About this condo rental
Located in North Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $395 per night is a great option for your next vacation. If you are looking for the perfect location for a relaxing vacation on the beach, look no farther than this newly designer renovated penthouse! Brand new from head to toe, including new carpet throughout, new dual door patio doors and vertical blinds. You will love staying at the top of Hyperion Tower that is situated right on the beach in peaceful Cherry Grove. This condo offers four bedrooms and three full baths and with the queen sleeper sofa will accommodate ten guests with ease. There are two large balconies on which to enjoy the unmatched views of the ocean to the north and the south. The living room has a large covered balcony that is furnished with an outdoor living room setting. The master bedroom has a very large balcony that allows for private sun bathing as you enjoy the serenity of the ocean. Both rooms feature a full wall of glass that lets the ocean come to you! There are two private suites in the condo, the master with a queen size bed and a bathroom with separate shower, jacuzzi tub and water closet. The second suite has a king size bed and private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds. An additional full bathroom is accessible to both of those bedrooms. The living room is furnished with custom designed furniture to make your stay more than just enjoyable. It includes a 50” TV and a DVD/blu ray player combination. The dining room seats 6 and there are 4 additional chairs at the bar for your convenience. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances and beautiful new granite countertops. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with all that you will need to prepare the gourmet meals that you might want to enjoy during your stay at the condo. This includes a keurig coffee maker, griddle, George Foreman grill, and panini maker in addition to all the standards. There is a laundry room with a new full size washer and dryer. There is free high speed internet throughout the unit that you will be able to access just in case you need to do some work while you are relaxing at the beach. The condo is located just a couple miles away from many great restaurants. There is shopping close by as well as a nice grocery store. Barefoot Landing is just a few more miles down the road if you need to do some serious shopping while you are here. The building does offer an outside pool, sunning deck with chairs, grilling area and a small exercise room all for your use during your stay. This is an all inclusive rental. All the linens and towels are included and will be in place when you arrive. There are even beach towels there for you when you hit the sand. Your cleaning service fees are included as well. There are 3 parking passes you will find in the unit to access the covered parking as well as the over flow parking lot that Hyperion Tower offers. And now some of the restrictions. The building does not allow guests to have pets in the building. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this condo. The building does not allow motorcycles, RVs, or trailers of any sort on the premises. Smoking is not permitted in this unit as it is a totally smoke free environment, including the balconies. A deposit it required when making a reservation and the balance of the reservation fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon acceptance, we will email you a short rental agreement for your review. You will receive the elevator access codes and access codes to the unit upon your arrival. Our hope is that if you decide to enjoy a vacation in our condo, that you find it an awesome experience and that you leave it just that way for the next guests coming in after you. We loved the property and hope to stay there again.
The owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful.
Unfortunately, the cleaning team are not doing there job. Dust was bad on plants, accessories, baseboards And walls. Cobwebs in master

Hopefully that will be resolved with a new cleaning. The gym is awful and building needs some TLC.
HOA need to step it up.

This place was wonderful.
We are a group of five women on a beach quilting retreat. We are indoors mostly except for walks on the beach and staring at the sand and waves from the balcony. The amenities include everything you could want (except bath soap). It feels like you are in a friends very nice home. The beach views are incredible especially the sunrise. There are two great balconies; one large and covered and one where you can get some sun. This unit is beautifully furnished and decorated. We hope to go back.

Idalia hit us on Wednesday, and it caused a tornado that also hit us (shook the building and did some minor damage to the façade). Checked that off our bucket list!
Otherwise it was a great time at a nice place (we know the building is tornado and tropical storm proof!).

This was our second time staying in Steve’s condo. It’s perfect for us. Just enough space in dooms for a pack play and a blow up toddler travel bed. We so enjoyed the balcony from sunrise to sun set and beyond. My favorite part is the easy access down to the beach. No steps. Just a wooden walkway to sand. Love the decor. Nice furniture. The only thing that was an issue at first was kitchen food storage space. With three families plus 3 kids takes a bit of room. Eventually we figured it out. Well stocked kitchen. We will be back next year.

We’ve stayed in Cherry Grove many times and we started to find it hard to fit our growing family. This place was beautifully decorated and right on budget! There were plenty of rooms and places to stay for 9 over 13 years old! It was great having there full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. It was great to find a place that had linens and towels already available and they could be left behind for house cleaning. We can say so much more about this penthouse, but the view of the ocean tells it all! Enjoy your stay!

First time renting with VRBO. The process was so easy! We loved our condo. The layout was perfect when us grownups wanted to get away from the kids. We don't spend much time in the sand so the private balcony was perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the sun. Condo was clean and had everything you could need, except a pizza pan and cutter but we made do. Loved this condo and would love to rent again! It was home away from home. All the homey touches. Perfect!

We had a lovely week and really enjoyed our stay. Barefoot landing and Broadway at the beach had quite a bit to keep us busy on the cooler days and the beach was great on the warmer days... Very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, not having to pack linens, the beach towels provided for us, and especially loved not having to pack a door key. The only fault I could find was the bed in the master suite just wasn’t “my bed,” but that’s anywhere that’s not home. As I said, we had a wonderful stay!

This property was by far the BEST PLACE WE HAVE STAYED in Cherry Grove! The master bedroom is Awesome! You can lay in bed and watch the sunrise (in Oct.)! The outdoor covered area is Wonderful, we spent a lot of time out there! The kitchen is SO well stocked with anything you could possibly want for making meals and just overall convenience! The views from the balconies are surreal! The unit is very well stocked with games and puzzles! The game room was perfect for the grands! I just absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place!! Steve is an Awesome host and so good to work with!!! I hope to return here year after year! As my title says “The Best yet” 100% for sure!!!

Beautiful Condo
Usually pictures of rentals are better than the actual unit. Not this time! This unit is immaculate and well decorated. Location was perfect for our reunion and the views were beautiful. Kitchen was stocked, lots of little extras like beach chairs and beach towels. It felt like home. Thank you.

Wonderful property. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Great access to the beach and parking was not an issue at all. The covered balcony was lovely. Plenty of towels and lots of board games that my kids enjoyed. The pool was closed by SC Dept of Health which was concerning but my kids had so much fun at the beach they did not care. The wifi was spotty at times if you need constant access to internet. Overall we loved this property and look forward to coming back.

Loved the condo and Cherry Grove
Property was fabulous. Loved the two different balconies and the location was perfect. Stephen is a fabulous host. We will absolutely stay again and would highly recommend the condo. It was like being in a home away from home. The only disappointment was the pool was under construction - but it didn't slow us down in the least.....

Great place to stay at the beach!
Overall the condo was great! The view from the master bedroom was beautiful to wake up to each morning. The condo was decorated really nice but there were things on tables we had to move because the little ones wanted to get into. Also, no ceiling fans in bedrooms other than master bedroom. Other than that really great place to stay and would highly recommend!

The penthouse was as advertised. The layout and the decor was beautiful. The cleanliness could have been better, but then I'm a clean freak. The sliding double doors in the living room and master queen suite were a real treat. as this was a penthouse suite, there was no one running or jumping on the floor above.
Parking was rather tough as Cement columns were close and the parking spaces were narrow. We all loved it and hated to leave the condo.
