Welcome to Grace Bay Beach…one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Grandview is a private 18 unit building located directly on Grace Bay beach. This 4 bedroom corner penthouse unit has two master bedrooms with ocean views, one king bedroom and a bonus 4th bedroom with two twin beds. There are also three full bathrooms.
This 2400+ square foot residence consists of an open living and dining room; kitchen with granite countertops; and a private beach front corner balcony that overlooks Grace Bay beach and is directly next to the exclusive Grace Bay Club.
The Grandview has a pool and hot tub as well as beach chairs and umbrellas set up for you. There is an on-site fitness room and the residence is walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Concierge available to help plan your vacation.

Our family of six tremendously enjoyed this property! I know many reviews say that pictures and written descriptions don’t do a place justice, but in this case it is so very true. The views were extraordinary, the beach access and beach experience were perfect and having the pool to enjoy in the evening was even better. Regina was incredibly attentive and caring. The house was very well stocked with all we needed, and the ocean floats were a hidden gift that made floating in the water the best memories ever. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We cannot wait to return. (PS- a sunset cruise on the Lady Grace is a non-negotiable must!)

May 23-30, 2026. Group of 8 This condo was excellent. Plenty of supplies and if you needed anything just ask Regina she was quick to reply and helpful. Clean and well manicured grounds. Right on the beach. Walk 1 minute to a beach bar that serves food and drink. Perfect for a light lunch and a few beers. Walk 7 minutes to Reef Rocker bar and grill for a more substantial meal. Water is calm even on a windy day. Water is crystal clear. We used the available condo kayak and bikes. Ocean View from condo is amazing. Paid water sports are available right there on the beach, the cruise boat that take you out for dinner cruises, or party cruises, or sight seeing, snorkeling, parasol, pick you up right there on the beach. For all the water activity location was as good as it gets.All good things to say about our stay and this condo.

We had an amazing time here. Regina was so helpful while we were there and the hosts were so responsive and helpful with suggestions.The view is amazing and just steps away from the beach. I couldn’t have for a better place. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place perfect set up for 9 people but unfortunately if you have a big family I wouldn’t rent here. We are 4 adults with 5 adult children and had complaints at 6 pm and 8 pm because of noise. The only noise was 9 people talking with music on before dinner reservations. Their house rules are “ quiet time 10pm-8am” but it clearly it’s all day. Seems like a lot of money to have to whisper all day
