You'll fall in love with this spacious, renovated four-bedroom home situated on a private wooded lot on the Pamet River--a birdwatcher and kayaker paradise! The home is tastefully appointed and features exposed wood beam ceilings, wood floors and central air conditioning.
Enjoy a homemade feast in the formal dining room, or dine on the spacious screened-in porch with table (seats twelve) and separate conversation space. If you love to cook, you'll be right at home in the fully-equipped, eat-in gourmet kitchen with commercial stove and ample workspace. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen table looking out over everchanging Pamet River views.
There is a cozy living room with plenty of seating and a large flat screen television with cable. The first floor den with fold-out sofa can be used as sleeping space or a quiet area for reading.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor--one with a king bed (2 XL twins with kit) and the other with a queen. There are two bathrooms on the first floor--one with a full tub/shower and the other with a shower and double sink.
There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has two twin trundle beds (sleeps four--note: three beds shown in photo trundle--fourth bed is under one of the beds) and the other has a king bed (2 XL twins with kit).
All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bright, natural light fills this beautiful home during the day.
A slider from the kitchen leads to the deck overlooking the grassy lawn and Pamet River. There is also a large enclosed outdoor shower on the other side of the house.
Short walk to the Truro General Store (formerly Jam's) at Truro Center for sandwiches, treats and more. Short bike ride to beautiful Corn Hill Beach on Cape Cod Bay or to gorgeous Ballston Beach on the oceanside. Explore Truro's restaurants, shops, famed Highland Lighthouse, Truro Vineyards and the Cape Cod National Seashore sites, trails and beaches. Fifteen-minute drive to Provincetown for dining, shopping, galleries, clubs, nightlife, museums and fun on the water.
Comforts include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, screened-in porch, deck, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill and charcoal grill.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

This is a charming, spacious, beautifully renovated home in a great location. We love everything about this house. Amazing, private location on the Pamet River, quiet and breezy, walking distance to Truro Center and the weekly farmer's market and only a few miles to bay, ocean, or fresh-water ponds. The house is comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the porch, which has lots of seating for eating and reclining, is sublime. A fabulous place for a family vacation, filled with great books and lots of board games. - KD, 2023

The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable as were the couches and chairs. But the best thing was how welcoming the house was. We felt so comfortable!

Fantastic cottage on Pamet River…wonderful Cape style house with home comfort feel. Great kitchen, proximity to Provincetown, Truro and Wellfleet food and attractions. Our second time here, hopefully again next year.

We stayed at this property for a family vacation. We know Truro but this was the first time staying here - we loved it. We thought it was the perfection combination of modern and comfortable and "Truro artsy charm". For us it was perfect and we hope to stay here again. Everything worked for us: the kitchen that was fun to cook and congregate in, the large screened in porch that was good for coming together. And then everyone had a bedroom and bathroom to retreat to. It's location on the Pamet was also special. True to the photos, and, in fact, it might even be a bit more charming in person.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the lake. But the following need to be attended to: TV and internet did not work, took two days for a response (I think it's corporate owned, this may have something to do with it), it turns out a new router was required; dishwasher inadequate; faucet on sink splatters water; keyless entry malfunctioned, and had to get a regular key from a lockbox that was hard to get into; no colander; inadequate supply of dishes and bowls; coffee maker did hot heat sufficiently. If these were rectified, it would definitely be a five.
