About this cottage rental
Situated in Centerville, this charming cottage for $315 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. A bright and airy three bedroom cottage, Slimbridge includes a first floor bedroom with queen size bed and first floor bath with shower. The upstairs master has a pillow top king size bed with direct access to a full bath. The third bedroom, also upstairs, has twin beds. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, glass top stove/oven, microwave and plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and small appliances (toaster, blender, slow-cooker, griddle,etc). Smart TVs with streaming capability, High-speed Internet access and local and long distance phone are included. All windows have screens to allow the sea breezes to cool the house, but should the weather turn excessively warm, the house has central air conditioning. The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player with plenty of comfy seating. The dining room table will easily seat 8 people for meals or a rousing game of cards or board game. There's even a reading nook for the bibliophile in the group! The walkout basement has a family room with a queen size pull out sofa bed and a twin bed with trundle. When you arrive, your beds will have been made up with fresh linens. Towels and wash cloths, are also provided, so no need to bring them from home. You will also find a Welcome Book on the coffee table with instructions for use of everything from the TV to the washer and dryer. And another book we call the 'Book of Where' has suggestions for restaurants, ferries, places of worship and museums. Feel free to add brochures of places you would recommend while you are there. Outside is a deck with table and chairs and a gas grill, which can be accessed by a ramp or steps. A nice yard and surrounding woods give children plenty of space to run and explore. We also have an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, we also provide sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach parking pass! We have recently installed an exterior security camera for your safety and our peace of mind. Our family has been vacationing on The Cape for years. We love it here and look forward to giving you the opportunity to join in the fun we've had. It's a perfect spot for summer fun, but The Cape is also beautiful in the fall, winter and spring. This home would be a perfect spot for your family vacation or a get-away weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Hyannis. The home was well suited for our family and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The only comment I’d make is the beach chairs are more like a camping chair. Great for the deck but not really for the beach. Overall, a great stay!

We found the house very comfortable and great for all three generations. Our days at the beach were remarkable and we always enjoy the great seafood restaurants offered nearby. A wonderful trip and Deb was always available for any questions.

8th Year Rental on Cape Cod

Quiet, cozy spot close to town
Our family of five enjoyed our stay! Rental was clean on arrival, well furnished with plenty of kitchen appliances/utensils and supplies for cooking both simple and elaborate meals, and within two miles of a wide variety of restaurants. Just one mile to beach by bike or car, parking pass included. Owner just a quick call or text away, helped me find everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Best place we’ve Stayed on the Cape
This home was more than a rental. The house was warm and inviting and the owners were welcoming and helpful. They provided everything a family could need from kids toys to beach chairs and umbrellas. The finished basement was a treat for the kids, and gave the adults a few moments of quiet. The beach pass was a bonus. My only hesitation is that everyone will want to stay here and we won’t be able to go back.

Beautiful house close to the beach
We had a nice stay at Deb's place. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked with everything. Three kids loved the downstairs family room. The location is amazing, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Just make sure to take the short cut from the back of the house. We're looking forward to coming back next year!

From the first communication with the owners I knew this would be a wonderful stay and the property didn’t disappoint. The home was beautifully kept, clean, in a wonderful location and had the great bonus of the Beach pass! Would definitely come here again!

Great stay in a central location
The property had ample space for our family. Very well stocked, comfortable, and tidy. Convenient location to all points on the cape. Deb is a great hostess and made herself available as needed.
There were a couple of equipment issues but Deb was on it, managed it gracefully, and worked around our schedules.

Cute Cape Cod house 1 mile from beach
Deb's house was perfect for our group of friends. It's conveniently located a 20-minute walk from the beach and a 15-minute walk from the grocery store. Deb was responsive before and throughout the trip to all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

A Hyannis Jewel
Our family (4 adults, 3 kids) Had the best time at this delightful home. What you read in the description is absolutely true. The kitchen is modern with great appliances and kitchen accessories.. my granddaughters loved the twin bedroom...I think designed for young ladies. My grandson took possession of the family room and made it his own person den. There is a wonderful deck, beautiful garden flowers and, to the delight of the grands, an outdoor shower. The home is close to everything : craigsville beach is 5 minutes away and beautiful. While we were there the " KIller Queen" tribute band played at the Barnstable Performing Arts Center . This is a part of the high school and an absolute state of the art venue. We traveled to Provincetown for a whale watch and were treated to visited by 6 whales. This home was the perfect location to visit all the Hyannis and Cape attractions. We didn't want to leave and wished our stay was for the whole summer.

We loved the house! Comfortable, tastefully decorated, equipped with all the necessities plus some, secluded back yard, quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to majority of attractions. Owners Bill and Deb were very helpful! My only comment would be to make sure you take GPS. The streets in Cape Cod can be confusing. I think it would have been hard to find the house without Mapquest....

Fabulous weekend on the Cape
Great house, immaculate & stocked with anything you could possibly need. Location was perfect, quick trip to shopping, beaches and restaurants. We Ubered to the wedding we were attending & could not have had a better weekend! Thank you to the Tudors for opening their home for us to enjoy.

Lovely cottage, great central location
We stayed on the property 8/18-8/25 and really enjoyed the central location of being in Hyannis. The beach pass was very helpful in going to the local Hyannis beaches. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook for 3 young children. The cul de sac was lovely as there was minimal traffic and the children were able to play outdoors a lot. The washer/dryer was a blessing with 3 kids. The instructions for check in and check out were clear and understandable. Deb was very attentive and kept the lines of communication open from the time of booking until our departure. My only suggestion would be to replace the beach chairs - some seemed a little bent/broken, replace the tires to some of the children's bikes and update the televisions in the master bedroom and basement. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return to Cape Cod soon.

Lovely and comfortable with all the comforts of home.
We loved the homey feeling of Slimbridge. We felt like we were staying at a family's home. The outside deck was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and breakfast. Every room was comfortable. Will come back again!

A lovely home in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, very clean and light filled.
The location was perfect, very close to some beautiful beaches, particularly loved Sandy Neck. Only a 20 minute drive to the beautiful bay beaches, perfect for the grandkids! The house was ideal for our group, with three levels allowing each age group some space. Loved the deck and the lush grounds. We arrived back home sun kissed and relaxed, still cleaning sand out of my car :)

Beautiful, quiet spot. The owners “thought of everything!” Pass to multiple beaches with free parking is awesome! Strolling wild turkeys abound and add to the relaxing atmosphere. Convenient to everything! A perfect, vacation place! Thanks Deb and Bill!

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house had everything we needed including children's books, toys and puzzles for the grandkids. Great stay for our soccer tournament! Perfect option to multiple hotel rooms/3 meals out per day. Close to market, coffee shops, & stores. Had all the amenities including gas grill, keurig, and kitchen essentials. Played games, had lots of laughs & made a lot of great memories for our girls last games together. Owners were very helpful & easy to contact! Home is well stocked with linens, washer/dryer. Nice decor! Very clean! Highly recommend for a nice getaway or a few families for soccer tournaments lol!
