About this villa rental
Nestled in Four Corners, this attractive villa for $830 per night is a great option for your next trip. When redesigning this home, we sought out to take full advantage of it’s prime location; new pool deck with swim up bar and summer kitchen, Master Bedroom and Living Room have all been optimized to enjoy the wonderful views of this gorgeous lake. The villas interior is tastefully designed to please the most discerning guest. The large living room features 20 foot high ceilings, with amazing two story views of the lake and pool deck, and a large 75” LED flat screen TV. The large kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line LG stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with a large Island and bar seating for 9 guests. An additional breakfast area provides table seating for an additional 7 guests. Movie fans can relax on the 9 leather reclined seats with LED cup holders or eat in the back row at the bar with stool seating for 4 while choosing from a wide selection of movies from Vudu or iTunes library. Before the movie, you may choose to play classic arcade games or Call of Duty on the Playstation 4 or X-Box with its 60” LED TV in the Video Game Room. Additionally, the adjoining Games Room features a full size Billiard’s table and Air hockey table with wet bar, fridge and microwave to make popcorn before the movie or just watch sports on the wall mounted 60” TV. Bedrooms feature 5 Master en-suites with King beds; 1 Teen themed en-suite Twin bedroom (sleeps 2) and 2 themed Double Bunk bedrooms (each sleeping 4). The kid’s rooms share a full bathroom. Upstairs you can relax on the covered balcony with great views of the lake or catch up on emails in the office area with the Apple Mac computers or read quietly in the reading area. Feeling energetic, make use of the gym with it's treadmill, elliptical and free weights while watching the 50” TV. Last but not least, spend your day or night outside in the 2 story screened in pool area, deck and large 30,000 gallon free form saline pool. Decide to have a cocktail in the pool at your own resort style swim up pool bar or go underwater to continue to listen to your favorite music with the pools underwater speakers. Kids can relax in the large shallow sun shelf while playing with the lighted LED bubblers. Adults can relax in the large heated spa that accommodates 8 adults. 2 large 60” TV’s hang down to allow guests to watch TV from the pool, pool bar, or over 1,200 square foot covered summer kitchen. The Pool area offers 2 separate cooking areas. The first is the swim up pool bar kitchen that has a 30” DCS grill, sink, ice maker and fridge and the other under the lanai where you will find a 48” DCS grill, another fridge, large sink and dishwasher. Table and counter seating for over 20 guests and large lounge seating with lake views.

We had a large family vacation and this home had room for all without feeling cramped. The outdoor space was beautiful. Unfortunately we had a large storm roll in which brought rain and low temperatures so we did not take as much advantage of the pool and accessories as we had hoped. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Did encounter some hot water issues around shower usage, however, we found a work around schedule to limit those occurrences. The kitchen was ideal for large family cooking, especially on Christmas. Theater room was great for football games and movie nights once the kids went to bed! Everything securely tucked behind a controlled gated entry to the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again in the future.

we stayed for two weeks with 14 people, the house was amazing pictures do not do it justice! had a few small issues but the property managers were ontop of it, even on thanksgiving evening, location was perfect for all the parks! well worth the price we paid, few things to be aware of when staying however, they do not provide toilet paper or paper towels that we could find, nor are there extra blankets that we could find, so be prepaired for a grocery run, outside of that, one of the nicest places we have ever stayed, and we rent alot of homes for vacations.

There were 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children. This is a spacious property and so we all had our own space. Fantastic outdoor area where we basically lived. A large outdoor kitchen, sitting area, dining area, 2 large tvs, plenty of loungers around the pool. The pool was heated to a good temperature . Just a great well equipped space. Inside the kitchen was well equipped. The children used the cinema room and games room. The property is very private, in a gated community near to Disney. Some minor issues which were all sorted quickly by David the property manager. For us, absolutely no negatives. We can only recommend this property.

This house is in a great location, very large and well laid out. The problem is that there were so many issues from check in to checkout. From the first day with AC problems, dirty bathroom, no hot water, lights that can't be turned off. I spent four out of five nights without AC in the twin bedroom and theater room. I had to move out of the master suite so my son didn't bake in the twin room. For three nights half of the upstairs had no AC, luckily its October and my sons and their wives managed with windows open, but not a comfortable experience considering how much this house cost nightly. My infant grandson was in one of the rooms for three nights, all of which the evening temperature was 79 degrees inside his room. The property manager told me that it was ok and he'd be fine!! That shocked me completely, he's 10 months old. I tried to be patient, although property manager came there weren't always solution to simple issues and not great communication. I don't feel the house was properly cleaned prior to our arrival, Dirty tables, ants, dirty counter tops.....just disappointing considering we spent 11 months looking forward to this annual trip.

Wasnt as clean as we expected, had dirty towels in one room in the laundry hamper, toys in a drawer in another room and left over items in the fridge from previous guest. Overall loved the house and experience. Communication with the property manager on sunday and no answer until days into my stay. It would help to have clear instructions regarding the alarm system and set up prior to arriving. Nothing too bad as it didnt ruin our vacation.

We just got done staying at the Lakeview Estates. Our family of twelve had a fantastic time. The home was close to the parks. We enjoyed being able to relax outside and in the pool. The kids loved the game rooms and movie theater. It was hard to leave.

From 3 to 68 years old, our party of 10 agrees this is a fabulous house. We stayed for 10 days visiting the Disney parks for five days and our off days were as enjoyable as the parks. This feels like a grand home with pride of ownership. It is a stately house, with grand spaces and beautiful décor, but it is comfortable and family friendly at the same time. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and organized with beautiful tableware and appliances. Each of the adult couples had extremely well-appointed master suites with comfortable beds and bedding. The cousins enjoyed the bunkbeds. The pool was so much fun and we enjoyed seeing the young ones gain confidence in the pool. We had concerns about how we would keep the 3-year-old safe with the pool, but the pool alarm system worked very well and we had no worries. We enjoyed eating out on the lanai and watching the egrets and even a bald-eagle souring over the pond. We commend the hosts for cleanliness and they went above and beyond retrieving an important item we left behind. This is a special place.

This property housed 4 families for a fanatic vacation experience! It is absolutely stunning and the lanai and swim up pool bar were the highlight of the property! Everyone is already talking about coming back to the same house ASAP!

This house was absolutely perfect for 5 couples with each couple having their own attached bathroom. We didn't need the two kids bedrooms or the teen bedroom but great for a group that could. Seriously, the pool/spa/outdoor kitchen/swim up bar area can't be beat. There is so much to this home, read the description where it mentions it all.

The property was as described although the chairs in the movie theater are in bad shape and need to be replaced the leather is all worn off also i paid to have the pool heated and had to call the property manager every other day because the pool and jacuzzi were cold he said the pump was loosing its prime finally it was fixed on Thursday bad seals.

The pictures of this house do not do it justice! It’s so beautiful, the pool area is amazing and so big. There is so much room inside the house and outside. The kitchen is fully stocked. I’ve never been to a VRBO with such a great kitchen. It literally had everything. The property manager was very responsive when we had questions. We can’t wait to go back!!

From the moment we saw this property we wanted to stay there. The pictures are a very accurate representation though we thought the reality was actually even better. There were tons of pool towels, utensils, cups and plates. The neighbourhood is really lovely and quiet and the view out over the lake is just glorious. Very close to all required amenities on highway 192 which made everything within easy reach. We're already looking for availability to rebook to stay here again!! Thank you for hosting us Jonathan.

My family and I had a great week at the house. The pool area and the cinema room were the biggest hits. We had a few issues but the manager did come out to sort them. The gated community is nice and a perfect location for shops and restaurants.

This place is brilliant. It's very well decked out for a holiday home. It's absolutely ideal for a large group. we had family members in several nearby villas which were a lot cheaper. This place is well worth the extra. the standard is way above average for the area. the swim up bar was particularly brilliant but honestly you would have to look for things to criticise. would definitely recommend.

We had such a great stay at this home. It was so clean and perfect for our extended family of 15 to stay. Each bedroom felt like a suite and the kitchen was incredibly well equipped.
Disney was about a 20-30 minute drive depending on which park you were wanting to see. Everyrhing was crazy-busy when we were there but the house felt like a retreat- we would come back just to enjoy the theater, pool, game room, etc. it was the perfect place to be!

13 family members aged between 2-58 stayed at the villa in Feb 2022. As a family we have travelled all over the world and stayed in rental villas. We all decided that this was the best villa we have ever stayed in. All the amenities in the villa were exceptional. The one little problem we had was sorted straight away the same day and nothing was too much trouble.
The neighbourhood is so quiet and peaceful and just short drive from Disney and Universal.
Fantastic value for money and would definitely stay here again when we next visit Orlando.
