, about 12 people plus partners, gathered at Bayberry Manor for several days in June and it was PERFECT for us: plenty of space, especially with multiple kitchen spaces- everyone had a spot to sleep and could cook without crowding each other :). Plus, there are so many lovely spots to gather, relax, hang out, read, and enjoy the view! We all loved swimming and especially walking out in the shallow warm waters between the tides. There are small sea creatures to see if the waves are calm, but they scurry out of the way long before you’d get near enough to step on any, and beyond just the first strip of beach(which had shells and rocks), it’s all gorgeous soft sand to walk on.
There’s easy access to nearby grocery stores and restaurants as well.
Communication was fantastic, and we all felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation!

We rented the property primarily for the outdoor space to host a micro-wedding for our daughter. While we didn’t spend much time in the home it was lovey and offered a great variety of space. Back deck was a favored hang out. We we’d been staying longer! Host was very responsive and communicative.

We had our wedding here during the last week of August due to Covid-19 cancelling our larger reception. It was a beautiful location and easy to communicate with the property managers and owner. It was a gorgeous spot, perfect beach area with a massive sandbar, and warm water! The house is spacious and beautiful and our stay was perfect.

We had problems with a toilet, two refrigerators, main kitchen stove and difficult opening, closing and locking doors and many windows didn't have screens. The WiFi coverage was limited to a very small radius. The upstair TV's seemed to require WiFi to work at all with no cable programs. We didn't miss having TV's in the rooms but there should be some form of programming. Although no fault of the owner, beach was very rocky and covered in sea weed and there was no way to clean it up, such as a rake.

Family vacation
The house is located in a beautiful secluded area right on the beach in Buzzards Bay. Overall the house was excellent and my only disappointment was the poor wifi service throughout the house as well as one of the refrigerators being inoperative.

Amazing location for team offsite
We had a fantastic time during a corporate team offsite in November.
There are two kitchens in the house, and one of them is almost industrial size. We used it to cook dinner together, and everyone loved it.

Our group of friends have stayed at this house twice. It's perfect for families with kids. Plenty of rooms, which all face the ocean, and lots of bathrooms! They have their own beach, so that everyone can be on their own schedule, and the large dining table allows for group dinners at the end of the day. It's a great place to build memories!

Wonderful Location
We had a wonderful week filled with family, fun and food. The Bay was a perfect place for our water fun, sitting on the sandbars at low tide, walking, kayaking and paddle boarding. Kate, Lauren, Dave and Brian were super helpful and responsive to everything.
