Nestled in Seven Springs, this lovely house for $146 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This finely-decorated town home is located in the Laurel Highlands of Western Pennsylvania in the Swiss Mountain community of Seven Springs Resort. Master bedroom with queen & full bath. Bedroom 2 with double. Bedroom 3 with two twin bunk beds (room sleeps 4). Second full bath upstairs. Half bath downstairs. Sleeper sofa in living room. Armstrong Zoom II high-speed (300 mbps download) wireless internet access. Cable HD TV with NetFlix and Amazon Prime providing access to hundreds of free movies and TV shows. Please inquire for same-day arrivals and single night rentals. The 3BR townhouse is about one mile from the slopes/lodge. There is a free shuttle bus service between the Swiss Mountain condo area and the slopes/lodge. It will pick you up right outside in the condo parking lot and get you over to the lodge in about 10 minutes. The buses runs continuously from 8am-2am on weekends during the ski season and special events. They are "on call" during the week and throughout most of the off season. Just call over to the hotel and they will pick you up in about 10 minutes. Keyless entry. Renters will receive a 4-digit code that will unlock deadbolt for the duration of rental period. Me and my group had a great stay here! We loved the coziness and how close it was to the ski resort. We had everything we needed to cook some food and watch TV when relaxing and had no issues at all!

I didnt like stairs bedrooms were all upstairs. We were older ladies staying and was a bit hard going up and down stairs. But,its my own mistake for not checking it out in more depth. The place and property was very nice.

To start off, for most trips decor is not a deal breaker for me. I could care less if a place has the latest and greatest decorations or the furniture matches the drapes. In this case a friend and I were attending a multi day event in the 7 Springs area and we were literally only in the condo to sleep. It was clean, all the appliances we used worked, and the beds were fairly comfortable. The decor is definitely 1980s but it didn't bother me. True, there was no AC, but the portable fans kept the bedrooms breezy. Yes, there is carpet in the bathrooms, but it didn't impact my stay. The price is comparable to the 7 Springs room rate and it had the privacy of separate bedrooms and baths and a full kitchen. Michael was communicative but not intrusive and has a sense of humor to boot. If I return next year I'd be fine with staying there again. Net, if you're looking for a place with more space than a hotel room in the 7 Springs area, a comparable price and aren't concerned by older decor this condo should be on your list.

Smelled horrible. Carpets and furniture stained and filthy. No A/C. Property manager insensitive a$$. Told me to find another place to stay. We repack our car and left within an hour of arriving. I have photos of the townhouse if you would like proof. VRBO said a/c not listed as an amenity. I’m from So Louisiana. A/C is NOT an amenity it’s a necessity. Asked for a manager to call me. Still haven’t heard from them 2 days later.

I'm sorry to stay, but the stay was difficult. Although there was no AC, the condo was stuffy and there is only one ceiling fan. There was a floor fan in the master bedroom, but it was filthy. The carpets on the stairs are very dirty. The wallpaper in the kitchen is peeling off. In the bathrooms, the taps in the showers are loose and pull away from the wall when you adjust them. I was concerned they would pull right off. In the master bath, the toilet cover was cracked and is now held together with glue of some kind. Some of the edges are sharp. Not safe. The Wifi was very spotty, and couldn't hold a signal. Even though we tried our best to follow the instructions left by the owner we could only get the TV to work on one channel. Very few of the wall outlets worked at all. Even after we manipulated the light switches. Mattresses seem to be foam, which, with how stuffy it was in the condo, made sleeping a challenge. The mattresses got super warm. Very old place. Needs some TLC. I would consider not renting it out in the summer months. It gets way too warm to be comfortable. Even with all the windows open at night. At least for us. Would not recommend.

This townhouse was perfect for what we needed for our ski trip at Seven Springs. The shuttle was great, the area was safe. The condo itself was fine, but could use a little updating. The owner was reponsive, which we appreciated.

Great price and you can’t beat the location! We enjoyed our stay, a lot nicer having 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms versus two queen beds and one bathroom at the resort. Easy to follow check in / out procedures, we’ll definitely look to stay here again!!!

This place met our expectations after reading past reviews. We did bring our own pillows and two of us our own sheets and comforter. This place is sorely in need of updates (carpeting, appliances and furniture). Oven seemed to not bake well, took more time.We did end up grilling one night, but my husband and one son had to drive to get a new tank of propane. But overall, all had a great time. Looks is definitely not everything. You always get what you pay for. The price is great! Michael was very friendly and communication great!

The decor is clearly dated but the overall experience was great. Good amount of space. Very convenient with the shuttle bus to the ski resort. Exceptional value. We would happily come again.

It was perfect for us. Enjoyed having the fam together for New Years. The cleaning service is the pitts! She Carrie’s a dirty mop from unit to unit to “clean”. She does not even clean the fridge between renters!

Well. I hate to complain but if I don’t tell you these things, nothing will change for the better for you. There was NO hot water. We had cold showers at night and in the morning. (It was 50, pipes not frozen. )The fire stick did not work, despite troubleshooting w manager and changing batteries etc. there were no working light bulbs in many of the rooms. The dishes and silverware were dirty. Many updates needed in this old sad place. It takes a lot for me to complain. My girls having to take cold showers put me over the edge. I paid over 500.00 for 1 night. Someone should look into this, like actually check on housekeeping staff, look in closets etc , check plumbing and see what is going on. We tried to not let this ruin our overnighter but probably won’t use vrbo in the future. I’m sorry😢

Great location near Seven Springs resort. Easy free shuttle service to the resort by calling the resort hotel. The house was clean and comfortable fit everyone. Michael was very responsive for our questions and in providing details.

Overall cleanliness was ok. The property is nice and in a nice location but could use some updates. Kitchenware didn’t seem clean and was old and scratched up. Was also a little unsure about cleanliness of the bedding.

From reading previous reviews, everything was exactly as expected, if not better. Definitely somewhat outdated, but still nice and very clean for the most part. It had pretty much everything you could possibly need, and if we were missing anything, it was only because we didn't look for it and found it already there after we bought it. Loved how close it was to the resort. All in all, no major complaints.
