This unique, and recently renovated, 2300+ square-foot, three bedroom three bathroom residence consist of two spacious levels, each with amazing turquoise water views. One suite encompasses the entire upper level of the property. The lower lever consist of an open living and dining area with vaulted ceilings and commanding 180 degree ocean views from the over-sized sliding glass doors that lead to a private beach front corner balcony. Watch sunrise and sunset from this corner haven. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and all wood cabinetry with built in appliances. We rented this condo for thanksgiving. We love low rise condos with empty beaches. And this two-story penthouse did the trick. Everything was great. The owners were very accommodating. The place is super clean and very comfortable. We would stay there again. Plus, the master closet is perfect for a pack and play.

The unit was as promised, clean, well maintained, and a great view. Vanessa & her team were very responsive to a minor Wi-Fi issue in the unit. The location is superb w a private beach, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Highly recommended.

We scheduled this impromptu low-season trip for a bit of relaxation while enjoying the beautiful turquoise waters of TCI. The Grandview was perfect for our needs (four adult family members) - the view and condo are even better than the photos on the website. The beauty of low season is that we had the pool/hot tub entirely to ourselves. With the aftermath of Hurricane Lee, Grace Bay was a bit too rough, but we found our way to the calmer Taylor Bay (a few times), a short drive away. We also enjoyed a snorkeling outing. The Grandview is within easy distance of the airport, shops and restaurants (a car rental is highly recommended). We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal unit (perhaps the prior guests disposed of something plastic?) and it was fully resolved within an hour of contacting Claudius - we were very impressed with his responsiveness. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Grandview. The view from the porch, den, and two of the three bedrooms is nothing short of spectacular. Our family of 5 couldn't help but commenting on the views every day. Looking out and seeing the white sand beaches, crystal clear water and sailboats drifting by was magical. The condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed (although we go out for dinners). We did make use of the Ninja blender though for some frozen cocktails. There was a single row of umbrellas and chairs out on the beach which is included in the condo which was a nice bonus and there were always empty chairs. The beds were comfortable. My wife and I are partial to our sleepnumber bed and often start aching when out of town but not at Grandview, after 7 nights we were fine. Try Infinity next door (walk down the beach) for awesome fish tacos for lunch or make reservations for dinner. Great times. If you do excursions, many will pick you up on the beach in front of Grandview- just ask. It's so calm they just come in and beach their boats and on you go. That was a new concept for us and most enjoyable vs driving somewhere, finding parking and walking to the boats. We were provided the property managers info in case a problem arose but none did so no contact was required. Great stay - highly recommend.

The condo is lovely and even more so when it is fully functional. We arrived to find several items missing or in non working condition. We spent our first few days working with Vanessa's staff to remedy the issues. Michael was first rate and did all he could but this was meant to be an escape to paradise and felt more like being at home and coordinating repair work.
Once we got the alarms to stop beeping and the appliances working we really enjoyed our stay. The views and beaches are beautiful and the condo is well decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. Since it is hardly discount lodging we expected more.

I took 4 generations on this vacation. Ages 13 months to age 89 years old. For my parents it was return to their favorite “happy” island; a 10 year hiatus. For my son and daughter in law, it was a chance to get away with their new daughter. For me, it was great to take everyone away to one home. Vanessa is far superior to a super host. Every imaginable convenience was available for having a baby without having to bring it with us. The home was perfect. The pool and hot tub spectacular. The beach was memorable. the location perfect. Vanessa provided invaluable information. I hope to return ……SOON

This is a wonderful property. Two main bedrooms with beach views. All new bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. Claudius responds very quickly to any questions or requests. Love that there are sand toys, kayaks and SUPs. Pool and spa are great for children. Corner unit so you catch the breezes. You are also just steps away from Grace Bay Club which has a wonderful outside bar. I would stay here again anytime.

Property was exactly like the pictures. By far the best rental we've stayed in to date. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect with some restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The beach was amazing! We had the best time and would love to come back.

We have been to Turks and Caicos several times. The grand view is perfection! You not only have the beautiful views you also have access to anything you might need. Several resorts and restaurants are within an easy walking distance. We enjoyed the outdoor space, grill, kayaks, pool, beach, chairs, etc. We also did some catered meals and grocery delivery. It was a wonderful vacation. We hope to go back!

However, there were a few items that were needed like tissues and paper towels. Also, the wine fridge did not work and that would have been nice as we always bring great wines.

We had a lovely week in this Penthouse unit. Beautifully decorated with everything you need right on the beach and plenty of room for our 3 teens. Vanessa was wonderful from the moment we booked providing us with all the information you could ever need regarding your stay. Vanessa's place was perfect for our family! The ocean/beach views from the balcony and bedrooms windows were breathtaking. The condo was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked breakfast and some dinners for the family. We walked to shops and restaurants, the weather was perfect! This suite had everything we needed for a perfect vacation on Grace Bay. Plenty of privacy but also ample opportunity to walk to restaurants and shops. The home was clean and came equipped with everything we needed to cook. We traveled with children and had all of the necessities for our kids not only for the suite but for the beach. Vanessa was very helpful and knowledgeable about the island. Wonderful vacation!

When we walked into the unit we immediately realized we had stayed 7 years prior. What a surprise! The unit was completely updated with bright colors and new furniture. We visited for Thanksgiving with our 3 adult children. We had plenty of room. Tough with the bunkbed but the girls just slept in the lower bunk together. Lots of space. Claudius the property manager was great in returning our emails right away. Easy walk from the condo to all the restaurants. Plus beautiful Grace Bay beach to enjoy!! We will be back!

Unbelievable week!!
We had the most spectacular week at this home! The location, the style, the view, and the layout of the condo were perfect for our family. Our kids did not want to leave!! The house has all sorts of extras too, with beach gear, restaurant recommendations, and a view that’s impossible to beat!! Vanessa was so responsive before and after our stay, and we are so grateful for these precious memories!! We hope to be back asap!

Perfect location
We loved our stay and you can’t beat the view and location. Vanessa was always very responsive to questions and concerns. The dishwasher broke and she tried to have it immediately replaced but it was Easter weekend so stores were closed.

Wonderful location, beautifully decorated but extremely dated
The location on Grace Bay was absolutely amazing. The unit while beautifully decorated was extremely outdated for the price. Vanessa the owner was extremely kind and tried to provide helpful information.
Amazing items:
o Location
o Beautifully decorated
o Host was very kind
o Beds extremely comfortable
o Bedding in bunk room and top floor (down) extremely comfortable
o Thoroughness of the booklet of information you sent – extremely helpful
o Beautiful pool area and pool furniture for the complex
Opportunities:
o Lacking washcloths and towels
o Microwave and dishwasher both dated and somewhat coming out of wall
o Repairs on paint have been done in multiple colors
o Messages were sent to property manager to gain access to garage and am still waiting on a response
o Porch furniture is almost broken and absolutely worn, multiple leg rests broken
o Almost all shower faucets are loose and need tightened
o Ceiling vent seems to be falling out of the bedroom in master bedroom
o Cold air return in living room extremely dusty
o Kitchen pots and pans were extremely worn out and starting to peel facing off
o Grill brush not available – we wanted to clean the grill when we were done using it but were not able to without the appropriate tools
Many of these opportunities would have the opportunity to be fixed in the future. If repaired and updated, would be a very nice unit for rental in the future.

One afternoon, we snorkeled at Smith Reef and saw sea turtles and sting rays. Another day we went to Taylor Bay and then Sapadilla Bay to rent jet skis. If you have a rental car, Taylor Bay was a favorite for all of us. Loved our lunch at Omar’s.
The beach at Grandview was perfection!! We enjoyed every minute there and appreciated the chairs and umbrellas on the beach. It never felt crowded or overly busy and this was during a school vacation week. We met several other families staying at Grandview who have returned year after year to stay here.
Turks and Caicos is a wonderful island!! We would definitely return to Grandview!
