About this condo rental

Located in Breckenridge, this lovely condo for $98 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. See notes on early and late season skiing below. Nicely remodeled studio, great location. Cozy 300 square foot studio condominium with small kitchenette, perfect for a couples getaway or 2 friends. Solid maple hand scraped floors. Maple cupboards, cedar wall in entry creates a warm kitchenette where you can prepare meals. Ski in to the back-door via Four O'Clock Ski Run, ski out 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift. Built in maple queen Murphy bed with 14" mattress and sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Sofa bed is as comfortable as a sofa bed can be, but understand it is still a sleeper sofa, so not as comfortable as the Murphy bed. Deck and window face directly south for lots of Colorado sunshine. Dining table, seats four. HD Digital TV with 114 channels, DVD player, assortment of DVDs. Just two blocks from the Main Street of Breckenridge. It is a short walk to newly remodeled upper village swimming pool and hot tubs. Swimmers can swim under a wall to the outside! Pool access is closed from mid/late September until opening ski weekend and from mid April until Memorial Day. Notes on Snowflake Lift and 4 O'Clock Run: Snowflake lift is generally open before Thanksgiving Weekend. Early season snowfall amounts dictate when lower 4 O'Clock Run is open down to the condo. In general the skiing down to the snowflake lift is open in early December and down to the condo by mid December. The snowflake lift usually closes around mid-April, depending on snow conditions. Access to Peak 8 after that is via bus or the gondola. We highly suggest guests purchase Travel Insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel or have trip a interruption. Previous guests have had really good luck with Travel Guard as they offer different plans, i.e. "cancel for any reason"). Breckenridge Business License No. 432710001

This condo was perfect for our 4 day trip to snowboard at Breck. We had a 5 minute walk up to the Snowflake lift and a 7 minute walk downhill to the middle of town. Everything we needed was provided and our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend!

This was my first time skiing in real mountains and the location of our rental actually enhanced our experience. The ski-in / ski-out factor was really great. My wife doesn’t ski and the location made it easy for her to get around and explore the town.

There are thoughtful touches throughout, quality choices (the towels, the extras), all making for a pleasant stay so close to a lift and close to town. Walking everywhere, even in a blizzard, was possible and fun. The hot tubs are a 5-minute walk as well. I’d stay again! Thanks!

Awesome little spot. My wife and I came into town for a wedding and it was perfect for the two of us. Walking distance to Main Street and seconds away from the free ride bus. Would definitely recommend this spot!

The condo was real close to the Main St where everything is at! We rented some bikes down the St and went biking down to frisco! Condo was clean and perfect for a couple or small family! We didn’t have to drive anywhere!

Perfect location for a solo ski trip. About 200 yards to snowflake lift out the front of the property and 4 o’clock to town out the back. It is small but it worked for me. I can’t imagine 4 adults staying here. Clean sheets and a comfortable bed.

This property was perfect for a weekend with me and my husband. Its in a great location, you can easily walk to all the hot spots and there are nearby trails to hike or ski on. Loved the little balcony and the bathroom was nice and warm and cozy. Overall 10/10 we would definitely stay here in the future.
