Located in the downstairs hallway is your half bath. Upstairs you have a full bathroom with 2 more bedrooms with full bathroom. Bedroom 1- (2) Queen Beds Bedroom 2- (1) Queen Bed Bedroom 3-(1) Queen Bed Living room Queen Sofa Sleeper You will enjoy the entire house. Free off street parking and fenced yard. Lovely neighborhood in a new construction home beautifully decorated for comfort and socializing. I guarantee more fun and New Orleans culture than you expect all within minutes from this New Orleans home. Bayou St John/City Park Area. Steps from the Lafitte St. Green Way a biking and walking path that leads to the foot of the French Quarter. Looking to walk or bike to the French Quarter? Walking is a 40 min walk and Biking about 20-25 min. Want to rent a bike to tour the city? Rent here and your within blocks of bike station & Famous Park Way Tavern and Bayou Boogloo. Need MORE SPACE? This beauty is a double message me to rent both sides. Things to do: The French Market is vendors selling items from paintings to NOLA trinkets. Cafe Du Monde Beignets they are a must try New Orleans Classic New Orleans Carriage Ride 5 Star tour going thru the streets of New Orleans learning history about New Orleans Im sure you never knew. St Louis Cathedral its another must see landmark. Bourbon St grab a drink or 2 and enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer. Our locals are extremely nice and welcoming. You can easily get uber or taxi 24 hours to and from the home. Walking distance to Jazz Fest Fairgrounds, New Orleans , grocery, restaurants and bars. Street Car, Parade Route, City Park Voodoo Fest, French quarter festival, French Quarter, casino, river walk and more.

In town for a conference and invited family and friends along. Great location and Gorgeous Condo. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is nice and stocked with any pot, pan or gadget. Our first pick when back in NOLA.

Loved how nice and clean the property was. Appliances were accessible and we were happy to have them! The bathrooms were stocked with starter toiletries just in case you forgot yours. The bedrooms were large and spacious, the beds were amazingly comfortable. There were secure locks on both doors in the house. There was also an easily set alarm system which made us feel incredibly at ease when sleeping and when leaving the property. The house stayed nice and cool and comfortable when we were there as the AC system was very good. My literal only critique (and not enough to take it down any stars at all) is that I wish the TVs were equipped with a fire stick or Roku so we could have had some better options for movies/shows. But that’s it! Would definitely return and use this home again. The host was very communicative and answered everything proactively so we didn’t even need to bother them on the actual trip itself at all! Amazing experience, so glad we chose this property!

This place is absolutely amazing! We stayed at the place for three days for a girls trip. There were five of us ladies. Pulling up to the property was a little uneasy because the looks of the neighborhood. Entering the property and staying at the property was nothing short of amazing. The property is so beautiful and clean and made us ladies feel safe, beautiful and relaxed. We never had any problems of any sorts. I would stay here a million times.

We attended essence festival and we were able to enjoy getting to all the festivities easily from where we were staying. The home was extremely clean and spacious and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely choose this place again. Thanks.

Stayed four days to be able to attend all of the events of my son's wedding. This property is beautifully renovated with top of the line touches. The pictures do not do this property justice. Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on.I only gave location a 4 because some may not love the location but for us it was perfect. My son lives less than a mile away and the wedding venue and all other events were very close. The owner was very easy to deal with. I originally booked it for the wrong dates and she responded to my email within a few hours to say she had changed the reservation. I encourage anyone who needs a three bedroom house in New Orleans to book this.

I really enjoyed the house but I don’t think you’d want to have eight people trying to stay there, it’s quaint but compact. The Wi-Fi was in and out so we couldn’t really use our tablets but the house was very cute and worked very well for what we needed.

Our family of eight recently stayed at this VRBO property in New Orleans and it was the perfect place for our group. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated all of us. The location was great - just a short drive (or walk to streetcar) to all the famous attractions in the city.
The kitchen was well-equipped and it was nice to have a few cups of coffee provided.
Rochelle responded to our questions quickly and had great activities and dining options for the whole group.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to other families looking for a comfortable and convenient base for exploring New Orleans.

We had such a great stay at this property! The place was clean with coffee, soap and other items provided which was great. It was a 7-8min drive to most places ($10 Uber) which made it very convenient. Neighborhood was quiet and right next to Greenway where you can walk to cute new coffee and bagel place and you can also take the greenway all the way to French Quarter (30min walk). The beds were very comfortable and everyone enjoyed their stay - would definitely come back!

This is an interesting and very clean property. Location provides easy access to everything New Orleans. The neighborhood can make you uneasy at first, but we didn't have any problems. Parking is an issue for more than one vehicle, so plan accordingly. Overall, great property and host.

We brought our staff for a convention in town. The property was just as described. Just enough outside of downtown to have peace and quiet after enjoying Bourbon St. But still close enough to jump on the trolley. Great communication with the owner, and starter supplies helped a ton! We will definitely look this place up again.

Essence Festival 2022
My friends and I decided to go to NOLA kind of last minute for the Essence Festival. To my surprise we found this listing. To be honest we were a little skeptical about booking do to no/few reviews. Well this location exceeded our expectations! This location was 10 minutes driving distance from everything (Canal street, Bourbon Street, Frenchman area, Riverwalk, etc) ! The house is exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious! There was a stock kitchen with supplies as well as the bathrooms. Each room had a tv with cable. The beds were very comfortable with plush pillows and soft comforters (which came in handy due to the excellent air flow of the house and ac). The neighborhood was quiet, seems like they are upgrading the area though. Parking is limited but other than that there was absolutely no complaints. I am hoping we will be able to secure this spot next year when we come for Essence festival. Definitely will book again! Thank you!!

Great for big groups
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The description is accurate and the place was extremely clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The neighborhood is not exactly walkable (lacks sidewalks, etc.) but the location itself is a short ride away from top attractions. That said, we did walk 15-20 minutes to get brunch one day, so that's also possible. The property manager is incredibly responsive and accommodating to guests, especially if early check in or late check out is needed.

Great house! Newly updated. Everything was as described. Plenty of space to spread out. Excellent location to get where you want to go in NOLA. Max of 20 minutes to everywhere.
