No exceptions. RESORT FEES All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33. The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and older are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply. The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival. The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year. Perfect location with beautiful views. Nice pools. Safe gated parking with security guard. This condo was very clean. Comfortable bed. New looking appliances. The salt air is hard on the mirrors as they’re somewhat tarnished and the light switch and electrical outlets have a little rust starting on some of them. I will give it 4.5 stars. With a few cosmetic improvements it would be a 5. This unit has everything that you will need for a comfortable vacation.

Although the property needs updated, everything was very nice! The owner was very generous to supply the extras that we needed. The main problem was the lack of water pressure and hot water at times, but the magnificent view more than made up for it. I'd stay there again!

Very nice, clean and comfortable. However, the patio furniture was a little too rusted and should be replaced.
Loved the landscaping around the building and the walk to ocean was pleasant as a result. One time the sprinklers were covering the walkway, not too good since we weren't ready to get wet yet.
The check in process would have been much easier if the office had been located on site. Difficult to find but staff was helpful.

Not worth the money
Condo is outdated. The TV in the living room has most of the channels for pay but the bedroom did not. TV jumped in the picture. Only allowed 2 rolls of TP and then you have to buy your own? Really?? For a full week. Fridge is old with rust on the inside and handle was dirty. View from the deck was beautiful, pool area nice and walkway to beach nice. We left a day early.

The check in process was very simple.we got the condo right away. The instruction was clear. First obstacle was parking spot then followed with unloading area. There was no designated unloading area in front of the bldg we stayed. We had to park at Saida III and walked with our luggages and boxes to Tower II which was quite a distance. The room was spacious and had everything we hoped for. That’s a consolation price for us. We loved the location except sometimes we thought we were too closed to the pool ( hahahaha). We were told that the garbage chute was next to an elevator but it was not. We had to haul the garbage to the dumpster along the fence line. On the last day,the elevator was broken and we had to haul our stuff 5 flights down. It’s bit tainted our spirit. We wished the parking issue is better because we loved the location. We may come back again when things are quieter, different tower and we’ll bring the tennis rackets this time. Just finger cross, elevator is working please....

I Had to call condo rental and report it. They were very nice and responded quickly and determined it was air cond pipe condensation. All floors above and beneath experiencing same issue. I don't think that was the problem but oh well - not my job. My family was afraid to take a bath in 2nd shower because they were scared the ceiling would cave in on top of them. (Had just had building collapse in Surfside, FL). After several calls back and forth- we accepted their conclusion. In the morning while I was washing my face in master- part of popcorn ceiling fell down on me. OMG- very happy to get out of there b4 something major happened. Very disappointed we had to spend our time messing with this crap. We couldn't leave fast enough.
