We had a wonderful visit to New Orleans and this home was perfect. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood was great. The house had everything we could need and more. We will stay here again for our next trip.

As soon as we walked in we were surprised how beautifully decorated and spacious this house was. It was super clean, spotless. When renting a house you sometimes forget the very basics but everything was provided. The kitchen had a handful of waters and chips to get you started. There were tea bags, plenty of kuerig coffee pods and sugar. There were dishtowels, a clean sponge, and dishwasher tabs. There was plenty of dishes and mugs for everyone. There were washing machine tabs in case we needed to do laundry. In every bathroom there were little bottles of shampoo and body lotion, bars of soap and plenty of towels. Every bedroom had a TV. Other than picking up water and a few snacks we had everything we needed. While the neighborhood looks a little industrial, it is actually in a good location. We always felt safe. We were able to walk to some of my son's favorite local spots such as the Bayou Beer Garden, Wrong Iron and the best place for po' boys Parkway Bakery and Tavern. We were also walking distance to the Trolley that will bring into the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Ubers were anywhere from between $8- $20 to get any where we needed to go. Definitely recommend this property. We were there celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. There were 8 of us in the house and we were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and quiet neighborhood

The house is beautiful. Very clean. It is within walking distance to the street car on Canal which was convenient however, we did not feel comfortable doing that at night. We did have to use Uber a little more than I hoped but it was worth it. We LOVED that there is no clean up. Made packing up to leave less painful.

If you are not familiar with the New Orleans area you won’t understand the review in it’s context. My husband and I are always amazed at NOLA architecture and this unit is no exception. The owners put care in creating this space. It is truly a home away from home. Everything was accommodated and we were close to everything we wanted to see. Typical NOLA block…old homes mixed with rehab homes. Neighbors were welcoming and we felt safe. Would definitely rent this place again.

We had a great time in NOLA. The property was very clean and spacious. Located in an area with lots of wonderful restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the red trolly line.

Great house that was a 15 minute uber to the Quarter. Fit our 3 couples and 2 solo's easy

I absolutely recommend this property. Communication with Miss Rochelle was excellent and the property is so beautiful! There was plenty of cookware to cook with, and so much space for everyone! It’s a very close drive to everything and close for delivery as well. The pictures do it no justice at all, it is just so beautiful and in a great area! 10/10 for sure. My family and I would without a doubt stay here again!

We were able to quickly and easily drive to the Quarter, Audobon Zoo and WWII Museum. We had no issues while visiting and had no need to contact the property manager. It’s a very nice property.

The house is a cute little house in great proximity to everything that you would like to reach in the city. A nice, tidey and welcoming setting! I would recommend this stay to anyone venturing into New Orleans!

Our family has always loved the New Orleans area as my husband’s family is from Louisiana and we have all become huge Saints fans. We have made multiple trips to the area and this time we were meeting another family for the game. Renting a house was a perfect option for all of us, rather than renting a hotel. This home did not disappoint. It was meticulously clean, very spacious for all of us. Nancy, the owner, was very knowledgeable and friendly about our questions and concerns. The area of the home was a slight concern when we first pulled up but our concerns quickly faded as the home was very quiet and comfortable and felt very safe. Our friends did not have any issues with parking. Anyone that has ever spent time in the French Quarter area will understand the diverse nature of this city and should never expect it to be without some delightfully creepy charm (for lack of a better term). If you aren’t prepared for that than this just isn’t the city for you. We give Nancy 5 stars for this home, and hope to come back to visit this home or one of her other properties in the future.

This property was amazing. It was SUPER CLEAN from top to bottom! It had plenty of space, nice, and had classy decor throughout the unit. Property Manager was very nice and responded very quickly through text. The location was great and really close to Canal St. My friends and I come down to New Orleans every year on St Patrick's weekend and try out different properties. We loved this one and would definitely recommend it to others. I look forward to staying here again.

We did not feel safe. When we drove up to the property (after driving by a couple times because the porch and address were not lighted), there were people loitering in front of the house and throughout the neighborhood. Streets were ripped up to the point I feared damaging our rental car. We were too late to cancel online and the owner was unwilling to consider a refund. We did not feel safe. Be sure to do a google drive through before you book. Also note one of the most dangerous neighborhoods flank this property . Big lesson learned on this one, my first negative experience with VRBO.

We stayed at this property with friends and the space was perfect for 5. Clean, close to everything, and great eating near by. Book it!

The property was very clean inside. Was nervous when we drove up to the property. The roads need to be fixed in the area.

First time VRBO / Air B&B user here! I wasn’t sure what to expect, I’ve always stayed in hotels. Nancy was super nice and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Driving in, the first thing you notice are the roads - the roads are bad, but I think that’s a New Orleans staple, just like Chicago. The neighborhood is a mix of large well kept homes and some not so kept homes. We never felt unsafe and walked to a few close bars/restaurants- both in the day and the evening throughout our stay. We opened the door and i smelled new paint and cleanliness. The home is just like the photos listed. The iPad home system was new and we had fun figuring that out, but if you work a smart phone- no problem there. The linens smelled fresh and clean and the mattresses were comfy. The water pressure was pretty good too! We stayed with two other couples and they were all impressed with the home. There were extra blankets and towels a plenty. Plus, hangers, iron, umbrellas, a few board games - a bunch of just in case items. I thought that was handy and helped to cut down on packing. Checkout was simple and had a few requests for used towels/linens, which were easy to do. We had a super stay at this rental and convinced me that this is the way to go for future trips. Thanks!

The house was beautiful! Plenty of room for 5 adults enjoying a quick vacation to NOLA. We were able to walk to Voodoo Fest. It was a quick Uber ride to Bourbon. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was spectacular. Wonderful location.

No communication with the property manager once we checked in and had questions. When pulling up to the property it was a bit alarming coming into the neighbor however there were no issues and the location was great. The house was very nice and looks just like the pictures.

Lovely unity well-suited for a family. Much better than staying in a hotel. Close to walking trail and Whole Foods!
